I was unable to check in and was told I would not be charged (i will double check my credit card in a few days). The room I reserved was for an accessibility room with a shower chair; they only have one accessible room. I booked this room three months ago. When we went to check in, it is inaccessible for persons with disabilities because there are steps at the front door and uneven walkways. The only accessible room has been inhabited for 18 days reguardless that i had it reserved. The guy was very nice about it which helped with our frustration. Also the pool was closed and their continental breakfast was shut down which appearscto be indefinitely. This was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel! Not staying here ever!

I like the small building with parking next to the rooms. Road noise can be loud until about midnight. Towels are really clean and smell nice. People in other rooms were quiet and considerate. Weatherstripping around door needs replacement. Ice machine was broken.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, but we had limited interactions as we were out the door early. The neighborhood or hotel (not sure which) was pretty loud till 10 pm on a Friday, but the fan was steady and loud enough to drown it out so we slept ok. Beds were decent, room was clean, shower had good water pressure, price was excellent. Would stay again.

Absolutely horrendous hotel. Would let an enemy book with this hotel. The room had spills dripping down ever wow. Painted over light switches, light switches coming out of the wall, and exposed screw in the bathroom door. The only thing that appeared clean in the room was the bathtub, and toilet. There was fluids on the window drapes. The drapes were also damaged, eliminating privacy from outside into our room. We had people above us, we were in room 125, with what we called a circus. Jumping slamming dropping at all hours of the night. Our door had a significant gap, allowing enough room for an actual hand to fit through the gap. I had to stuff it with a towel for security and privacy. The bedding was ripped, only one decent pillow out of eight. Wash cloths were stained dirty, bath towels were stained. The inside of the dresser drawers as well as the nightstand drawers were filthy. Disgusting. Laid towels inside of the drawers, was really hoping that we would not have any insects. We had bugs coming in from underneath the door. The window had no screen, and as a female traveling alone, I was unable to sleep comfortably and soundly. I didn’t wanna sleep with earplugs in or a mask on, with the gap under the door, my sleep was majorly affected.

dirty room, carpet coming loose, shower smelled like mildew, paint coming off the most depressing was the beds. they are worn out. springs sticking out. linens had smell of body odor. the write up said near by fitness available which made it seem was part of the stay which the manager new nothing about. of course there's a near by gym in a major town. the place is a dive.

This is probably the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! We travel across the country from west to East coast and all in between, and I’ve never seen dirtier walls. My garage walls are cleaner! There were cob webs above the bed and in the entry way. The shower curtain was supposed to be white, but it was brown (especially on the bottom). The carpet was so filthy that it was black several feet into the room. The beds were thin spring mattresses that sunk in the middle. The blankets and towels were thin. When we came back to the room at night, it smelled like a dirty dog. The tv was outdated. The person above me woke up at 4:00am all three days and we heard everything so clearly. It sounded like someone was stomping on the floors. I could hear their toilet flush, because the toilets are so loud. The pool is out of order and the landscaping is mostly dead. Breakfast was 3 dry cereal choices, slices of bread, or waffles. It was convenient to the BYU campus, but it needs a complete overhaul.

When I think of visiting a days in, I think of a budget motel with great service and clean rooms, however, this days in in Provo, Utah, is far from clean. Mold growing in the bathroom, dirt, bugs, and dirt on the sheets. Dirty walls. Trash. Holes in the towels, I can't even believe this hotel is still in business.

The room was pretty dirty, we found chip crumbs, and a whole granola bar on the side of the beds. Mattress was broken down and really uncomfortable. The bathroom floor edges had a lot of build up. Walls had a lot of paint missing in places.

It was suitable for the price but pretty shabby condition. Walls were marred, needed paint andscratched, furniture was knicked, dented, scratched, toilet was very loose felt like it was falling over. The whole room needed some TLC.

I originally booked this room intending to bring my son and my dog with me, but ended up coming alone, so the pet-friendliness was appreciated but in the end unneeded. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, if kind of shabby and basic. Unpainted spackle patches on walls, slightly beat-up furniture, loud plumbing, thin walls (so noisy neighbors were very audible). The fridge froze everything I put in it, and the TV remote lacked instructions or a menu button. However, the basics--bed, bathroom, shower, microwave, door locks--worked fine and while the area was a little bit vacant and/or under construction, there was a nice bike path along the river right there, a short walk on which took me to a shopping center to get whatever. Parking and driving all easy. Staff were nice. Perfectly good, affordable place to stay if you're not looking for luxury.

The room looked nothing like the pictures online. It was dark and dreary inside. There were crumbs on the floor between the nightstand and the bed, the walls had a layer of dust on them (you could see if very clearly on the darker wall), the nightstand had something sticky on it...over all the room did not feel clean. I could hear a lot of noise coming from the parking lot when I was trying to go to sleep.

