Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport

Have hardly seen staff as friendly as this place The hotel itself provides very suitable accommodation and close proximity to grocery and restaurants/fast foods

The breakfast was beyond expectations

Great breakfast with made to order omelettes and lots of other stuff.

1. The front desk clerk took 20 minutes to check me in, including the 5 minutes he took to determine that I am a Hilton Honors member. 2. He said that he was giving me an upgrade, but the room he assigned me to had an unmade bed and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. 3. The next room he put into was adjacent to a room with people being very loud. I called to ask that he ask them to quiet down, but no one ever answered the phone when I called. 4. Because no one answered, I was not able to ask for a wake up call. 5. I slept longer than I intended and missed breakfast. One reason for this is that the clock in the room was set an hour behind. The other was I could not request a wake-up call because no one answered my call.
