Easy breezy check in but the room we got was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. It felt like I was walking into a after party room. The windows were cracked, the entire room was dirty, the furniture was missing pieces and broken, and they had 3 chairs lined up along the wall by the window which didn’t look like they belonged at all! Asked for another room as I had 3 children with me, the second room wasn’t any better. The carpet was filthy with nasty stick stuff everywhere, the bathroom had what looked like broken crack pipe glass on the floor, a females old nasty press on nails behind the toilet, there were no towels, tp, or washcloths, the AC was from 1970s and disgusting and had old cereal still stuck inside the vents. The wifi didn’t work for any of our devices, thankfully I wasn’t working from home bc I wouldn’t have been able to work the entire time of our stay. Will never be going here again unless the health department goes and does a thorough check and they do a real deep clean and upgrade to the rooms. By far the worst stay we’ve encountered yet! Never again at this location!

I asked for a bottom floor because I had a disabled chils with me. They put me on the 3rd floor. The air conditioning didn't work well at all. It was very hot the entire time. Then the 2nd night the elevator went out and I had to carry my son and his wheelchair up and down the stairs on the 3rd floor. I didnt get any clean towels or washclothes and when I went to get some, they didnt have any and asked if we could dry off with bathmats.

Easy to park and get into our room. Everywhere you went it smelled like someone just got done smoking a joint. Our carpet in our room was so dirty and our restroom smelled like cat urine. The staff was very nice that we talked to.

Visiting family 1st room the bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned. Moved to 2nd room and the floors were not vacuumed. The elevator was out of order so all guest were on 1st floor and was woke up in the middle of the night with guest yelling in hallway. Ice machine was not working

The front desk is covered with bulletproof glass, need I say more?!? The shower curtain had mold on the bottom that was clearly visible and was disgusting. The sink had black all over Inside and clearly needed to be scrubbed! The TV remote had no back cover and the batteries kept falling out during my whole stay! The hardwood floors were dirty and lifting up to the point we kept stubbing our toes on the floor!! If you don’t believe me check out the pictures provided….

The one staff member I first encountered was very rude. She wouldn’t get off her phone long enough to help me check in. The room I was suppose to have originally was dirty, so they gave me another room. The second room had no towels or shower curtain. When I returned to the desk to ask for these items I was met with sarcastic comments. The bathroom in the room was also disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The whole hotel also reeked of cigarettes, even though the room I stayed in was suppose to be smoke free. The keycard to my room also gave me difficulty the whole trip, even after going to have it reset.

The dirtiest place ever, smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. Breakfast was a joke. housekeeping never once came to freshen up the room or provide fresh towels. This place shouldn't even be on the list of places to stay, it was more like a halfway house dont believe the photos they post.

everything was dirty there was poop on the bed the room reeked of cig smoke, then my entire suitcase and clothing reeked and it took two washes to get the smell out there were bed bugs and roaches everywhere. the floors were sticky and the shower had someone else hair in it. the toilet did not work AT all. i booked it because the pictures were good and it was fairly cheap but id rather pay three times the price and spend all my money to stay anywhere but here. i couldnt sleep because it smelt so much like smoke i was choking on air. oh and did i mention I was in a non smoking room? dont stay here unless you want to reek of cigarettes

I BEEN COMING TO THIS DAYSINN FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND IT IS GETTING WORSE TO STA, THERE,THE CARPET IN MY ROOM WAS VERY VERY DIRTY,THE PICTURES I SUMMITWAS,HAIR IN THE TUB AND DIRTY CARPET, THERE WERE PEOPLE AND YOUNG ADULTS HANGING OUT SIDE, VERY NOSIE DURING THE NIGHT ,DOGS BARKING DURING THE NIGHT,JUST TERRIBLE I DON'T THINK I WILL BE COMING BACK THERE,,THE WAIT TOGET YOUR ROON KEY WAS RIDICULOUS AND CHECKING OUT THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSE BE AT THE DESK WAS OUTSIDE SITTING IN HER CAR ON THR PHONE WHIL PEOPLE STANDING THERE WAITING FOR HELP,IF I COULD I WOULD LIKE A REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE STAY ESPECIALLY WITH THAT DIRTY SMELLING CARPERT.

