The bathroom was dirty and the tub was cracked. There were ants in the bed. Breakfast did not taste good, even for a hotel breakfast. The pool and hot tub were in very poor condition. As a positive, the staff was friendly.

The jets for the hot tub did not work at high capacity, they worked as if they were on standby to work better. The hot tub was luke warm water, not at all hot for a hot tub. The breakfast ran out by 7:30 am, after a fire alarm went off due to the smoke in the kitchen not being vented out properly. Our shower in our room went cold while in the shower.

We love staying here. We have stayed here many times in the past. I just wish they would get the hot tub fixed. They finally got the heater working now they need to focus on getting the jets to work.

Overall, this property was very good and our experience was pleasant. The hotel itself is very nice and well taken care of. The only drawback I found was that this hotel shares parking with another hotel and an onsite restaurant, and parking was very limited, and the parking spaces were tight.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking here. There were bugs on the curtains, crawling up the walls, on the desk, on the floors, and even on my bed. the shower had cold water, and the mattress was awful. There was no ice in the ice machine, but really the bugs were unacceptable. They looked like mini cockroaches.

My first room bedding was dirty, also the fire alarm was beeping non stop. I called the front desk, they wanted me to take them out , which is impossible due to not having a ladder and talk about unsafe. They switched us to a new room that was just as bad.

I believed all the Expedia reviews but yikes! Customer service is was good they were friendly but the hotel was so dirty and stinky. Splatters on the walls of who knows what. Shower never got very hot at all. Hotel was stinky and warm upon arrival.

My room seemed clean when I first walked in but then I found shredded carpet going from the floor to the carpet. The bathroom was disgusting. There was someone’s hair, like a big thick piece of it on the floor in the shower. The corners of the floor had so much dirt in them. The tile was black in the grout lines. I had on white socks and they were black. When I showered I put a towel down to stand on because the tile floor was so dirty and the towel was black. Just so gross. The breakfast area was so dirty and messy. Not kept up. I do not recommend this place to anyone

They had a good pool. The location was good. The room we got was right next to the elevator and had a terrible connection to the wifi. It was also super hot the first day but the workers fixed it and it was much cooler the next few days. We also had an odd smell to our room. We purchased some air freshner and sprayed the room and that did help with the smell. Room 217

It wasn’t bad for the price but the pull out sofa bed was a lot smaller than expected. We had to get creative to fit 2 kids on it. There is only 1 elevator and we had to wait a good 5 minutes every time we used it. Ended up just using the stairs a couple times. Staff was friendly and brought extra pillows and blankets to our room.

We were very happy with the hotel. There are maybe three things keeping us from giving a five star review: 1) we booked for six people (2 adults, 4 kids), a room with 2 queens and a queen or double sofa bed. The sofa bed was actually a twin, so despite two of our kids being small (3 and 5), there wasn’t quite enough sleeping space. They didn’t have an alternative so someone had to sleep on a pile of cushions on the floor. 2) the AC would stop working in the middle of the night for long stretches. If you don’t want it very cold this may not be a problem, but for us it was too hot as it stopped blowing at a much higher temp than the thermostat said it should go to. 3) the pool was a little colder than we would’ve liked (kids didn’t mind but they’d get blue lips after a while), and the hot tub wasn’t always hot. We booked this place specifically for the pool and hot tub so this was frustrating. Otherwise everything was great: great service, breakfast, staff, cleanliness, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a disaster, I pre paid through orbitz, front desk clerk insisted I did not pre pay even as I tried to show her my card was charged...I was tired and not in the mood to argue, she charged my card...AGAIN....manager came to the front desk, cleared up the problem and showed her I had indeed already paid, he said he would cancel the second charge...Its on my card statement still, Now I will have to try and sort this out on the phone after the fact. Walked into out room and half of the drywall on the ceiling had fallen off onto beds and floor. This hotel seemed dirty. I won't stay there again.

The front desk welcome and service was absolutely fantastic! The young man went out of his way to welcome us and check that everything was perfect. He obviously loved his job and will be very successful in the hospitality business if he decides to make that his career.

They need more employees for check-in and the people that were working deserve a raise. We waited in line for a good 30 minutes. No water in the lobby. Our key card got us into our room, we left for a couple hours, and it didn't work so I had to go back down to get it reactivated. Not the best experience I have had.

Check in process was fine and pleasant , hotel room was clean, breakfast was decent , however at 3:30 in the morning my husband , myself and my 5 year old soon were all startled awake when a guest of the hotel was accidentally given the wrong room key and they walked into our room, the guests apologized profusely and quickly exited but it obviously wasn’t there fault that they were given the wrong room and the wrong room key. We talked to the front desk about it and the lady at the front desk seemed to not be worried about the mix up. Very disappointed in the way they handle this . No apology was given , will never stay here again .

Great hotel! It's peaceful and tidy! The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is basic but tasty. It includes a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. The air conditioning is both quiet and effective. The TV offers plenty of channels with excellent picture and sound quality.

This was a fair value for what I paid. Not fancy, but clean, with a comfortable bed. Very close to BYU campus, which was a priority for me. Aidan at check-in was friendly and helpful. What a great place to stay in Provo. Very nice rooms, great WiFi, and expansive breakfast. There are convenience shops, a bakery and restaurants on site and within walking distance. Very close to BYU.

Amazing and friendly Staff. Checkin was a breeze even when I used a gift card which usually causes complications. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Onsite restaurant was fast and really good food. They even gave us the option to deliver to our room. Lots of parking and beautiful lobby and surrounding gardens. Water, cookies and hot drinks free in the lobby. Breakfast was top notch. This is our fav place to stay every year we come to BC.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past. The adjacent Indian restaurant is delicious. The hotel has been upgraded and is nice. We did have trouble with the drain in our bathroom and unevenness in the water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold. The corners of the bathroom floor were dirty - aleays a telling sign of lax cleaning.

Stayed here on our way to Oregon. Very nice hotel. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was the usual, cereal, grainy scrambked eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy. No other meat choices. Pool and hit tub were nice to enjoy. Attached Tandoori restaurant was really good with generous portions. Would stay here again.
