Picked the hotel due to its proximity to the airport. Hotel stated they provide transportation to the airport. When I checked in the lady told me they were full for the ride to the airport and I should UBER.

When my husband and I returned from a trip, I called for the shuttle to return us to the hotel where we had parked. I was told by Adrian at the front desk that it would be 20 minutes, which was a bit surprising because the hotel is so close. So we waited … and waited. I ended up calling 7 times and still no shuttle. We sought help from the booth attendant at ground transportation and she called for us too, again being told it would be 20 minutes. By now, we had been waiting nearly an hour. The booth attendant then thought to call the Four Points which shares shuttle service with the Best Western. Becky was there in literally one minute. Evidently she was never notified by the Best Western that there were guests waiting to be picked up. She was very apologetic, and there was no explanation as to why this happened, only horrible customer service. We will NEVER stay there again.

Most of it was fine, but the hot tub was gross. Water should have been changed/addressed with that many kids in it. It was oily, milky and had chunks of matter in it. Somone should be checking on that a couple times a day, especially on a weekend (holiday, at that)

Hotel seemed like it was in transition. Nothing but bottled beverage for sale at desk area. No vending machines where there were in the past. Doing painting to improve. Hall carpets bumpy and hard to pull luggage on near pool area. Front desk didn’t answer many calls from airport for shuttle. Shower was amazing with great water pressure and nice towels. Bed seemed worn out on one side, no support.

The hotel seemed dirty and run down only the restaurant part seemed nicer and well maintained. The elevators were horribly broken buttons no phone. There was no early check in so we had an event to go to we couldn’t unload and get ready in a room. The check in time was later then most places and yet check out time was 11. So by the time we got back o the hotel he pool was closed. It was 88 degrees outside yet we had to walk into a hot room with no Air on. The entire hotel felt too hot to even walk down the halls. The lobby’s floor is busted up. Breakfast was awful. They had no food to keep up with the customer. No spray so waffles stuck. No yogurt for the yogurt parfait. The hot tub jets don’t worn correctly. This place was horrible for what you pay

The pool was by far my favorite part, not very many deep pools around and being in an 8ft pool was really fun to feel like a kid again for few hours. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing and felt tropical, I will definitely be going back.

we spent only one night and had to check out the next morning because of the swimming pool, which is basically why we had booked 3 nights, was under construction without prior notice to our arrival. Also, I'm still waiting for my 2 unused nights refund though I was assured by the front desk agent that it won't be an issue hence I had booked my stay before they decided to work on the pool, besides the fact that we were not the first guests to leave due to the pool situation!!!

The desk clerk was very courteous and gave us a room close to the entrance. But, when we went to the room there were peanuts on the bed and the pillows were shuffled and the trash had not been emptied. House cleaning did come and fix that. Also, the refrigerator didn't work and the desk lamp flickered. Maintenance brought a replacement refrigerator which was iced up and I was told you didn't have another one. They did replace the lamp. As for the bar and grill we expected more choices on the menu in the bar keeper appeared to attend to the bar and food serving. So, we went to the Mexican restaurant on the corner which was really nice. My wife and I just expected more from my Best Western Plus as big as it is.

Best WORST-ern. This is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. In dire need of updates and maintenance. Everything seemed dirty/stinky/damp/moldy, old and outdated. We actually requested to switch rooms after entering our first room because the smoke and moldy stink was so bad. The second room also smelled but not quite as bad. However, the bathroom sink did not drain, the bathroom door was damaged, cracks in the ceiling and tub, hole in the wall by the entry door. It really felt gross as did the entire hotel. Pool area was loud and musty and common areas had outdated old carpet etc. I cannot recommend this hotel unfortunately. The best thing about the hotel was the location/proximity to the airport - very convenient. There also seemed to be sufficient parking so we appreciated that. Please clean and update the facility and then it will be amazing.

The room was eh. The bathroom was very dirty didn’t seem like they cleaned it from the previous guest. There was a dead bug on the floor of the bathroom. The sheets and blankets on the bed had a bunch of stains on them. The breakfast in the morning was fine though. I don’t think I would stay here again though based on the cleanliness.

Awful coffee. Great people. room however needs complete overhaul. Damp, dark and dank smelling room. Musty, humid & sticky- carpet felt damp. Needs a complete overhaul- bedding rough like grandma’s house. Sheets rough and bed saggy - again like grandma’s house. Old yucky shower. Rough towels and scratchy soap- the kind you don’t use.

I didn’t like the screaming and hollering coming from the Cabana pool till past midnight, some of us need to sleep and our room was right above the pool, I’m guessing some adult beverages were involved. I doubt that I’ll be back, but if I did it will NOT be near one of the pools!

The pool area was as great as all other reviews have mentioned. What resulted in my completely restless and unproductive stay was my location of room (257) was apparently too far away from the internet router so I did not have that working after many calls with front desk resetting the router. The biggest annoyance was a dying battery in the smoke detector. Chirping in 60 second intervals for HOURS. I called to ask about it at 2am after trying to drown it out with tv noise, earplugs, etc. By my checkout time the next morning, still not fixed. The fact that I was not offered to merely switch rooms made no sense. My first red flag should have been when other guests near me could not get their room key to even work for opening the door.

Room was clean & spacious. One of the beds was lopsided, so I used the other one. Elevator was in a strange location so it was like I was back tracking my steps one I got to 2nd floor. Staff was very friendly. Location to airport, extended parking during my trip at a very reasonable price & shuttle service was great!