So I was only staying for one night and when I decided I was gonna stay for two nights I decided to call the front desk first and ask the kid who was working up there. He said with sure confidence that I would not have to switch rooms because I was just staying in the same room And there wouldn’t be an issue just cause they’re gonna be doing some remodeling. He says he will talk to his manager, but there shouldn’t be a problem. My experience I know he’s not going to talk to his manager. I’m gonna have to talk to them myself, so I went to the front desk myself as I go to the front desk, he didn’t tell me you have to get out of the room because you just booked it now I need you to move. Luckily, I had already packed and I had already known that he wasn’t going to check up on it and I was going to have to move. Told me I had to come back in four hours when check in time was check in time got back there at a little after five and they were still remodeling. There was only one room available for me, and it was in the corner in the top where all the other rooms were still being worked on all night long till midnight, at least. Went to the airport in the morning and dropped my friend off came back to my hotel room and they had went in the room cleaned it locked the doors and I was no longer able to get into my room. I’m not quite sure why but no apologies no letting me back into my room.

Front desk clerk very rude. No customer service skills. We had to drive around looking for our room. No information was given upon check in. Got to our room, the air conditioner was falling off the wall, hair on the towels by the sink, dirt built up behind the bathroom door, no fan in operation in the bathroom. Continental breakfast consisted of toast, waffles, cereal, coffee, orange juice. Was really surprised there was no fruit. I was not impressed considering that we had stayed at Days Inns before and never had an experience like this.

When arriving at the location I was told I had to pay 100.00 deposit when 2 nights prior I didn't have to pay a deposit. The manager then decided that she wouldnt help us out and proceeded to throw us off the property calling us names and yelling at us the whole way off the property. Then to boot this was a non refundable reservation and so I lost 60 dollars to be yelled at and thrown off the property. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS NT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!!!!

Showed up only to be greeted by a locked lobby door as a 150 pound German Shepherd came running to the door barking and snarling. Staff, thinking owners, pulling dog back into office. Let me in only to find out that the system was down, couldn’t check me in, didn’t know when it would come back up. False advertising on continental breakfast, they don’t have it. Pool?!? Yeah, right…not sure when the last time that thing was up and running?!?This hotel should be quarantined and torn down. The hotel and surrounding area reminded me of the movie, “The Last Of Us”! DO NOT! I REPEAT…DO NOT stay at this place!

Disappointing stay. We checked in for a two-night stay. The first day, we left at 5am, returning at 8PM and our room door was open. We went to the office to find out why our door was open. The office called the cleaner and was told she knocked on the door at 9:30 and was told we weren't ready for room service, so there was no service. Since we weren't there at 9:30, either the maid was lying or someone was in our room and spoke with the maid. Since we didn't know who had been in our room and why the door was left open, we asked for a new room. We were given a new room.

This site won’t let me post an honest review (says I violated standards even though I didn’t), so to suffice it to say, the place is disgusting, riddled with bugs and the managers are dishonest people and despite emailing the guy who responds to these reviews, we never got a resolution to the issue.

We got there after driving all day and the clerk said they had no record of our reservation and they were full and he couldn't help us. I showed him the confirmation from Expedia and he couldn't help us. No apology or offer to h help us at all. Very disappointed. We had to drive 45 minutes to different town to find a motel with a vacancy in the same price range.

Check in staff was friendly. The hotel is old and needs a lot of updates. The air conditioner was very loud so we had to turn it off to sleep. The hotel is hard to find because it is tucked back in.

My fiance and her son stayed 3 nights and while there her son experienced bed bugs. I called and spoke with a manager and was told that room was always occupied and they hadn't received other complaints. I stayed, sure if no ones calls to complain tjen of course you would not hear of any. I asked for at least one night of compensation and was basically told, tough luck and good luck. We will never say at any of their properties.

This place definitely needs an upgrade, however it is very handicapped friendly and I would recommend for a handicapped person. The location is not that good as there are no places to eat without crossing a busy 4 lane road.

Breakfast was advertised as being provided but there was none, not even a cup of coffee :( If I hadn't been so tired from driving, I would have gone elsewhere. The property was not easy to find and there wasn't a sign. It was apparently being converted from Days Inn to Coach Inn at the time and there was no breakfast provided during the conversion- which I was told at check in when I asked where the breakfast kitchen area was located. 2 lights in room didn't work. Will not stay here again.

The room was in pretty bad disrepair. The bed skirt was filthy and the mattress reminded me of a hide a bed mattress. The kind you can feel every spring on. The pool was closed. Breakfast was literally toast, a waffle or cereal. No fruit or juice or yogurt or protein.

Had no coffee in eating area. Area was very small only 2 tables. Only had waffles (machine) with no syrup and some dry cereal. No milk or juce (containers empty), no clerk available to refill. No coffee, asked clerk earlier, advise that we had to use coffee maker in room. Hotel was old. Should have stayed at a Motel 6. Cancelled second nite.
