Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Lynnwood

Stayed here a couple of times, and I come to town to visit friends and family who live out here. Everything is pleasant , quiet clean little extended stay, nicer then most . Besides lack of room service the only things I can complain about is after staying 3 days, when I usually only do one or two , I noticed the staff and how much they care about their job. One older lady was running the whole show By herself one day and had a bunch of check ins and was wonderful to everyone , then another gentleman works sometimes and he’s the exact same super awesome and wonderful and makes you feel welcomed. Today I experienced their younger front desk staff , and she was decent when I extended my stay, but no where nearly as friendly or welcoming as the other two , made me feel like I was a inconvenience coming to the front to extend my stay . And then one of my friends came by while I was getting ready for the day to drop off some food and water and immediately after they left , not during or before check in, emphasized I have to have them come bring their id to the front desk? To drop off some food and water? I explained they aren’t staying with me as you can see on their cameras if they have any they quickly came by and left . I understand some hotels don’t allow guest, that was not posted anywhere in the lobby or told to me at check in at all. I told the lady I understand but they are already gone and just stopped by to drop me off things . And proceeded to have attitude

Horrible horrible horrible times a trillion. I went to the front desk to ask if we could have a late check out and the guy said yeah no problem just pay us for the late check out when you leave and I said 1:00 would be perfect he said no problem then we get knocked on our door and they're telling us we have to leave or we have to pay for a whole day they were basically forcing us out the door but that's not what we were told hours before that it was so loud there I couldn't sleep for 2 days and honestly I'm still pretty pissed off about the whole situation in other words do not stay there for the love of God it's terrible

When I checked the website I saw no charge for a pet. My house was uninhabitable for two days needing a major plumbing repair and was an emergency for me. I explained it to the clerk that I saw no rate charge for a pet on the website to which he replied sarcastically that he believed me but could not do anything about it. I was very disappointed with the service and lack of empathy.

The beds were hard and the bathroom had been poorly cleaned. There is barely any water pressure in the shower. We did not get a hair dryer which was listed in the amenities provided. They also charged my card at the end of the stay even though I paid in advance through expedia.

The staff were awesome, the room and kitchen were also good really didn't use it that much. The whole stay was very nice