Everything was good except the bed was awful. it was a spring mattress that caves in when you sit on it. When you lay in it, the mattress is sloped to the left so you can tell thats the side that all the guests sleep on because its close to the night stand and theres a chair and ottoman that kinda blocks you from getting in on the right side. Not just this one, but ALL hotels should rotate their mattresses to prevent this from happening. Also, I understand that theyre cheaper but spring mattresses are awful to sleep on. They need to stop using them.

Disappointed hot tub wasn’t functioning. Mattress needs to be replaced. When I would turn over could feel a spring in room #115. Otherwise great stay. Will definitely stay again when visiting Milwaukee or flying out of General Mitchell Airport

I checked in on Sunday and the service was bad since i checked in. This was my 1st time staying at the hotel and the two ladies that checked me in never told me where my room was, how to get to the room or nothing. Just checked me in and said ur all set. Never told me about the breakfast hour, pool hours or nothing.. I was there 5 days and my room was clean only 1 times and i had to ask like 5 times for that to happen. There were never any towels available and the pool was nasty and dirty everyday. There were kids in the pool splashing water and throwing toys so we didn’t even get to enjoy the pool. It was a mess and a bad experience for a 1st time.

We never actually stayed on property. We booked our room months in advance, and when we arrived, there were many people in the lobby waiting for a room, and the room we booked was no longer available. Thankfully, we were just visiting the area for the day from Chicago, so we decided to head back home and cut our trip short.

Spent two nights at this property. Check in was quick and front desk staff were outstanding. Breakfast choices were amazing, staff working were friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Christina at the front desk. She went out of her way for my family. An upgraded room for our anniversary! She was friendly, efficient and saved us when another hotel didn’t confirm our booking and were full. Christina went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and she should be recognized as a fantastic employee!!

Won't book again. Shuttle driver, TJ, was very pleasant and personable; desk staff was not. Two different ladies were curt, bothered by work, and rather rude. Room was okay. Coffee maker wasn't functional; albeit brand new. Coffee was terrible at the free breakfast. "Eggs" were horrendous, not sure it was real food. Other offerings weren't much better.

We came down for my sons birthday party. Booked our rooms month ago. Got all the conformations a different confirmation for every room we had booked. Did the online check in everything was good until we went to the desk to check in were they informed us that they canceled half our rooms. so my soon cried because half of the people who were coming for his birthday had to drive back to Green Bay. The manager openly admitted they canceled our rooms to charge more for the room. Needless to say not happy at all and will never return to this hotel again.

The hotel was packed due to Summerfest, no fault of their own, but this led to parking being a nightmare. Getting service at the front desk was incredibly slow, as they were often in the back room not paying attention. Room advertised as 2 beds and a sofa sleeper ended up only having the 2 beds and a chair. Went to the front desk to request extra pillows and blankets so I could try to sleep comfortably in the chair, was told they were entirely out and the front desk worker left for the back room before I even could ask another question. Breakfast was underwhelming. French toast sticks were hard as a rock. We only stayed one night, and ultimately, it was a clean bed to lay on and was an affordable price, but if you intend on spending more time in the area and in the hotel itself, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Super-convenient to Milwaukee airport - you can walk from the hotel to the gate in minutes. But they also provide a free shuttle that takes you there in about 90 seconds. Very clean/nice rooms, nice enclosed central pool area, and friendly staff.

This hotel doesn't look like it has ever been updated and it has got to be 50 - 60 yrs old.! That said, it did seem clean and the a/c worked great. No musty odors, either. The breakfast was awful, though. If those were real eggs, I'm a monkey's aunt. They weren't powdered, but did not look or taste real. Weird. The sausages were cold, so I waited about 10 min for them to hopefully warm up in the chafing dish, I got 2 more, yep, still cold. Yuk! The dining room however, seemed clean & a waitstaff was cleaning all tables as soon as people left.

The aviator bar and grill was excellent. They accommodated our large group with ease. The food was outstanding and priced reasonably We all had different things to eat and all of our dinner were very good. I can't say enough about it.

The property had a nice pool area that was very well enjoyed by a lot of guests. The continental breakfast area was a great set up, but was rarely stocked so it was very hit or miss. The same old apples sat as the only fruit for all 5 days of our stay, they never had waffle mix or bowls to make oatmeal in. It definitely has potential though! FYI, I forgot to give my rewards info on check in and they never asked for it, do on check out when I remembered they said they wouldn't add it. That was disappointing after staying 5 nights, so make sure you give your number immediately on check in.

When we booked the room it indicated that breakfast was included, we were only staying for 1 nite and had an early departure so we expected breakfast. We went to breakfast and there was nothing there but no milk no juice nothing to eat. I asked the man in the back and he told us there hasn't been any breakfast for months. We went to the front desk and asked was there was no breakfast she said it was out for a couple days I told here the gentleman in the back said it was months. She totally lied to us. if there is no breakfast we should have been notified of this before we checked in.

Worst breakfast at a Best Western ever. This actually was the worst breakfast options we’ve ever had at any hotels. Stay at a lot of best westerns, and this was far from up to standards. Limited options, multiple bins, and racks that were completely empty every morning for breakfast. Breakfast was never on time and one day nonexistent due to no staffing. The hotel is very loud. We could hear everything neighbors were saying, and anyone in the hallway. It sounded like they were in our room. Elevator is broke as well. With all of our issues best western to their credit did offer a full refund. However, they then charged us $180 which was a pain to get reimbursed again.
