This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel in a while. There is a spacious well appointed gym, outdoor area with bbqs and a games room. The pool area is bright with great seating. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Undergoing some renovations between now (Oct. 2024) and March 2025. One elevator was allocated to workers so was a bit dirty and elevator wait was lengthened. Nice stay. Good location.

We chose this hotel because it has EV charging. It would be great if they installed more level 2 chargers in the future. The hotel is listed on plug share, and people report difficulty charging because of popularity or non-EVs parking in the charging slots.

Our family booked this property because the website stated that it had a huge waterslide and hot tub for our children. We booked the last night of our vacation at this hotel for that water slide and hot tub. and we’re really disappointed when we got to the hotel to find out that the hotel just went through a recent renovation and no longer had a waterslide or a hot tub. The room itself is very spacious and very clean and beautifully decorated..

Met with the registration desk when I arrived. They had my reservation, but a surprise extra fee was added with parking. Parking is $12.00 plus tax of $1.26 per day. Not expecting this extra charge for staying at this facility. I had booked through hotels.com. This fee needs to be publicized. The room was excellent with a fully utensiled stocked kitchen. Very USB friendly with a good supply of snacks of food in their store by the front desk. I did try to leave a tip for housekeeping, but the front desk doesn’t have change for a twenty dollar bill (I was planning to leave $5 a day, but they didn’t have 2 fives and 1ten dollar bill. The morning breakfast is more than just a continental breakfast, but also had a vegetable bar and hot white rice with the hash browns.

Photo shows a hot tub and we planned some of the stay around that and there was no hot tub. There was signs for pool and spa and just a pool. Looks like they tiled over the hot tub and didnt update the photos. also they add $15 per day for parking.

This property looks nice on the outside and in the lobby but the rooms need attention and a DEEP CLEAN. We complained right away that all of the doorhandles and lightswitches were covered in sticky fingerprints. The back of the main door looked like it had been splashed with pop. They did come and clean it. The room had a broken light switch and a chunk of carpet was missing. Dust and fingerprints everywhere. The room had alao not been vacuumed.

I generally don't like to complain about my stays, but in this case I will make an exception. The first troubling issue was when we checked in. I was asked if I drove a car. When I said yes, the desk clerk said it was an additional $15 a night for parking at the hotel parking lot...WHAT? New policy. Secondly when I removed the bedding for the hide-a-bed from the closet the sheets were nasty, with a fresh giant blood or feces stain right in the middle. I rolled them up and placed them out in the hall and called the front desk to let them know someone should come and pick them up...they were still in the hall the next morning. Nice hotel, people at the front desk just don't care. I've stayed at this location numerous times in my travels, but this was the first time I've seen anything like this. I won't stay here again.

Our room was disgusting. The sofa bed had stains all over it. When we pulled it out to sleep it was broken and would not fold out and then would not go back in. The sink would not drain, a piece of the shower broke off in my hand, the carpet was filthy and sticky. We will not stay here ever again. The only positive thing was they did return our money for the room.

Great service from the staff. Preston was helping us a lot. Internet connection inside the room was prettty bad. I stayed on 2 different room, the signal not strong enough inside the bedroom, I must work from the dining table to have a decent internet. $15 per night for overnight parking is a bit too much, it should be waived considering we are in house guest and the property is located outside the city center.

If you want to hear every word your neighbors say including at midnight or 3am, this is the hotel for you. If you want to get some rest, I suggest a nicer place. The walls are paper thin! You might as well be in the same room as the people beside you with how easily you can hear them. Very noisy place.

This is a very nice hotel in a somewhat convenient location. Check-In was easy. Staff was friendly. Room was fantastic. Too large queen beds in one room and a nice living area in the other room for the kitchen and living room. Nice big TVs in both rooms. Clean hotel.

Room is huge, complete with kitchen amenities. Lobby has a pantry for late night snacks. Location can be more convenient with a car, otherwise a bit of a lonely walk going to nearby Alderwood Mall.

We have always loved staying at this hotel but some of the recent changes are not for the better. The beds in our suite were so low they were practically on the floor and they looked like they didn’t fit the suite design. They were really far away from the night stand. They bedding was not hotel luxury at all. You could only enter the bathroom if the door to the living room was closed because open, the living room door completely blocked the bathroom entrance. The refrigerator was turned off when we arrived so we had to turn it on ourselves and wait for it to get cold which was annoying. I also had to go to three different floors before I found a working ice machine. There used to be light snacks and drinks every weeknight which is so great when traveling with kids and now it’s only one night a week. Plus, they charge $15 a night for parking. Which is ridiculous since they have their own parking lot that isn’t shared with any other business. It’s not like the city where you’re paying to park in a maintained and gated parking garage and parking is impossible to find. It’s literally their own parking lot. I have stayed here several times a year for at least ten years with my kids and after this year, they said they want to try a different hotel.

