Pool was great

No elevator for 2nd floor

Rooms were run down, walls were thin, only one ice machine for the whole complex was working. Not worth what we paid

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the BW in Mose Lake. The Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The place was clean. Great workout room and spa. The restaurant on premise was really good and the staff was outstanding. Great experience and reasonably priced!

The property sits right on the beautiful lake, and there is a lovely grass area with pavilion. But, there is no furniture at all out there, so you can't sit outside and enjoy the view of the lake. Staff was super friendly, room was nice, breakfast was decent.

I always stay here for competitions in Moses Lake. Great breakfast. Close EV charging.

The power went out or first night. The hotel staff handled this with grace. Not all customers were as nice. The pool was a tad cold and dirty but it was late September.

Spa was out dated with only two jets working. They ran out of towels for the spa and pool midway through the stay. Breakfast is above and beyond for there free breakfast with stay

Enjoyed my stay. Great location on the lake with a full view over the lake. Staff was friendly and attentive. The Paradise Bar and Grill was really good! Great spot to watch Monday Night Football. Food was tasty along with the beverages. Staff was awesome!! Breakfast was better than most that are offered. Would stay here again in future travel.

The room was clean

Decent. Only issue is we had lots of hair on our pillow cases when we arrived in the room. Other then that it was good

The hotel has a nice location just off I-90 and right on the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful with the coffee maker and fridge requests. They tried their best to apoligize and offer suggestions. The property failed at putting lipstick on a pig. The parking situation is poor, the hotel ia in disrepair. We had a coffee maker that didn't work, a refrigerator that was cool and the freezer didn't freeze at all. The side chair was soiled and torn as was the carpet. The seal on the patio door was badly bubbling, the doors do not auto shut and have been painted so they stick when you are trying to open the door, The sink and tub both took forever to drain, etc... The breakfast was your average hotel fair, but basic items like yougurt and fresh fruit to go were not available day 2. The AC worked, thankfully as it covered up the hall noise. We got a view room which was nice, but not as expected. it was ground floor with a space big enough to have a chair. The hose to water was draped through all of the porches as a great trip hazard. The "in-room" jacuzzi was not expected to litterally be "in the room" right next to the bed with big mirrors around it - Um, yeah! Bring your own toiletries, they provide very stron smelling lemon in a pump bottle and pump in-shower. Overall, not worth the price. We will consider going back to where we stayed last year even if it is a further drive.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The carpet was old and stained, the towels needed to be replaced.

This hotel was very run down. The carpet was dirty and the place smelled bad. We paid extra for a lake view room and they put us right next to the freeway. We could not open the window to enjoy the view as the traffic was so noisy. They stopped serving complimentary breakfast at 9am including Sunday's. We did not know that and arrived at 9:05 and they had already taken away the buffet and would not provide any food for us. We had to go to town and eat at a restaurant. On Monday, I was aware of their 9am shut down so I arrived in time to have breakfast but they refused to provide a go box so I could take breakfast to my husband in the room. The restaurant at the hotel does have very good food but they do not serve breakfast. There is a dock for boaters but walking down to the dock is risky as the steps and ramp are in disrepair and need replaced. We paid for a king room with a view and it had the smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel room. You had to enter the bathroom first then close the door in order to sit on the toilet. We did enjoy watching the marmots basking in the sun on top of some very large hedges. We paid way too much for this room for what was offered.

My room was so dirty! There were splatter marks all over the bathroom walls and vanity area. Large noticeable burn marks in the carpet. The door handle had all kinds of finger prints on it. The bathtub was dirty on the bottom. Las but not least, one of my towels was stained/ looked like it wasn’t washed well.

Hotel was fine. Room was 100% an old smoking room and very smelly. Old, some ants in the bathroom. Very noisy. But it does have a nice breakfast and view.

Beautiful view of the lake and kind staff but... very outdated. Holes in the walls covered with not matching paint, huge gap (a full inch) at the bottom of my door going into the hallway and ants in the bathroom. The staff were super nice but also didnt have a lot of options to deal with the ants. They couldnt change my room except to a major downgrade (and it was already not good) and i had to ask them to spray/leave a trap. After they sprayed i didnt see any more ants. I wish it was cleaner/not run down as the view and staff were excellent.

Old and dingy rooms

Jacuzzi suite was outdated. Older looking Red carpet with foot print stains near jacuzzi tub. The tub itself was pealing at the bottom and hardware stained. A black leather couch was in the room and had parts pealed off of the back and arms. Otherwise the room was clean. They need to put some money into repairs. Sauna was also out of order for public use.

Our room had a lovely view of the lake. The room did smell like old smoke. The hotel is non-smoking but I am guessing this room may have been a smoking room at some time in the past.

Room was clean and comfortable. My room had a great view at 1st floor. Only issue was I could hear people talking in the hallway and TV from next rooms, maybe because this is a old hotel? I recommend this hotel!

