Lots of parking around the building. Very easy to find. Very well taken care of. Staff very friendly and helpful. Asked for an early check in because we were there for a wedding and this was no problem.

Was seeing 2 shows at the Gorge. Wanted something more homey and with some modern comforts. Great to have an outside pool for the hot day(s). Close to food options. GREAT included breakfast if you’re a semi-early riser. Staff is friendly and helpful. Better than solid option :)

I appreciated the lighting in the room. Too many hotel rooms are so dark it's hard to read. The bed was very comfortable. I did not like that there was not bathtub! Also, the shower was very slippery. I am 67 years old. I stepped in and immediately fell. The shower floor is slanted toward the drain. I did not see a shower mat. I'll stay again once I've acquired webbed feet.

I was there for a festival at The Gorge Amphitheater. It was 39 minutes from the venue. My wife and I had a great stay. The staff was great. Not just the front desk but the cleaning staff as well. Very friendly and attentive. I always stay at a Holiday Inn, but this Has to be the best one yet. Thank you for a great experience.

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a crazy mom screaming at her child in the room next to me and when I called the front desk they were so accommodating. They immediately gave me a new room and went to go handle the situation as well. Nobody could’ve handled it any better than he did. They had a great breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff was extremely helpful and empathetic. I was late checking out and lost my wallet. They have me a later check out and helped me find my wallet. They also returned to me my shampoo and things that I forgot while stressing about the wallet lol. Clean place and breakfast was hearty.

The folks at the front desk were some of the kindest people I’ve ever run into in my travels. We were here for testing, and they helped us with a couple of administrative tasks, including sharpening pencils. It was above and beyond. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Moses Lake. Oh yes, and the breakfast was epic.

We were in Moses Lake for a few nights visiting friends. It was my first visit and our stay at The Holiday Inn and Suites was a GREAT way to begin. The staff was very accomodating, allowing us to check in early. The room was exceptionally clean, quite large was well appointed. The breakfast was great, both mornings, and had some of the best coffee. Loved those coffee machines!! I wish all Holiday Inn's had them. Stay at this location just for the coffee alone! When we return, we will definitely return to this property!
