Coming from out of State but stayed at a Best Western as well worked along in the past & this has been the worse experience. Staying on The 2nd floor went to get ice. The ice machine wasn’t working, had to walk downstairs to be told that it’s not working & to use the 3rd floor one. the room I was In was nasty. There was dried up blood by the sink walls, the bathroom tub has rust & dark stains, the bedroom lamps were holes, and black stains all over. Mind you these lamps shades were beige. Upon opening up the sofa bed there were no extra Linen. And the mattress had no sheets. Had to walk downstairs and ask. Waiting for extra the young lady only provided 1 blanket. So had to return to ask for something as who is going to sleep on just a mattress. Even though we asked for sheets for the sofa we couldn’t even open the sofa bed because how uncomfortable how dirty it looked we just placed the bed sheets on top of the sofa. The next morning I informed the gentleman at front desk that the water in the tub was not going down & was not able to get the water stopper to come back up. He said ok he will have someone take care of it. After returning back in the evening I came back to no one coming in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned, all the dirty linen that I placed By the door was still there as well as the bag of trash. There was no clean linen to use or nothing & no there was no sign placed at the door for privacy or no housekeeping. To finish off there was no Hot water running.

The stay was good, the room was clean. My only concern is that parking in the front was limited, therefore I had to park in the back where there are no camera's and my car was vandalized overnight. I am not happy!!!

I usually do not write reviews but had to got this stay. I only booked the hotel because of the rating however that was overly inflated. Breakfast was mediocre. Elevator made a loud noise going up and down and on the third day was broken so had to. Sorry my bags downstairs by myself. There was a drunk lady sleeping on the third floor chat by the elevator and kept harassing people as they got off and on. There was black mold in the shower, stains in the carpet and the toilet wouldn’t flush. When I arrived to the hotel I had to wait 15 minutes to check in as the employee was in the front smoking a cigarette and chatting on her phone. Not a great experience at all

The same night I checked in the hotel, I park my car in the hotel parking lot and someone stole the catalyser converter of my Ford Excursion Truck! Right there in the parking lot! The next day morning when I found that the car was sounding crazy, I look under the truck and saw the catalyser converter tube was cut and gone!! I called the police and ask the front desk to check their cameras and they don’t even have cameras in the parking lot where I park. I was not in the street, right inside the hotel premises and in the entrance side!!! Managers were absents so no one came out to help or apologize/ or give guidance on what to do! No investigation from hotel, they did not care! To replace that it will cost me $2900 , towing was $180 to the closest garage. I had to go to the airport to rent another car because I was in VA for the weekend with my family!!! I checked out the next day with nothing. I came in with a running car and because of the property unsafety I left without my truck and indebt because I have to fix the car to return home. !!! The police can’t do anything about it either!!!

Good place, good location, lots of places to eat within walking distance, friendly staff. Only one small problem: I'm not sure why there is a 10 PM limit to use the little laundry room. That was kind of a hassle when my son had evening athletic tournaments then I'd have to find a 24 hour laundromat to wash his clothes for the next day's games.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but it ends there. It seems that no day to day maintenance done. Everything was very run down. Our room had multiple things wrong - heater smelt when running, clock was not working, the phone did not have a cord to the handset, and the remote did not work the tv. So we moved rooms. Then the next room the water would not stop running in the shower. Finally we got a third room which was ok. Other issues included a very lack-lustre breakfast. 2 of the 3 pieces of work out equipment had their cords cut and therefore could not be used. What little staff that was there did try to help but it was clear that there was skelton staff. I get that there is perhaps less travel going on and some hotels are having a tough go, but some basic maintenance should still be upheld.

When we entered the room it had an off putting odor (very musty like the room had been closed up for several weeks). When I spoke to the desk clerk, I was given a can of Lysol spray - it helped slightly. For our 4 day stay, we did not have hot water (was tepid at best) for 3, making for very uncomfortable showering! Was told it was a boiler issue. Additionally, the room side doorknob keep falling off. When I mentioned the knob issue to the desk clerk, he stated it was a know problem for several rooms. Ice machine was out of order. While it has been recently updated, we won’t be staying here again!