The front desk staff was not friendly. They did not inform me of the hotel amenities included with the stay. We were not told the pool was closed. The supplies in the room were out. Tissue gone, only half a roll of toilet paper with no extra. No coffee or creamer in the room or lobby for the entire stay. Did the mention the dog that barked non stop in the room next to us. Not impressed with our stay at all.

This is a great hotel. It is close to absolutely everything and easy to get to everything. It is clean. The staff is great. The food and coffee are always good as well. Good morning we were leaving. I dropped a very special earring in the sink and it went down the drain. I ran down to the front desk and explain the situation. somebody take it apart, and I would pay to ship the earring back home to me in Idaho. Luckily the maintenance employee came in at eight before we left came straight to my room and got my earring. I am so grateful and so happy that I was able to retrieve it

The staff was absolutely amazing! From the front desk people, to housekeeping, to every staff in that building. Everyone was so helpful and accomodating and friendly. I just needed a getaway from my fay to day and this was perfect.

Stayed here before a few years back and remember being pretty happy so we returned for another family trip to Seattle. Staff was not rude but not friendly. Arrived at 2:30 to see if by chance we could check in early (checkin is at 3pm), told wasn’t going to be ready for a bit. No biggie. Went to the mall. Room was clean and worked great for our family of 4 (king studio with pullout). Asked for extra towels and pillow cases, got right away. Disappointed with the breakfast. It was ok, not great and very busy. Probably understaffed and couldn’t keep up with cleaning tables and refilling food. Was not informed parking was a charge. Not happy about that. Was free in the past but at least make sure you tell people upon checkin. Sofa bed wouldn’t fold back up, didn’t ask for assistance though. Had a water slide in the past, it’s gone now in case you’ve stayed before and expecting that. Fine for an overnight stay. Probably will try somewhere else next time.

It was a great location, close to the freeway and with lots of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with enough room for the whole family. The light in the bathroom was dim, making it hard to see while in the shower, and the check-in service needs improvement. However, the breakfast options were one of the best I have seen as it provides a large variety of food for all ages and tastes.

The "Free" breakfast wasn't very good at all - the eggs were fake, the potato's and tater-tots were undercooked, the bread was stale, the hot water carafe was empty, and a box of Keenex was out because they ran out of napkins.

Everything was great. We booked it for our dog and baby to be able to play in the pool. There was vegan options for breakfast which we were pleasantly surprised with. The only thing is that we couldn't stay in the pool long because it was cold water.

The property is very clean and new. The bed was very comfortable. It is undergoing renovations and the pool and hot tub was unavailable. This was my main reason for choosing this hotel. Their staff are super helpful and friendly. I did not get my room cleaned during my stay so cannot comment on that since they clean every other day. The breakfast was not very good. I would say a Best Western Breakfast is better. Their eggs tastes like it comes from a carton. Their hashbrowns are dry, microwaved and cold. They oddly had white rice. Their breakfast food was lukewarm if not outright, cold. Their breakfast selection was limited and disappointing. The location is good as it is a 15 minute walk to Alderwood Mall. However, the property does not have a sidewalk, which made it a little bit unsafe.

Very friendly staff. But I didnt give excellent review only coz of the breakfast. Its average. No name signs placed for what the food is. There was delay in refilling the empty containers. And they had a very standard and basic menu. I have had better food at other homewood suites in past. Newly renovated property. Nice and clean.

The property is nice enough, but we just had too many annoying things happen. Upon check in, we were told that the pool was closed for renovations. When we booked several weeks before the stay, there was no indication at that time that this was happening. There was no email or any info communicated through Expedia about this. When checking into our room, we noticed right away that there were beard shavings all around the bathroom sink area. The sink was also backing up slightly. Next, the wifi did not work. The front desk agent was nice enough, but she did not know how to fix it. She mentioned that others had called with the same issue. I was given a number to call for tech support. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with the IT person and had to read her all of the wifi numbers from each all of our devices. She then said it would be escalated and each device would have to be manually put onto the network. The next morning, we had wifi. We also had a problem with the door handle. It wouldn’t open on a few occasions, unless it was lifted up. Pushing down wouldn’t work. Just odd. Lastly, the breakfast was very average. The sausages and waffles were nice, but both mornings, the potatoes were undercooked and the eggs tasted like they were made from a powder.
