Nice lady at check-in. Friendly and helpful. Motel was clean and updated. Locked doors so felt safe. Good amount to parking space and well lit. Room is clean, updated and has all the necessities such as microwave, fridge, tv, phone, bathtub, counter space. Spacious room as well. Would stay again.

Pro: Affordable, very clean and friendly staff. We stayed for one night before heading to the Olympic National Park. As mentioned in other reviews, everything is very neat and clean! There was no ice machine but the lady working at the property was very nice to give us some ices in the zipper bag. Appreciate it! Con: The bed was too plush to my liking. There was a simple breakfast provided too. Highly recommended! :)

It is a low cost motel, considering that, it is fine. Note: there is no elevator so if you can't do stairs, ask for a ground floor room. Plusses: laminate floors, clean, bed was comfortable, convenient location, nice that it was small and I didn't have to tote luggage very far. I didn't like: they have a button for flushing the toiled, it is hard to push, the doors all have very strong self closing hinges, at first I though everyone slammed their doors, then I realized it can't be helped. One caveat: the rooms did not have an extra bar lock for the door. I'm used to having a regular door lock and a manual lock I can use once in the room. There was no manual lock. Don't be tempted by the McDonalds close by, just don't go there.

This is a renovated property that is very clean and well kept. One night stay and it was clean and comfortable. We were going to be checking out very early, and the clerk provided us with “breakfast to go” which was much appreciated! There’s no elevator to the 2nd floor rooms FYI.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The parking area was well lit and room location was secure. Cleaning staff was polite and friendly. I would stay here again given that it is conveniently located to a lot of the cities north of Seattle; Edmonds, Everett, etc. There are grocery, stores, and food places nearby.

This is an old motel with small rooms, but it has been updated, and it's spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided, even though the small rooms didn't resemble the roomy suites in more modern hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very simple, but adequate with yogurt, toast, coffee and tea, cereal and Jimmy Dean's breakfast coissants. Our towels were changed daily and trash was emptied. Bed was comfy.

Don't fall for the positive reviews!! This is just a 2 star motel/ motor inn just like those you end up in when traveling across a deserted freeway! Very basic and nightly rate that is equal to much better nearby hotels. What made my experience especially bad was the BED BUGS all over the bedding, sheets and blankets. I ended up with horrible bites on my belly, back and legs. For days, I suffered the worst burning sensation of these bites. Honestly, at 58 years of age I not once had such negative experience at a hotel. Their so called free breakfast consist of a couple of frozen cold items with big sign "only one per customer"!!! Never again!

While the person who checked us in was professional, friendly, and efficient, the room assigned to us was subpar in quality. It was located behind what appeared to be a dumpster (no fresh air coming in), ac air was stinky, and the bathtub and towel were dirty. The breakfast there, while basic, was average but not too bad. While I'm not too picky about the places I stay in overnight, my family and I, at least, expect our room to be clean and tidy at the minimum.

This is an older 2-story motel on Highway 99 in Lynnwood, but has been recently remodeled to a "hotel" standard. Very handsome finishes and fixtures. Highway 99 is a commercial strip zone, but very accessible to local sites and attractions. It worked very well for me and is attractively priced....a good value in my opinion. Great staff too. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful overnight stay here! The bed was super comfortable and is exactly what we needed for a restful night. Loved the added convenience of having a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The continental breakfast was enough to start the morning. Would definitely stay again!

rooms were good size and clean. But walls are paper thin...I could hear everything going on in the common hallway and adjoining rooms. Also, could smell the pot being smoked somewhere on my floor. UGH.

This property is a hidden gem and my go-to when in the area for business. It is a simple, no-frills accommodation that exactly suits my needs. It is simple, comfortable, quiet, economical and has good wifi. I appreciate the microwave and fridge in my room and especially that the fridge does not freeze all my stuff overnight. The staff is kind and friendly and the property feel safe.

Room 103 has a lumpy mattress and felt like I was sleeping on Memory Foam that had broken down and beyond its useful life. Front desk said the mattress was not foam and gave me an indifferent reaction to my telling them I experienced pains in my legs and back and constantly changing sleeping positions throughout the night did not alleviate my sleepless discomfort!

