We booked five rooms to attend Police Week in Washington, D.C. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and genuinely cared about our comfort at the property. The breakfast each day was hot and delicious. They offer laundry machines on site for use by the guests and have a transportation service as well to travel to the airport or Metro station. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking our stay here again next year. Thank you!

Two story property (we were on first floor) was VERY quiet. My only complaint was the use of a plug in air freshener-I am very sensitive and couldn't stop sneezing even after unplugging. Please don't use those!! Parking is tight, but this is the Dulles area so not surprising. Overall it is an excellent property.

DISGUSTING!!!! While getting ready for bed, we pulled back the blankets and found a pair of men's underwear under the blankets. Very disgusted by the find. When i book a hotel, I at least expect clean bedding. Sometimes things are out of the hotels control, but this was complete laziness from maid service. And you know this isn't the first time that they have just remade the bed after someone has checked out. Management assured us that they would make things right, while they couldn't refund our stay (pre pay), They offered us points that could be used for a future stay at the chain. As of today we have yet to here from or receive the points that were promised. one side note, the room also smelt very musty.

The hotel rooms are not indicative of a 9.0 / 10.0 rating. The staff was friendly, and the rate was reasonable but - there is absolutely no way it is a 9/10. At best, the hotel room should be a 7/10, and the cleanliness 3/10. We were there for 1 night, and arrived at 10pm. The shower had hair in it, as did the bed. The overall room is very outdated and not really clean either. Unfortunately, based on our arrival time, we couldn't get another room... so we had to just suck it up. I never give bad reviews but, I certainly would not want anyone to think they are staying in a hotel that has a higher rating than an Embassy Suites or Marriott (both of which are nearby).

It was a decent Hotel. On a 6 night, 7 day stay we had our room cleaned once. We asked the front desk three different mornings to please clean, replace towels, empty trash, the basics. Never saw the cleaning people after day 1. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. They did send maintenance for tnis relatively quick. Bugs under the kitchen sink and guest bathroom floor. Would definitely not stay again if near Dulles. Gave 3 stars for the decent wifi and breakfasts in the morning.

Absolutely terrible experience. Everything was dinged, dented, dirty or broken. One bathroom toilet was overflowing even before we got to the room and proceeded to continue flooding until we played with the handle, but then had to clean up the water with the room towels. Black mold around the vents, no linens for the pull out couch. The hotel never got quiet, not once all night. Awful, just awful.

Property is easy to get to, the staff is really nice and the breakfast was great for a "free" breakfast But My room had a rug which looks to be from the 70s and felt crusty to walk on, the heating was wonky switched to cool at 68 and heat at 69 where i got cold at 68 but then woke up sweating at 69 and every time the heat came on, the suction would make my door rattle making it feel like someone was trying to open my door. I didn't sleep well :(

Here are some things I liked about the 2 bedroom suite: -size -layout-- two bedroom/two bathrooms -blackout curtains -free breakfast available -linens seemed clean Here are some things that need work: -strange fruity/ maybe mildewy smell when entering. Maybe due to the old carpet. - AC did not turn on appropriately - one of the bathroom sinks did not drain correctly - one of the bathroom toilets ran a bit unless you jiggled the handle -the vents in the bathrooms looked dusty, old, and gross -the toilets have not been replaced and seem very dated, but it looks like they have replaced other appliances and the bathroom sinks -the water temperature did not get hot (and this was at 6:30am on a Sunday, so it is doubtful that many people were showering at once... more likely that they just have the water heater temp set to not be able to get hot) -the doors of one of the bedrooms did not close fully -the couch had a food stain and so did one of the throw pillows. We did not eat in the room- we arrived late and left early. We were only there to sleep, shower, and then be on our way.

I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to other families. We have stayed there twice after a long-haul flight, before continuing on our journey. The rooms are a good size, and easily accommodated our family of 5, the staff are helpful, and the breakfast has plenty of choice and is good quality. The decor is nothing fancy, and perhaps a bit dated, but everything was totally clean and in good working order, and you have everything you'd need. We've had a really positive experience there.

