The breakfast was good. There were plenty of choices. The pool is small and no hot tub, but it is a smaller hotel so I guess that’s fitting. The hotel was clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy too.

Hotel needs to state they are not ADA compliant. We checked in with a child in a wheel chair and our room was on the third floor without an elevator. The night manager tried to fix the problem but we had no solution other than to pack our 16 year old daughter up the stairs. Needs to be noted in booking that this hotel is not ADA

Pros: Breakfast was available at 5:30am each morning. The hotel is close to the freeway, and there are lots of food options a very short walk away. Everything in Moses Lake is 15 minutes or less driving from the hotel. The bike and elliptical in the exercise room work great. There are a few dumbbells. There are cleaning supplies and towels available in the exercise room, and it was clean every time I used it. The laundry room is through the exercise room. Cons: The only real complaint is that the shower curtain in my room smelled like a long-term resident of the hotel smoked cigarettes in the bathroom with it for months and then dumped an entire bottle of “eau de parfum” on it… I had to keep the bathroom door closed. It seemed that the housekeeper also smelled it because she left the bathroom fan on after cleaning instead of replacing it… The grout in the bathroom also needs some repairs, and the shower head was spraying back at the drywall. I was able to twist the shower head a little to make it less severe. Staying on the second floor, I was pretty close to the pool, and there was a large group with boys stomp-running up and down the hall to and from the pool from 4pm-9pm. So if you want quiet, the second floor near the pool is not for you. Also, the treadmill didn’t work.

I was surprised by this property. It’s dated and did not look like photos. The room was dirty, AC unit wouldn’t turn on and lock on window was broken. The overall cleanliness was ick. Tiny bathroom and shower was gross. Parking lot is tiny!!

Carpet dirty and stained. Our room was on the first floor which is actually the basement level. Room had foul odor. Towels were stained and looked like they had been used to wipe up something off of the floor. We won't stay there again.

It’s an older property that’s been updated with the trend of having hard floors. Sound transmits more because of it. We could very easily hear the guy in the next room clear his throat and the family above. But the updates are nicely done and there were plentiful, fluffy towels.

I read reviews before staying anywhere so my expectations for this property was it would be a nice stay, wrong. Employees friendly, Room immaculate, bed comfortable but the noise is unreal. The outside doors whenever they are closed shake your hotel door, yes shake. It sounds like someone is trying to come through your hotel door. This as a single mom of 3 meant minimal sleep for all of us. I was hoping that it would subside once everyone was checked it. People where in and out all night long into the early morning hours. Horrible horrible night to have minimal sleep due to noise. Everything else is great if your not bothered by noise and your hotel room door shaking.

My room was very spacious and clean but very loud with the highway traffic. The refrigerator running so loudly was annoying as well. I unplugged it. Ear plugs are a must!!! I am a light sleeper so I was put on the top floor which was nice and accommodating. One thing I might add is that if you are a hotel guest keep your LOUD conversations in your rooms. I was listening to two women talking about their day at 10:15pm...woke me up. This is not the hotels fault but just people who are rude.

Upon arrival, we had a quick check in. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so we were asked what floor we wanted, so didn’t have to use stairs. One room key didn’t work so upon checking with the office it was determined that the key pad was bad, so maintenance worked on that for a while, went away for a while, then came back around our bed time to replace. We used the pool. It was fine. Small pool, and not much area for my 7 ye old granddaughter to play since she only plays in a pool where she can touch. Heavily chlorinated water too. She and I eventually left so she could just take a hot bath. Beds were good. Bathroom was tiny. Vanity in the main room. Breakfast was good. Potatoes, eggs, waffles, meat, biscuits and gravy, as well as a typical continental breakfast. Good coffee. I would probably use the hotel again, if passing through.
