Only one elevator works, during our staying, sadly the second elevator was never fix, there was a wedding event staying in the hotel, that made things worse, since it was too many people waiting on just one elevator

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. It has a wonderful location in the city. The one major drawback was that it has only two elevators, with one out of service, and it is a very large building. Our room was on the 6th floor. In 4 days I never witnessed any work being done on the out of service elevator.

Rooms are not in great condition. Doors in bathrooms showed a lot of aging at the bottoms. The last day of our stay, the entire hotel water was shut off. Could not shower or clean in any way. No communications from hotel staff. Had to call the front desk to find out that it was a whole building issue. Offered no late check-out, or compensation in any way.

Do not stay here! Especially if you are a family! This was the equivalent to a 1star motel! I cannot even list everything that was wrong about our stay. To sum it up... we were given a room that was damaged. I mean the television was scratched like freddy krueger attacked it. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, muddy and not swept. Luquid spills all over walls. Hairs, toenails on bedding. Holes in walls and broken furniture. And small insects flying around in room. All of this in their "best" room. A suite! The photos on the site are deceiving as was the description of the amenities. Regretfully paid way to much for this nights stay, and not to mention our room wasnt ready upon arrival. We had to wait for them to "clean" it. Disgusting!

The pictures on website do not represent the hotel correctly. I booked thinking that it would be a nice clean hotel maybe not the greatest but fairly decent. Instead we received a room where the bed sheets appeared dirty and when opening them up there were hairs on the bed!! It was like housekeeping didn't bother to change the bedding. On top of that the restroom towels were also not changed since they too had hairs and hairs were all over the bathroom floor. I had to call the front desk because we had a late check in and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day and all they could do was bring me clean sheets that I had to change myself! And lets not mention the carpet.. it was filthy even though it is a dark color you could tell how dirty it was! My bf walked around in white socks and that carpet left them almost black from the bottom! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE!

The property was under construction and has dust all over. The construction area was closed off by a piece of ripped plastic . Our window was exposed to other rooms. The room smelled moldy and musky. Do not recommend.

Not a great stay unfortunately. The suite they assigned had a broken sink. The bathroom sink was literally disconnected from the counter and was hanging dangerously from the counter. The front desk attendant moved us to a different room and that one had no door separating the bedroom from the living room. The purpose of having a suite was to have privacy and to have the kids in a separate room. Front desk moved us again to a room with a functional bathroom and a door. Be aware that the pull out sofa is horribly uncomfortable. The kids ended up sleeping on the floor as it was more comfortable than the mattress on the sofa. On a positive note the hotel staff are very professional and helpful. The hotel is in need of repair and updating.

This property needs an update. The elevator goes WHUMP whenever it takes off or lands. The windows are old and cloudy, and don’t close well. Bed needs immediate replacement, way too soft, Hubs and I were sunk in the middle all night. We were in a suite, and the A/C in the bedroom rattled constantly. We had to have our door keys rekeyed 4 times. The neighborhood is convenient to the Space Needle, about 5 blocks away. It’s about a mile to the Public Market at Pike Place. They did have good water pressure, and the staff was Very helpful.

Pros: Prime location, 7min from space needle area. Parking (for a fee of course). Staff nice. Cons: VERY outdated (I'd say no updates in at least 10years). Shower dripped, no exhaust in the bathroom so it stayed humid (wooden door had clear signs of swelling from the humidity). Phone didn't work. Only one elevator working, took at least 10minutes to go down/up, and stairs were difficult to find and use since they didn't all connect to an exit and/or lobby. No breakfast option available as in other Holiday Inns. Some of the outlets didn't work. Staff friendly and useful, however it was very busy so it took a long time to get help.

For 300 dollars it definitely wasn't worth the room... The room faced the alley and parking where cars and people where in and out all night I feel like the rooms in that location should have been about half the price and possibly more for higher up.. the strike plate on the rooms door latch was broken out the door still closed but you could grab it and move it in and out considerably... All in all my experience was mediocre at best ..

I recently stayed at this property for two nights and, unfortunately, found the experience to be below the usual IHG standards. From the moment we arrived, the service felt inconsistent. The only truly welcoming interaction we had was with the front desk attendant, Tanisha (I believe her name was), who was the only staff member to greet us with a smile during check-in. Throughout our stay, we found ourselves having to request basic amenities and services multiple times, which was both frustrating and unexpected from an IHG property. Especially as travellers who have come a long way, we did not even have water bottles in our room. Having worked for IHG myself, I have always appreciated the brand’s commitment to exceptional service, but this visit did not reflect that standard. I’m not sure if this is a shift in company expectations or an isolated experience, but it was disappointing nonetheless. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively, as IHG has always been known for its hospitality, and I would love to see this property uphold the level of service that guests have come to expect.

The hotel is going through some renovations but our room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the cafe next door where they serve breakfast was awful. We ended up going for a drink there after a full day of travel and a light dinner at the market. They were training someone but she was sadly clueless. And the women ‘training’ here didn’t help. We waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks that were not correct. We also returned for breakfast- cold and gross. The location was fine but the closest bar/restaurant is a 5 -7 min walk. Really wished we would have stayed elsewhere

I called twice for extra towels and never received them. Asked for a cab to be called ended up taking Uber due to high volume of others also waiting. Staff was friendly just not quick response time and it took along time for anyone to answer the phone at the front desk if answered at all.

Rick waa amazing. We got to port at 8 and arrived to hotel at 9am. He didnt have any cleqn rooms available but he did check in our luggage and held it for us while we went and explored the city. He did call at around 12-1pm to let us know a room was available. He was super amazing and all around the best asset. He also let us do late check out at 1 since our flught wasnt till 5pm next day. He showed us on map places to see, where good eating was at.

Restaurant next door was excellent. Disappointed that there was no breakfast at hotel. Not in a great section of town. Hotel was fine, clean, roomy, in room coffee, microwave but no shops around area to get anything to microwave!

The hotel was good, we did not like the breakfast service, the hotel was under construction and we did check out like a 15 or 16 days ago and still have the deposit on hold and I don't understand why because we when un a cruise and came back and stay and another holiday inn in california and in 3 days the deposit was release.

Restaurant attached to the property was shocking. Advertising Belgium waffles and they are serving eggo waffles for 15$. Pictures and ads for the restaurant were extremely deceiving. Front staff were amazing and the stay was good. Location was prime. Would stay again but would not eat at the restaurant Toast to Toast.

My reservations were mixed up. Also website says they have a restaurant, but you have to walk out their front door and go into the front door of the restaurant. We just not connected to the hotel. The restaurant was very limited with what they provide.