The property and room was very clean. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next to me as they were in my room. I did request a room change because I couldn't sleep and they wasn't any. The manager went and talked to them and they quieted down.

Checking in with arrogant old man who wanted to charge every cent he could! Early check in ( 2:20 instead of 3:00) $50 dollar charge. (Waived when complained). Used my debit instead of credit card another $50 hold. ( I’ll be watching for that credit) I’ve stayed here many times but this is last, you’re a small operation located in one of the worst locations and apparently now with the worst employees.

Everything was fine except for one staff member who knocked on my door saying I had a noise complaint when I was sleeping. He threatened to call the police & waiting outside my room in the hall way. I came downstairs to discuss the situation further but he ran off around the corner.

This was our second multi-day stay and was excellent. Since our last stay, the bathroom received a complete renovation with all new fixtures and lighting. Also a larger TV. Each room has a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The location is perfect for our visits and the room was clean, quiet and had a comfortable bed. Front desk women and maids were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay and I highly recommend!

The gentleman who i had asked for more pillows said they were out, but 15 minutes later he came to my door directly with new pillows as he went out of his way to find some and made sure I was happy. This is an older 2-story motel on Highway 99 in Lynnwood, but has been recently remodeled to a "hotel" standard. Very handsome finishes and fixtures. Highway 99 is a commercial strip zone, but very accessible to local sites and attractions. It worked very well for me and is attractively priced....a good value in my opinion. Great staff too. I would stay here again!

What a gem of a place! Fabulous staff. Check in was a breeze. Room was spotless. Good location- only about a 20 minute drive into Seattle. Such a great option if you want to explore Seattle and save a little on hotel costs. Will definitely be choosing this place every time I visit Seattle.

This is a great budget option when staying in the Seattle area. It's clean and comfortable and about a 20 minute drive from Seattle center. We stay here when we visit Seattle since it's much more affordable. Lynnwood has decent restaurants for grabbing a quick bite.

The property was misrepresented on the Expedia site as a 3-star hotel. It is not. It is at best a 2-star hotel. Further, I was not happy about the so-called breakfast options as they did not provide options for people who could not drink milk. Overall, the place was clean, but that is the only thing good I can say about it. The neighborhood is dodgy and the reviews by people on the site appear contrived to make the property appear better than it is. I will not be going back

I have stayed here many times over the last few years and always enjoyed my stay, as well as the nice breakfast & coffee that was offered in the lobby. This time, there was no breakfast, or even coffee, and there was a sign on the door saying that the lobby doesn’t open until 9am! There isn’t even a coffee maker in the room to make your own. Very disappointing.

The hotel appeared to be going through (or had recently completed) renovations so our room was clean and virtually spotless. It was a pleasant surprise, and it was also very quiet. The room had a mesh-fronted credenza with shelves, rather than the typical chest of drawers, but we never use those, anyway. The mini fridge had a larger than normal freezer, which was good for us. Breakfast was provided, but it was pretty basic (tea, coffee, English muffins, cereal (1 type), bread (1 type), and a microwaveable breakfast sandwich (1 per customer if you wanted them)). We’d stay there again, but probably go somewhere else for breakfast. You can easily walk “the strip” to a grocery store, a few eateries, etc. and there’s much more commercial property, including a huge mall, within a 10 minute drive. Good location.

Very clean. Quiet. A simple room in great shape. The bed wasn't the absolute best, but I'm picky about that. I just needed a place to escape the heat, so grateful for the air-conditioning unit that worked perfectly and just kept going and going. The free breakfast offered toast and jam, cereal and milk, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, decent coffee. No laundry on site, but there is a laundromat in the next block down the road.

The Inn is in the process of remodeling. Our room had been updated and was really good. The bed was firm without being hard. I would have liked a chair, other than the desk chair. There isn't an ice maker but management had small bags on request. The breakfast was later than most hotels- 7:30 and very, very basic. It was a good place to stay the night as we continued north.

It’s a wonderful place to stay! Rooms were cleaned every day and always made sure there was always little bottles of the shampoo lotion and conditioner, there was three of us girls either long hair so it was nice. Desk staff was awesome every day and breakfast was great for a quick start to the am. Second time I’ve stayed there and will again! Plus it’s seventh minutes from the Light Rail.