Room- rug smelled like “PISS” - Couch was dirty it was supposed to be gray but it was BLACK - smelled like Smoke and I’m allergic to it. Tub was dirty Breakfast was horrible. Except for the fruit, yogurt and bagels. Premade the reheated NASTY… pancakes from a machine looked half cooked … it was the worst experience I’ve ever had since 2023 I truly wanted my money back as I was their for my moms funeral

It wasn’t terrible for a night but like we would not go back honestly. We found a dead roach in our sheets and everything was just like slightly damp and the room was soooo effing musty we had to bring in febreeze from our car it was BAD. But like again for a single night it wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Definitely a hotel I would lift the sheets at to check for bedbugs (they did not have any but if you stay I’d still check—you can never be too safe). Staff and location was the saving grace of this hotel.

Front Desk agent was friendly and helpful, however room was dirty and had a bad smell. Toilet paper on the roll was not new and had several big dirty marks on it so we had to get fresh roll. Area around the bathtub was blackish & moldy, and walls had lots of stains. Walls in the room were paper thin, and there was loud screaming/ fighting outside in the night. We were woken up in the morning by an employee (maybe a manager) loudly scolding another employee in the hallway. Based mainly on the lack of cleanliness, we would not stay at the location again.

The man who works the front desk was nice, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Room smelled like weed really bad. The whole room was filthy. Bathroom had hair all over it. The tables had chunks of food still on them. Floor didn't look vacuumed. We had young kids with us and they couldn't change our room because they were "out of rooms." Guy said all he could do was offer a refund. I said refund me for the next day (we booked 2 night) because it was midnight already. Well guess what? They refused to give me a refund. Said I stayed 2 nights when they know damn well I didn't. Tried to call the hotel and no one will call me back. I will never stay here again! Go down the street to the Comfort Suites. Soooo much better and CLEAN!

The water did not shut off in the tub/shower, it ran a constant stream of hot water. The are conditioner leaked in the room, saturating the carpet. We had to get 6 towels every night to put on the floor to absorb some of it, and wear shoes to walk on them. The staff knew about the tub and leak from the AC, so therefore maybe the room should not have been booked until those things were repaired. They had no other room to offer. The TV remote did not work. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly, they were the saving grace.

The bed was terrible, we were not impressed by it and the comfort was lacking. You could also see the outside through the screw holes where they had replaced the air condition unit but did not fill the holes. The room also felt wet like it needed to be dehumidified. The breakfast was good, but we were looking forward to using the Nestle speciality coffee machine and it was of course not working and there was no sign indicating it was not working.

The breakfast was good, but we were looking forward to using the Nestle speciality coffee machine and it was of course not working and there was no sign indicating it was not working.

Our initial room had a nonworking AC unit, so we were put in another room. However the AC ran all night at the "coolest" setting but it never seemed to get cool enough. Facilities are very outdated. Some missing lightbulbs, had to go get batteries for our remote.

The hotel and room were ok .I had to sleep on the couch because the matress was very saggy. The decor was a little shabby not the standard of Best Western I'm use too. They would do well to upgrade sleeping accommodations including pillows & mattress. Friendly customer service.bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Ok for 2 night stay

This is a very good hotel but a bit dated and worn down. The hotel is frequently booked up and the wear and tear is showing. We got the suite and it was nice and spacious. The room had a musty smell when we cane in each time that faded away. The bathroom needs up dating and the remote didnt work. Toilet had to be flushed twice. I feel like with the worn down state of the hotel that it needs to be rennovated and they are charging a bit too much for now.