Do not stay here! 1. Internet here is terrible, there are no ethernet connections in the rooms, you have to sign in through a captive portal, and you'll have to call support to get your devices actually allowed and usable on the network. Oh, and your connection will drop out. 2. There is almost no cell service here! Don't plan on using your phone's internet because it will be incredibly slow if it works at all. 3. Front door to my room had a large gap. This meant that all the sounds and smells came right into my room, and yes, the guests in the room(s) next to me were loud, smoking pot, drunk, and generally awful people. I asked to switch rooms, and was told there was only one other room available. I started bringing my luggage to the new room, only to realize it had been heavily smoked in, so I went back to the first room with the door gap. 4. Many of the parking spaces are not big enough for SUVs, and good luck getting even a regular-sized sedan out of the cramped lot if an SUV is parked across from you. I actually couldn't get out of my parking space at one point because of oversized SUVs, and the front desk person come out and set off the car alarm on a guest's vehicle so that they would come out and move it. Which brings me to my next point: 5. This place doesn't register or take down your license plate number, so if there is a problem (like above), they have no idea whose car is whose.

Overall, this was a great hotel for us. The hotel is set up kind of like apartments, with two stories and multiple buildings. We stayed in a King suite that had a bedroom, closet (walk in), dressing area, bathroom/shower, kitchen, and living room (with a sleeper sofa). It was very comfortable and functional and in good shape. Parking was easy and close. Breakfast was free and adequate, but not super delicious. The only issue was the thinness of the walls and the noise we could hear from one neighbor and their barking dog. The hotel is within a mile of a metro stop and a shopping area with a number of restaurants, CVS, fast food, banks, 7-11, etc. We would stay here again.

Comfortable facility and well located. In 2 BR suite bathrooms too small and fixtures in particular way outdated. Also TV in common area malfunctioned and housekeeping opened door at 9:00AM on check out day with no knock. Finally door lock operated intermittently and required several attempts to open each time.

The hotel was very welcoming, we did a very late check in and they were very accommodating. The only problem was one of our bathrooms wasn’t flushing and they said they would tell maintenance and no one did, we left to the city and when we returned no maintenance. Our toilet was still not working. So we basically spent a whole day with a non working toilet since the person on front didn’t put in the order.

At 11:00 PM someone opened my door, so a card key to my room was clearly given to another guest who was as startled as I was. Luckily I had the security latch on. That was inexcusable. This was after I had to go back to the front desk after I initially checked in because the card key did not work. It also appeared that long-term (as in monthly) renters were staying there which creates a much different character. Would not stay here again.

I was on a layover due to an overnight flight delay. I just needed a comfortable bed and a place with a nice feeling to it, and that's what I got. The amenities were good, and the front desk clerk and the shuttle driver (the only two staff members I had occasion to interact with) were great. Very nice facility. Shower had very poor pressure. It took awhile to shower. The breakfast was cold!!! Cold eggs, cold pancakes, cold sausage. Kinda nasty. Possibly the kitchen staff could drop their cellphones a few minutes and place a Sterno under the chafing dishes.

Stayed here after our flight out of Dulles was cancelled and rebooked for next day. Property is convenient to airport (shuttle) and dining options locally (walking distance). Staff is amazing! Free breakfast in lobby. This is a long-term stay hotel (I didn’t care when booking), so there are folks who have been there for a while. With that said, rooms are apartment-like and there’s a kitchen.

Very disappointing experience. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and unfortunately, the entire stay was filled with unnecessary inconvenience. When we arrived to check in, we were told that the room we had specifically booked was not available. We were never contacted ahead of time to inform us of this change. Since we checked in late, there were very limited options available, and our family was forced to stay in separate rooms. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there was no manager on duty. We were told the manager only works Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, but there was only so much she could do without management approval. We were told that our stay would be discounted because of the inconvenience. However, when we checked out, we found that only 1 night out of our 7-night stay had been discounted. Considering everything we went through, this was not a fair resolution. The inconvenience continued throughout our stay. The next day, we had to move one room, and the following day, we had to move the other room. While we were out enjoying our time, we received calls asking us to return and move our belongings by 2:00 p.m. Having to pack, return to the hotel, and change rooms multiple times was extremely disruptive and took away from our family’s trip. The lack of management availability during nights and weekends is a major issue.

Check in staff seemed to be inexperienced and therefore slow. They asked for location preference in complex and booked me into exact opposite of stated preference. Room was all the way at end of complex when I was told it was close to clubhouse and would be quiet. In fact the neighboring renters were extremely loud and unruly. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The location was excellent, close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of things to do, while still being only about 30 minutes from Washington, DC. One of the biggest highlights was having private bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. For anyone traveling with family or friends, that setup is a dream. It made getting ready each morning much easier and far less stressful. We also appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. Everything we needed was already there, which was refreshing. At many extended stay properties, you have to request kitchen items from the front desk, so having everything available from the start was a nice convenience. The staff was also very accommodating when an unexpected mandatory online work meeting came up on our departure day. They worked with us on a late checkout, which we greatly appreciated.
