Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were available and happy to help with refills. Plenty of silverware. Loved the mints and water at check in. Liked that there was ahot tub and it was open till 11! Pull out already had sheets on it was wonderful! Elevator 1* light was out, but elevator was still useable. Enjoyed our stay!

I actually enjoyed my stay at this property, my room was clean although a little outdated but thats ok, for the price i paid i cant complain. When i checked in, the staff that helped was very nice and check in was a breeze. The pool and hottub were enjoyable, perfect for the kiddos. Breakfast was prety good! I enjoyed the selection of fruit and loved the breakfast sandwiches. Overall i enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. 10/10 would plan to stay again whenever i'm in the area again!

Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable but nearly all of the bed sheets and pillowcases had stains on them. The pool was nice besides snot floating around, hair clumps around the hot tub and poorly kept infrastructure as well as zero towels on the towel rack. Staff was very kind and service was quick and easy. Towels were clean and shower products kept full. TV was ancient and only good for some cable. A pretty quick walk to the mall from the hotel as well.

There was dry pee on the seats and pubic hair on the toilet. It smelled like it hadn’t been clean. I asked the kid at the front desk to get me supplies to bleach the sink and toilet and he acted annoyed about it.

They didn’t have the room I booked available so they gave me a smaller room but didn’t change the rate. The room wasn’t really clean and the pillows all had stuff like white fluff coming out of them so we didn’t even use the pillows which wasn’t great.

The check in process was fine. The room was less than expected. The phone did not work. The outlet on the lamp next to the bed did not work. The bedding was very uncomfortable ( especially the pillows ). The lighting in the bathroom was very dark. There was rust in two places in the bathtub were a hand rails should be. For the price I was expecting more. So as a travel agent I will not be able to recommend your hotel. Thank you

The property was very nice, didn’t hear any others customers. Nice carpets throughout the building and room. Bed was nice, pillows you could sink your head into. The bad part is, rooms close to the freeway, heard semi trucks racing all night long, sounded like the window was open but the noise was coming through the AC unit.

They were kind enough to let me grab a bowl of oatmeal even though I was 10 minutes too late to get a real breakfast. The bed was comfortable. I do need to say, the freeway noise was pretty loud. They need to request a sound barrier from UDOT be put up.

What made it tough was that we were next to the highway. It was the loudest place I have ever stayed from the constant road noise. If we would have had a room on the other end if the building it most likely would have been fine.

Front desk unprofessional and inexperienced told us to go to another hotel just because they could not locate a third party reservation. Even though a notice was posted regarding renovations on the second floor first impression as you get out of the elevator was we entered a drug house. My room 230 TV did not work to avoid using the elevator we used the steps found two large areas of dog poop had the kids jumping over it. Would not stay here again

We had a great stay. The only issue is that the freeway is right next to the property and is quite noisy. You may want to ask the front desk for earplugs- hopefully you get the friendliest service you could ask for from Abby. She was incredible and did everything she could to ensure that we were comfortable.

The computers system was down. I waited for about 30 minutes of the front desk clerk to reset the computer and phone calls to different people. She said she had been there 14 years and never had this issue. She was great that's why I am giving 5 stars to service. There was another guest trying to check with the Marriott App that was unable as well. Not sure how any of that works. So I've booked 2 rooms since this at non Marriott hotels.

We like coming to this Marriott as it is located sort of central to Layton and Syracuse. We used it for our stay when visiting Antelope Island and it was a fun time. The front desk staff were a bit young, inexperienced, and naive. They struggled to answer simple questions they should have immediate answers to like "what time does the pool close?" The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The breakfast staff were the most helpful and kindest on the property

Great location. Restaurants next door. Sadly, the tub in my room flooded every day. The toilet paper holder was rusty. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast. Specifically the eggs. They are clearly powdered eggs. A spoon of their scrambled eggs feels like a spoonful of sand. I thought I would never encounter powdered eggs after my military career.

Stayed here first time. Good price for the room you get. Would love to have had a list of restaurant recommendations and order in options. Homemade cookies at the check in desk was a great touch! Comfortable beds, would stay again!!
