The parking situation was a surprise to me. The only parking for the hotel was in a parking structure next to the property. We were informed after booking that the parking would cost an additional $10 per day. This also made it difficult to get luggage and other items from the car to the hotel. I believe this fact should be mentioned on the Expedia listing.

The property itself is well maintained and clean. Parking, however, is in a public structure around the corner, forcing travelers to leave their car and belongings in an area unattached to, and unprotected by, the hotel. This also means travelers must drag their suitcases for approximately a block in order to transport them to the hotel if they are traveling alone and unable to use the (extremely small) drop off area by the front doors. This should be more obvious in the hotel description, so sharing here for visibility.

The outdoor pool was closed on my first night with a sign stating it would be open the second day. It was not. No notice was posted at online registration regarding this. Rate was not adjusted for the lack of this amenity. The manager on check out was very helpful and kind. Issued points for.the inconvenience.

Staff were very friendly. The gym had everything you should need for a good workout. The outdoor hot tub was amazing. The continental breakfast had many options and was delicious.

Beautiful hotel in central quiet Provo - walking distance to many restaurants. The room is large new attractive and very comfortable. Gym is large and fairly well equipped (could use another bench?) Unable to take advantage of outdoor pool/spa due to colder weather but looks nice. Lobby and lounge areas are beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking is convenient in adjacent parkade. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Several people had to beg to open pool after the storm passed. Staff finally opened but followed with a snarky comment. Never replenished the towels from 7-11pm. Floors were sopping wet from people coming and going to pool. Outdoor dining area was not cleaned after last patrons- dirty tables, dishes and glasses. Of the 2 front desk people, only 1 actually worked. The other stood there. This was throughout the night, 5p-12a. Location is great! When open the pool and hot tub are nice, but dirty due to being outside.

Room smelled liked piss, and people from the garage 50 meter away stared in to our upgraded room with “better view”. Personel couldn’t cancel the booking because the manager doesn’t work after 5PM. Nor change the room, for like 2 hours. So you might be stuck with a piss smelling room going here. Nor are pictures on the booking site representative of the actual hotel. It’s boring and ugly. It’s a chain. With 50 rules for the concrete pool area, and no welcome signs. Overall: void of institution, care and warmth.

Unfortunately, our stay was not good at all. When we went to get into the bed there was what looked to be blood on the sheet. We had to take off the sheets and luckily we had extra sheets in the closet as there was a pull out couch in the room. Obviously the room and bed were not cleaned! Extremely disgusting!!!! The front desk asked us to fill out a form so the manager could contact us and we have heard nothing from them!

The hotel is clean and in a walkable location. Parking available. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, large, and we liked the couch. Something was wrong with the bathroom door and it didn’t close correctly. Also no privacy because it is a slider. The entry into the room was weirdly long and dark with a random table in it. They could fix the ambiance there to make it more light and welcoming.

We love Provo. We used to live in Provo. This hotel is in a very busy part of Provo. The parking situation is really bad - back behind the hotel and then a hike to get into it. Kind of confusing. Walls were very thin in room and we had to turn up the air very high and loud to not hear the next door neighbors' conversation - at midnight. Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Too many other better choices.

If you like a firm mattress then you are better off sleeping on the couch pull-out bed than on the regular mattress. I slept on the mattress the first night and it was one of the worst night’s sleep I’ve ever had.

They put us in a room at first that I did not reserve, so I had to get a new room that matched what I reserved, they the keys didn't work so again I had to go to the front desk to get help and the keys did not work again, so then I had to get a manager involved to get things corrected. It was a very frustrating stay.

The rooms are very nice, however, our check-in with the receptionist was less than ideal. We checked in with one receptionist and then went out to our vehicle to bring in our luggage. FYI - checking in was also difficult due to the lack of parking space out front as there were three other cars checking in, one vehicle was parking on the street and another almost hit someone in the driveway out front as it was extremely tight. We came in a new receptionist was now at the desk. As I waited with our dogs and my husband came in with our luggage we were bombarded with questions...what room we were staying in, reminding us again about a pet cleaning fee. I have no problem with checking about security with the hotel but the receptionist was rude (almost felt like I was being interrogated). It was a very "unwelcoming" vibe. Will not be staying back. Front desk reception should be friendly, welcoming, and accommodating and she was anything but.

This property is in an absolute great location in Provo. Close, walkable distance to many great eating options as well as very easily driveable to many more great locations. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to any of my needs. The hotel itself was very clean and exceeded expectations.

This was a super easy hotel for walking to restaurants and finding things to do. There were not many gluten free options for breakfast. Hard boiled egg and a package of peanut butter was all I could find.

confusing breakfast, website showed free breakfast, that morning there was a sign stating breakfast fee was $8/person. Turned out it was free with our reservation but the confusion caused us to go else where. Also parking was not free like website showed.

I was shocked to learn that Hyatt no longer includes breakfast. To have an employee sitting at a podium charging an $8.00 add on was offensive. The money spent on the employee would easily offset additional revenue gained by nickle and dining your guests. There are other options to stay I will be moving my business to those brands.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, however the only reason I chose it over a few of the others in the area was because the website said there was a restaurant, which there was not. There was pre packaged food in plastic containers and a few fast fried options. After driving 10 hours I was anticipating being able to enjoy a halfway decent dinner so the false advertising is the main reason for the 3 star review. Also there is a very tight loading/unloading area in front of the hotel and then you have to drive to the underground parking, which is ok except the girl at the front desk told me we could bring our luggage in while we parked and then gave my daughter a hard time and acted like she didn’t know what she was talking about when she asked where she could leave our luggage. They also told me not to use one of the elevators in the parking garage or we could get stuck in it. All in all, after a long day of traveling and paying for more for a hotel with what I thought would be better accommodations I was very disappointed and would not stay there again.