I would rate my stay a 2 at best. I stayed two nights in September 2024. The property is extremely run down, not well maintained, and not very clean. I immediately regretted booking as soon as I walked in. The folks that were at reception were very attentive and responsive. However, my room reservation was mixed up repeatedly for the first 24 hours. Wile I was out during the day my things were packed up, moved to a different room and then moved back. While everyone was kind and apologetic it was very disruptive.

The Front desk staff was super professional, helpful, courteous exceptional service from everyone. From check in with Laticia so warm and friendly, Mitul was excellent with our towel request late one night, Zorica was wonderful at breakfast and all day and Marie when Zorica shift was over. They are jewels to have as employees. Everyone was so pleasant it made our stay even better. Please let them know how we appreciated each one of them.

The last time I was here, I complained about the marihuana Snell in the hotel rooms. That issue was solved!! I had a great stay. Breakfast is good. Front desk Marko was very helpful and kind. I was lo come back.

Nice sized room. Breakfast actually offered meat, eggs, and potatoes. There was only 1 person covering the front desk and breakfast area and while they did an excellent job of managing everything, they really needed help.

The only problem i had was the hot water pressure in the room but when i talked to the receptionist the problem was taking care of. Breakfast was good. the room was cozy.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Great price for what you get and compared to other places nearby- I work in this area a lot, and have stayed in several other hotels nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back very soon.

Good place, good location, lots of places to eat within walking distance, friendly staff. Only one small problem: I'm not sure why there is a 10 PM limit to use the little laundry room. That was kind of a hassle when my son had evening athletic tournaments then I'd have to find a 24 hour laundromat to wash his clothes for the next day's games.

Breakfast, two thumbs down, they had a menu but it meant nothing. The quality of the food wasn’t that great and the pancake machine was broken and not acting properly throughout most of my stay. They’ve tried to renovate the property but the wet floor sign was in the elevator the entire time I was there. Some of the plaster was flaking off the half wall and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Five stars for cleaning the room each day I was there. There are a lot of hotels that no longer do that. It did have a pool and workout room and situated close to a lot of shops and dining options. The parking lot can get pretty full later in the night but I was able to park throughout my three day stay. The water pressure was good but didn’t get hot enough for me and I killed a couple of spiders. The price point was okay but I, personally, will opt to find another hotel for the next visit to the Hampton area.

I think this is a fair value for the pricepoint, which I would view as low-mid. The room was as described & looked renovated & clean. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom had a nice tub. The TV was the usual flat screen but needed 2 controllers to cover all of the basic functions. The checkin person was friendly, polite and efficient. The breakfast was better than anticipated, with tasty scrambled eggs, sausage patties and fresh pancakes. When in the area for another track meet, I will return here.

The only negative I have is that there was not enough breakfast the 1st morning. I was looking forward to the sausage gravy and there was none when we came down. Someone said they were putting more out but that was not the case.

I really enjoyed my stay. It's when entering a hotel room. Everything, everything was nice and clean and placed. Nothing out of order, everything worked properly. Besides, one light bulb in the floor lamp needed to be changed. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was hot and very pleasing. Never ran out of food. And the cafeteria was very clean this.The staff was very friendly that served food. I can really see myself returning.

The facility has went down in quality from the last time I stayed there in earlier 2014. Stuck with what was familiar. My room two rooms were changed twice due to the tv not having service and poor quality of the rooms. My first room had car air fresheners in the ac unit, poorly attempting the mask the smell in the room. The rooms had a very distinctive odor…not in a good way. Smelled like air filters needed changed, and walls and floors needed scrubbed. A lot of staining. The bathroom had some rusting parts in the shower, and shower had needed replace. I will say, you do get what you pay for, so with that being said, the price was fair. If you need a room in a pinch, this will do lol.

I arrived at 6:00am in the morning and it was one disaster after another from having to clean my room from just driving an 8 hr trip and the TV not working to broken bathroom seats, to my room being rented out while my family and I are sleep in the room. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this establishment ever again.
