Parking was over crowded with no space to park had my mother-in-law who was in need of ADA accommodations and wasn’t able to park nowhere near the front door, multiple vehicles parked taking up 2 to 3 spaces along with work trucks that would just park anywhere. Carpet was old and musty entering the building. Lots of traffic located off the main freeway.

Our car window was smashed out along with 10 other cars in the parking lot in the middle of the night. At check in we give our cars info and they attach it to our room…we were not notified when the issue happened. We had find out as we were leaving. Deeply dissatisfied how this was handled. We are 6 hours from home, a car full of children. They offered a window repair service but I called too late, they were unable to get help. Had the hotel notified me in a decent amount of time we could have had this fixed that day. They did offer a shop vac but they left the parking lot full of glass the rest of the weekend. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told not till Monday. We felt very unsafe! There is homeless all over, sketchy people getting high in the parking lot and just not a place for families or children. We will never be back! Very upsetting.

Good breakfast. Had to change rooms due to the first having a very bad urine smell. Front desk was good about changing room, but had to go from a 2x double to a king and sofa for 4 people. Elevator was also out of service for 2 out of 3 days stay.

When we checked in, we were assigned a room on the third floor and then we were told the elevator was broken. My husband is physically disabled so it took us a long time to get to the room. All they said was “sorry” and didn’t offer to help in anyway! Won’t stay at another Best Western again!!

Everything was great. Staff was so nice. But elevator had not been working since November and they did not notify prior. It will not be working anytime soon. They should put that in this app. Seems like the hotel owners purposely bait and switch. All of the rooms are upstairs. No rooms on first floor.

For an 11 days day no housekeeping, no towel exchange no garbage emptying. Normally every three days you’ll get cleaning services after Covid. I had to ask for cleaning services several times and when that didn’t happen, I had to go to the desk and get my own clean towels would not recommend.

Rooms were nice , front desk people were nice, but we stayed 3 days and even REQUESTED our room to be cleaned, and was not done. Had to go down to front desk every night when we came in ( at 10:00 p.m.) and get our own towels for morning… ugh…

Found multiple hair strands in the towels, even within the folded towels. Towels were also not clean. Ended up drying my face with my tshirt. Found a booger on the shower wall with a curly hair strand attached to it. Killed a “spider” that was crawling on my sister who was laying next to me on the bed. There was miscommunication with front desk about rollaway bed and changing to a 2 queen bed. Night staff said morning staff wouldn’t allow the room change and morning staff said night staff should have mentioned it since final cost would have been less for the double queen compared to the rollaway fee.

Room was dirty. Floor wasnt sweept or mopped prior to our arrival. Didnt have enough towels for 3 people, no tissues but 2 in the box, 1 roll of toilet paper. Towels were stained and had holes. Sheets had stains. Ive had better experiences with this place before. The bathroom wasnt clean, the wall protector behind the door fell off in the middle of the night startling us. The front door didnt properly latch. So didnt feel too secure. The Elevator has been down for months. Staff is great but who ever is in housekeeping really needs to step it up. They do poor work.

The cleaning products/air freshener used in this facility were so strong and overpowering. I had an instant headache and couldn’t sleep. It ruined what would otherwise be a relatively decent place, with nice people. The staff weee friendly and pleasant, it was just the chemical cleaning product smell that made the place intolerable and made for a rough night.

I had them cancel my reservation because I checked in and they gave me room key, I went to room with my kids, when we opened the door the room was never cleaned garbage and beds undone, house keeping tip was still on counter my kids were tired and wanted to lay down. Nothing was offered like would you like another room or a discount for the inconvenience nothing so I decided to cancel my reservation and made sure money was refunded, but I will not ever stay in this location a lot of noise, construction, homeless and shady people doing shady things for sure not a safe place when traveling with kids.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. This last one was okay… the fan wouldn’t stay on and the fridge wasn’t really cold but those things are tolerable. The thing I had a problem with was there is ONLY ambient light around the mirror and I couldn’t see anything while doing my hair or makeup. No overhead lighting nearby to help either. I literally moved the lamps around to help but it didn’t do much. This is the first time this has happened so clearly not all rooms are created equal. If you are a makeup wearer, request a room with better lighting.

I love the fact that the room and the place in general was clean, the only negative is that you could hear lots of noice from other rooms and beds were not firm, other then than we had a great stay. Breakfast was included but we did not eat there so not sure how it was. 100% recomended.

The hotel has been upgraded since my last visit so the room was nicely appointed and very clean. I like to stay here when I have an early flight out of SeaTac. What made our stay unenjoyable was that we were put in Room 323 which faces the freeway which, on a Friday night, is quite noisy and interfered with our sleep. Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Also, the room did not have a closet or anywhere to hang our coats or the dress I planned to wear the next day. Fortunately we had held onto the luggage rack and were able to drape things over it to keep out wrinkles. We left quite early so cannot speak to the breakfast they provide.

Our room had no closet, rod or hangars where we could hang jackets or dresses. We had to drape clothes over the one chair in the room. Only one luggage rack, so one suitcase had to sit on the floor. And, the motorized window blinds were broken, could not be opened.

Quick stay close to SEATAC for an early flight out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us a quiet room, away from highway and elevator on top floor as we requested. Room was clean and cozy, lots of furniture and the king bed filled the room.

Breakfast was actually really good and whoever prepares it needs to be acknowledged that they are beautiful and perfect. Front desk staff is quick and efficient, never had to wait too long for anything plus some ladies were bilingual.