This was the 2 nd room that we were assigned. The 1 st room was only half cleaned and only 1 bed made. The 2 nd room was just plain filthy and cabinet door off and sitting in front on the floor

There was a crack in the window like someone had hit it with a baseball. The hairdryer was not functioning. The beds were comfortable. We were on a non-smoking floor, but the hallways smelled like both cigarettes and other smoking products. The floors were very sticky.

The room was smelly, the shower faucet difficult to operate, there was no "no disturb" card, and the breakfast rather weak and ending at 9:00 am instead of 10:00 am, as usual. The location is quite good with easy access to many conveniences. We will not return to this hotel.

No one was at the front seat when I arrived. Had to wait 15 minutes for some one to show up to check me in. Room was clean but dated and looked worn. Drawers missing handles, chipped wood and bathtub. The knob for the temp control was missing so unable to turn on or control the room temp. Even though the place looked about 80% empty, was placed I. A room with a pass thru door and people in the next room. They kept the tv on all night and loud enough to get through the door. Went to complain and get a different room but there was no one at the front desk, the hotel phones didn’t in the room, and no one answered when calling the hotel from my cell. The shower had very little water pressure and only got to Luke warm. It’s a cheap place to stay and in this case, you get what you pay for.

The manager [name has been redacted due to a Expedia requirement] was extremely rude and disrespectful to a client we housed at this establishment. She was immediately vile towards the client and when the client phoned the cardholder, our company, she refused to speak to rectify any harm done -- which was none. She instead insisted she has worked there for 25 years and "doesn't care" about her customer service at all and ensured us that no one will fire her for her negative actions. We immediately cancelled our reservation and will refuse to house any clients at Days Inn Wyndham Oyster Point moving forward.

Educate ALL STAFF about Registered Service Animals AND how ILLEGAL it is to tell the Handler that they CANT have their Service Animal in the Breakfast Area! It’s Law that the SA is to be with the handler at ALL times it’s also AGAINST the LAW to LEAVE THEM IN A HOTEL ROOM ALONE since it’s A SERVICE ANIMAL! Educate Yourselfs before y’all get a lawsuit because Y’all wanna be rude and unprofessional and treat a person with a service Animal like trash She’s not a PET as you say she’s a working animal who’s registered as an Service Animal look it up and you’ll see no Hotel despite their rules have ZERO RIGHT to ask the service animal to be removed especially when they aren’t doing anything wrong and just minding their own business doing their job it’s really ILLEGAL for the Hotel to make the service Animal to leave so Only thing I recommend for anyone who has a service animal not to stay with y’all!

We visited Virginia to go fishing and stayed at this property because it was close to the pier. The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel had a light mildewy smell but the staff was very friendly. Our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night on our first night. That morning I reported the issue and the lady at the front had maintenance come straight down to fix it. Great area near by for shopping and eating.

The hotel was easy to get to, which is always a plus. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The gal who checked me in had problems with my credit card for my dog fee; instead of making me stand there waiting, she checked me in and let me settle into my room. Later she came to my room to resolve the situation; excellent customer service. I am moving to Hampton, and this hotel at least made me feel very welcome.

The hotel was in a nice location. The room was well furnished and clean and updated. They seem to lack enough staff to keep the place going, but the staff that was working was pleasant and helpful. Our toilet broke but they did come and fix it. Breakfast bar was a joke. No coffee was made one morning and no sugar available another morning. Very small selection of breakfast items. It was a low priced hotel so I guess you get what you pay for.

Bed was big and comfortable. Room interior was a bit seedy, in my view. Breakfast was almost non-existent - juice, coffee, yogurt (one of two days), bread that could be toasted. Interior access, but most of the time the desk was not staffed, and anyone could come in. Rating should be seen as barely above poor. It was less expensive than others in the area.

Old and not clean. The staff was very nice and did the best they could. The breakfast as only toast and frozen waffles. They should have said Continental Breakfast. It's time to remove the carpet in the rooms and replace the worn out tub.

Breakfast was nothing but dry cereal with no milk offered, yogurt cups and if you were lucky coffee. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and pot smoke combined. You could see the haze as you walked the halls to the room. There were footprints in the tub and we were only given wash clothes and hand towels to use during our stay. Towels were so worn you could literally see through them. Wyndham Should be embarrassed to have their name branded to this location.

The rooms could of been cleaner water pressure was horrible had to change rooms due to lack of cleanliness. The receptionist was great and friendly. It is a continental breakfast didn’t serve hot foods and coffee was always empty
