The facility has went down in quality from the last time I stayed there in earlier 2014. Stuck with what was familiar. My room two rooms were changed twice due to the tv not having service and poor quality of the rooms. My first room had car air fresheners in the ac unit, poorly attempting the mask the smell in the room. The rooms had a very distinctive odor…not in a good way. Smelled like air filters needed changed, and walls and floors needed scrubbed. A lot of staining. The bathroom had some rusting parts in the shower, and shower had needed replace. I will say, you do get what you pay for, so with that being said, the price was fair. If you need a room in a pinch, this will do lol.

Stayed 2 nights

I arrived at 6:00am in the morning and it was one disaster after another from having to clean my room from just driving an 8 hr trip and the TV not working to broken bathroom seats, to my room being rented out while my family and I are sleep in the room. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this establishment ever again.

Upon check in the front desk was friendly. I asked if they would hold our luggage until the check in time and he was able to get early check in. After this it steadily went down hill. The room on the ground floor was dirty and run down. The couch cushions were stained and souled; the bathroom had hair and dirt. I asked the front desk to chang,he told me to give him a half hour.We went to get food. They switched us to the 3rd floor which was cleaner, but missing a security latch. That evening the toilet got clogged, I called the front desk and was told to come downstairs and get the plunger. I asked if they could bring it up and was told no. Within 5 minutes I went to the front desk and he spent 15 minutes searching for a plunger. Eventually he came back with dollar store plunger in a white trash bag and handed it to me. The next morning we get up to get breakfast and there was a sign about the oven being out of service so there's no way to cook, toast or heat breakfast. The pancake maker was producing raw pancakes. They also ran out of milk for the cereal. I traveled with my family and no car, this was the problematic. I have requested someone get back to serveral times and no one has. I have video and pictures of it all. I confirmed talking to a couple that were leaving that day, the breakfast had been unavailable for atleast 3 days before our arrival. Common courtesy would be to notify us ahead of time, giving me the option to find a different hotel. Poor practices.

Stayed 1 night

The very first thing I noticed when I walked in was a smell - I can't describe it - but it was everywhere. Luckily, by morning, the smell hadn't bothered me much. Anyway, I paid entirely too much for a room for 5 people (one night). I ultimately paid $240 for ONE night. The man at the front desk was nice but at the same time, he didn't seem to really go out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We had two queen beds and a pull out couch for 2 adults and 3 teens. The pull out couch did not have any sheets, blanket or pillow. The room was probably aboug 78 degrees when we first walked in which was ok at first but hard to fall asleep at night. The walls had absolutely no decoration like pictures. Very odd that the entire room was just white. There was no complimentary shampoo or soap in the bathroom. We only had 4 towels. Their one ice machine in the entire hotel was out of order. The hallway in the hotel was very warm and didn't feel like the AC was on. We were so tired from being outside the whole day that we all slept in til 10am and missed the included breakfast the next morning. However, judging by the experience up to this point, I would not have expected much. Again, we paid $240 for 1 night in this hotel. This hotel, in my opinion, was worth maybe $75 a night if that.