Friendly front desk staff were polite and helpful during checkin and checkout. The hotel manager went out of his way to resolve a mixup with my reservation and personally made his services available if I needed any further assistance.

In a month we had 6 stays here. We were moving and husband’s job started early so he stayed M-F a few weeks then we joined him as new home wasn’t ready yet and then had a 13 night stay as a family. Pros: Husband ate breakfast daily and said it was good. Enjoyed the 24 hr free espresso machine as it has hot cocoa. Hotel itself, grounds, & room were clean. Comfortable beds and no noise issues. Extremely excellent and delightful service with 1 notable exception. Jasmine, Barry, & the night associate whose name begins with O all had consistently fantastic client relations and were clearly focused on ensuring we were satisfied and had a good stay. The daytime associate Diana was an entirely different story and all interactions with her caused the overall positive feeling to evaporate and now sadly we cannot recommend this hotel unless she were no longer employed. She has absolutely 0 business being in a position that deals with the public, particularly without direct oversight and supervision. Her service and attitude were patently horrifying, and she wasted our time and cost us money and great inconvenience. Cons: Diana the nightmare, being approached in the dark uncomfortably closely by homeless people in the lot, King beds all have a metal piece that sticks a few inches out the side of frame causing repeat daily leg bruising, & ridiculous rule about exchanging dirty towels at the desk to get clean ones instead of just giving extras was punitive and inconsiderate.

I reserved two rooms and front desk told me I only have one room reserved under my name when I checked in the hotel around 10pm with my family (3 seniors). She basically ignored my request to check the booking confirmation on my cell phone and busy with talking on her cell phone. She just kept telling me the hotel was fully booked on that date and no rooms are available and that's it. No further help was offered until I called Expedia and found out the other room was reserved under another name with the same booking number. She just simply didn't care to check!!! Poor service ever.

Quick stay close to SEATAC for an early flight out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us a quiet room, away from highway and elevator on top floor as we requested. Room was clean and cozy, lots of furniture and the king bed filled the room.

The area around the hotel is getting worse. I’ve stayed here a few times before but might have been my last. Hotel itself is clean, staff is solid, but not he community is not. Renton is down bad and nobody seems to care.

The hotel was clean and the staff are amazing. The two front desk ladies and the lady who looked after breakfast. All very kind and friendly. The room was small but fine for one night. No hot water and very little water pressure. Was fixed after we had our shower. You will need a car here you cannot walk to restaurants etc.

Decent hotel. Difficult to get to, especially at night when its raining. Just about guarantee you will drive past it a couple times, and likely right back on to the freeway before you figure it out if the driving conditions are poor.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Renton. This has the best breakfast and most comfortable beds. Also the women who maintain the breakfast are very friendly. Only downside is the location is at the 405 interchange. So the traffic is heavy most of the time. However it’s a pretty direct drive to The Landing. A shopping and eating destination.

The hotel had very friendly staff taking care of guests, so that was a big plus. Ample parking and close to the highway, so going to other restaurants and activities were convenient. They are also pet friendly and cost is reasonable ($20 per dog). Rooms were refaced so it looks nice; however, the floor is quite thin so we could hear every step of our upstairs neighbor. When they jumped, we could even hear a bit of the wall/ceiling crackling. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing ear plugs.

Room was quite nice and comfortable and an excellent value for the price. Staff was friendly. Note that the only business within convenient walking distance was a Japanese steakhouse which, based on my visit, I don’t recommend. Other dining options available within a couple of miles.

Our flight was rerouted during the crowdstrike cancellations to Seattle - all the airport hotels were booked and unsure of the area. The drive from the airport was quick and the surrounding area seemed nice. The staff was great getting us toiletries since we had no bags. The top floor had a slight smoke smell and our first room was clean but the bed skirt was off the bed and looked as if they were cleaning it still as it was wet. I was going to ignore it but I noticed what appeared to be a blood spot on the floor under the floating side table and I decided I paid almost $400 for the room so it should be clean and safe. They claimed they were giving me a "free upgrade for my complaint" It was a clean room on the 3rd floor that had a bigger floorplan but amenities were still the same - the 3rd floor did not have a smoke smell. Over all the hotel was a safe and relative clean option for the overnight stay. They have a great sidewalk under the highway for Big Java in the morning that had GREAT coffee and a great kids strawberry drink!

Breakfast was actually really good and whoever prepares it needs to be acknowledged that they are beautiful and perfect. Front desk staff is quick and efficient, never had to wait too long for anything plus some ladies were bilingual.

We stayed for one night and very impressed by the cleanliness of our room. One of the best Best Western we have stayed at. The breakfast had good selection, bacon, eggs, potatoes and pastries. The biscuits and gravy were very good.

The evening we checked in was fine. The next morning we went down for breakfast to find no seats/tables were available. We had to wait. Don’t say we should have taken our breakfast to our room as that’s messy. We tried to leave the hotel at 10.30 only to be told by one of the other guests on the 4th floor with us that the elevator had failed. I had been waiting for more than 5 minutes for the elevator with 2 heavy suitcases and now had to struggle downstairs with them. At check out I asked the receptionist why there were no notices on the lift doors to say it was unavailable. The exchange of conversation was almost rude. During our checkout the receptionist answered the phone and kept me waiting for 7 minutes before getting back to me.