The lakefront view is lovely. The room showed quite a bit of wear, with large cracks through the bathroom vanity, cracks in the floor tiles, chips on the mirror frame, dings in the drywall. The sheets had some ink stains but were clean. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable but plentiful. The staff was warm and welcoming. Parking is convenient.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. However, it is an old hotel! Room AC is very old and makes lots of noiuse. You cannot open the patio door because of traffic noise from I-90 makes it very difficult to sleep. I used air plugs to sleep!

The AC didn’t work very well in the room. We had a lake view balcony which was quite big. The restaurant downstairs was good and the homemade omelettes were the bomb at breakfast!

Nice location, great view by the lake. The only big issue is hotel condition, feels like abandoned property with low maintenance and desperate needed significant removal. Property and rooms outdated and require repairs and renovation.

We stayed here 3 times this summer for shows at the gorge. The first two stays went fine but upon arriving for the third stay we were informed there would be a fee for an early check in. This was new information seeing as how I had called before the previous stay and was encouraged to try for an early check-in upon arrival and when I arrived, I checked in at 12:30 and was not charged a fee. When I asked if it would be possible to get a room with a view of the lake, I was told there would be an additional fee bringing the new total to over $100 more than the original booking. I was looking forward to this being the regular Hotel we use for shows at the Gorge but regrettably I don’t know that I will be returning.

My husband, his 97-year-old stepdad, and I stayed 9 nights. Housekeeping gave us extra garbage bags for the Depends and refreshed our linens an extra time when I requested it. We really enjoyed the made-to-order omelette at weekday breakfasts. Breakfast staff were friendly, gracious, and responsive. We enjoyed talking with each of them.

In the room . The conditioners doesn’t pumped. Even my husband tried so hard . Nothings. Call front desk they can’t help. Lucky I got one prepared for my self. Complaining they didn’t even do anything.. when I checked in . First they couldn’t find my reservation. Keeps saying I don’t have one . And I was canceled. Make me nervous. I show them my email. Finally they found it. . So disappointing. Wish they do something for but no nothing

Dining for dinner and breakfast was terrific. Nobody at the front desk when I checked in. Waited about 15 minutes for somebody to show up.

Great service from the manager, Jennifer, on check in. Clean, comfortable and lake front.

I had forgotten my headset, I know exactly where it was. I was told by the front desk person that the cleaning staff did NOT turn in. Dishonest staff I would definitely not recommend this place…

This is a great location, had tickets to the Gorge Amphitheater and it was a 30 minute drive away. Hard to find any hotels close to that venue. Close to the freeway with a room that had a balcony looking out at the lake. Comfortable beds, spacious and clean. Had a problem with the shower in our room, maintenance was very quick to respond, even on a Sunday. We had drinks in the bar, fast service and good drinks. We would stay again.

Nice hotel right on the lake and just off the freeway. Room was fresh and clean and ready for us right on time.

If you’re going to the Gorge, this is a great location to stay at. It’s probably the closest hotel to the freeway and when we went- shuttles filled up with people here. The room did have a nice view of the lake, clean enough for a night, and A/C worked well. Bonus points for having some Uber eats options for after as well. Overall tho, rather quiet and wouldn’t pick it as the primary destination.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is conveniently located just off I-90. The property has been well maintained and is clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable. The restaurant/bar is very good. The breakfast was excellent,

We decided to dine in at the hotel due to unfamiliarity of the town and late check in. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and variety. We were especially pleased with the wait staff. She was quite busy taking care of other customers as there were party goers in other sections of the restaurant. She was very attentive to our needs. We were also very pleased with the breakfast service which was included in the price of the room. This was not your typical hotel breakfast of stale bagels and cold cereal. We were offered an omelet made to order and a variety of other breakfast items, including fresh cut fruit. The kitchen person was very attentive and you could tell she took pride in her work. I felt like I was an honored guest in her home. The only down side of the stay is that the rooms seem to be a bit dated but it was clean. The location is very good to travelers as it is close to the interstate but not so close as to hear traffic noise.

Traveling alone so I appreciate on-site bar and restaurant and the food was great!

Nice room looking out at the lake with semi-private patio. Great onsite restaurant (had dinner there and watched Monday Night Football). Room offered free breakfast voucher for the restaurant's morning full buffet with cook-to-order omelets.

The property is huge but the breakfast area couldn't keep up with the weekend crowd. I also think it is weird that they stop a weekend breakfast at 9AM especially at the price point. The room was okay but our phone was broken (only cared because we tried to call for a blanket). My husband and I like a firm bed with a little cushion and the one in our room was rock hard.

This is hotel is not up to Best Western Plus standards. The shower was lukewarm in the evening and boiling hit in the am. The TV didn't have Netflix etc. The lower channels were all fuzzy. Area has no dining options besides the hotel restaurant and the food there was poor. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. Paid way too much for what I got at this hotel.
