This is an older hotel with no carpet, but hard floor. It had both of microwave and fridge switch were appreciated. Their policy states that they don’t clean for multiple night stays except upon request. The only downside is they probably don’t have enough parking for all the hotel guests. we were afraid to move our car in the evenings because we were afraid to lose our spot. It was spacious too with ok bathroom.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Property is located central to Moab so we could walk to the shops and restaurants. They could maybe use a few more parking spaces for the busy season. I had to park in a handicap spot cause that's all that was left on the entire property. But all good!

This is a good place to stay walk across the street, you can walk to five different restaurants very close by. Only negative thing I would say is two ice machines on property neither of which works.

Big clean comfortable rooms. Everything was good inside. No elevator if your on the second floor. Grounds are loud being on the main roads. Hot tub wasnt he best.

Booked this property as I like to stay somewhere new every time I visit Moab. With it being family owned, I was actually more excited to get away from the commercial route this stay. I definitely regret my decision. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. The heated pool was heated just enough to not be too cold. The ice machines were dirty and didn’t work. There was a weird stench in the parking lot. The heat/ac unit made a super loud grinding noise out of nowhere. The front desk girl was sweet and tried to call a sister property to see if we would be able to use their hot tub. Even their hot tub was closed. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. Totally put a damper on our trip. Once it gets dark, the only thing to do in Moab is bar hop and we’re not bar people, so the hot tub is usually our go to. We hung out in our room most of the evening. Very anticlimactic stay to say the least.

We chose this hotel because it has hot tub. A tub with warm water is not a hot tub. When you turn on the jets they barely work. Also the pergola over the hot tub was rotten and falling apart. Will be visiting Moab sometime in the next 2 years and not sure I'd choose this hotel.

The location was good but the room was not clean when we first entered it. Underneath the bed ruffles there were crumbs, a used straw and a pill of some sort. They give you two tiny trash cans and no daily maid service. I had to empty my own trash each day and go pick up towels. The refrigerator didnt work. The property is old and in need of an update. Would not recommend

Our room was switched from a king balcony room to two queens because a previous guest had smoked in the room. We were told the price would be adjusted It was not. The first room we went to was in the corner down, a very dark hallway no light looking at nothing but a parking lot. We asked to be moved they were annoyed but accommodated and told us we would need to wait for it to be cleaned. When we did finally get into our room around 5 PM. It was very dirty. Dirty sink and floors in the bathroom, carpet had not been vacuumed, dead bugs in the window, dirty comforter, durty walls just gross. We did talk to housekeeping about it. She was very pleasant and the next day it was cleaned to a somewhat acceptable level. However even after showing the housekeeper they did not bother to wipe the dead bugs out of the window. We have stayed there before a couple of years ago and it was not like that.

Loved the room. Very spacious and appeared clean. Comfortable beds. Restaurant on site was very good. Unfortunately, I spilled a drink on the floor and wiped it up with a wash cloth and was totally disgusted by the condition of the cloth. Turned it black with dirt after wiping a small area. Very dissappointing. Spent the rest of our stay wearing sandals

Great location - you can walk to a lot within a few blocks. The room floor was very dirty. It felt like no one had swept or mopped in a while. But, the beds were comfortable and felt clean. We felt safe.

Loved the showers, the beds were comfortable. Didn't like that the curtains had to be pushed up in the window for the AC to work and didn't cover the windows fully allowing light in during the night and mornings. Other than that, it was great.

There wasn’t a fan in the bathroom so when we showered it made the whole room very humid. It was humid the whole time we were there. The ac didn’t work very well. There was a dying cockroach outside our door The coffe for the room was disgusting. The only good thing, the refrigerator worked well.

The location is great and the room was fine. Our major complaint is that the room was very noisy, not just from other people (although the walls are thin) but from plumbing. It may be one of the noisiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

We were able to walk to anything in Moab so great location. We stayed several days and had drawers to put our cloths into. I've discovered that drawers are not always available. Great shower - two shower heads made for great water pressure. We had 3 coffee pods in our room. After using them, I was told they were out of regular coffee the rest of our 3 day visit. The day we checked out they had reg coffee in the lobby. Coffee in the lobby was offered at limited times.

Pluses: Convenient, less expensive than most in Moab, remodeled bathroom, partial view. Minuses: Despite the name, this is a motel, NOT a hotel. First room we were given, none of the lights worked. Second room was better, though some of the lights still didn’t work. Outside railing was gross with bird droppings.

The location of this Hotel is great. Convenient to Arches National Park and other points of interest, restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and had a lot of bathroom counter space which we really appreciated for our 3-day stay. Beds were okay - room was clean and everything we needed.

The location is great! The hotel is older, but they seem to be wanting to renovate. That being said, everything is dated, but clean. The fridge in the room rattled the whole night, so that was unpleasant. The bed was fine. If you’re staying for a short trip, it’s great. For a longer stay, it would be a bit of a challenge.

It's an older property that's not as nice as the newer, chain hotels in the area. We felt safe enough and the room had everything we needed. The water pressure was EXCELLENT in our room. It was also quiet and dining options were within walking distance.

From the start, check in front clerk was rude, went to the room, smelled musty, not clean, string cheese wrapper and rubber hair ties were on the floor between the bed and nightstand, light bulb out by bathroom sink, toilet wouldnt flush unless you held the handle all the way down till toilet did the complete flush, asked to have room cleaned, they did minimal, and when i did speak to front desk clerk, she was very rude and rude on the phone when i asked for more toilet paper and facial tissue which we never got.

Refused to let us check in early despite the place being empty. Front desk attendant was a lazy and rude. Said if we didn't like it we could cancel lol. Walked across the street and checked in at the Best Western Plus with no problems. Much nicer and super friendly.

No front counter service until 7 am. No ability to reach out to maintenance or representative for any plumbing issues outside of their service hours. Terrible. Our room had plumbing issues and for a duration of time ( until the front desk was manned at 7 am) we were unable to use our bathroom. I will never stay here again.

Overall a nice place and a good location. Free parking is nice. The room it's was good. The bed was not very comfortable, though. The dual-head show was powerful... Can really knock the dirt off after a day in the desert. We wished there would be breakfast included. For the price compared to others, it was a fair deal.

We enjoyed a nice 3-day stay. Room was clean and comfortable, all necessary amenities/conveniences like coffee, microwave, fridge, etc. Very quiet even though it's on Main Street. Excellent breakfast/lunch restaurant right next door, and other dining options within walking distance abound!

Great view of the cliffs! Parking spaces were large. The rooms were comfortable and the property was clean. The breakfast restaurant next to the hotel, Cactus Jack's, was excellent! The best breakfast food ever! There were a variety of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Doesn't provide breakfast, but the recommendation of the neighboring diner was solid. It would have helped if the desk staff had told us time reservations were necessary at Arches N.P. He seemed to know everything else about it.
