Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Has convenience of restaurants and starbucks in the hotel. Cafe was way over priced though gor the breakfast 25.00 a person for food you got free in any other hotel very disappointed. Parking is 38.00 a night but have in/out privileges but still a lot for parking. Everything else was excellent though. Was in walking distance from fiserv forum which was very convenient saved having to psy for more parking somewhere else.

We have stayed here for like 8 years in a row to attend our daughter's gymnastics competition. The competition is held in the Wisconsin center that is connected to the Hilton by a skyway. Lot's of space at the Hilton to hang out. Multiple onsite bars and restaurants. Walking distance to lots of options within a few blocks. Parking ramp makes it easy to park.

Nice that the skywalk to Baird Center is attached. The hotel is old but they say they are remodeling this year. Wish they had valet, as the parking lot is very close but when traveling with a lot of items it is very difficult. The restaurants in the hotel are nice. Starbucks is inside.and convenient.

Room snd staff were great. Location very convenient. Unfortunately, elevators were not adequate to support needed use. Fortunately, we were on 7th floor and were able to walk down when wait was too long and several full elevators passed. This occurred several times for 2 night stay.

The dresser is to large for room. It impinges on walkway. I got a nice sized bruise walking past it. Manager did give us a $30 credit to smooth things over. Breakfast was okay. You are not informed you can get an omelette until after a visit to the buffet. By then you have already eaten. The hotel was very convenient to the Baird Center. Parking was very expensive.

If you are looking for a high class hotel with walking distance of all the must-do’s, you will not find a better property steeped in history. That being said, if you are looking for all of the modern amenities that a mid-range hotel provides, like a microwave and mini-fridge, this Hilton is not for you. Also, we were surprised (shocked) to learn that on site parking is $38.00 per night. The staff, from the moment we checked in to the moment we exited the garage could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

You could smell cigarette smoke throughout the day & night from a room nearby. It was dusty on every surface, the TV remote & a/c unit buttons were VERY greasy-grimey, the smoke was bad at times, and the bed was so uncomfortable to sleep on. It actually hurt to sleep on one side for too long. I couldn't wait to checkout. However, the late checkout was nice as I had a delayed flight from inclement weather. The decor of the hotel was nostalgic & classy, but definitely dated. The parking fees were horrible at $48/night.

The common areas are nice and clean but the hotel in general and especially the rooms are really outdated. Our ac unit was not working when we checked in so we had to be moved to a different room and there were several other guests with the same problem, and even the maintenance tech mentioned to me that the units are old and noisy. The room itself was not very clean, finger prints everywhere, dirt and grime in the bathroom, dust everywhere and more. Overall our stay was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful but it was not worth the price whatsoever.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Unfortunately, the room was dusty, had not been vacuumed, the refrigerator smelled, and the bathroom was not fully clean. We asked for additional cleaning, which only satisfied the bathroom vanity cleanliness. I did receive a discount on the parking fee, due to dissatisfaction.

Our bathroom in room 1111 had visible marks of black mold in some areas in the tub/shower area. You can spray bleach and use a brush to remove this - it’s not that big of a job and I find it unacceptable!!!

We had stains on our comforter and paper folded up under the legs of the tv stand which made the room look trashy. Also had cockroaches in the bathroom. The hotel is old and in major need of upgrades.

This hotel is an older building that has been renovated to have clean and comfortable rooms. The bed in our room was very comfortable and the room itself was spacious. The room did not have a closet which I found to be odd. We were there to attend Summerfest and go on brewery tours so dress clothes were not necessary, but if I would have been there for a wedding that would have been irritating. There was also no iron or ironing board…also not necessary for my stay this time but would have been different if I needed dress clothes pressed. The room was just lack luster, there was no garbage can in the bathroom and the only one was on the other side of the bed by a super tiny fridge on the floor. No wet bar or desk/chair area and again that would be nice if traveling for business. The restaurant Miller Time was probably the best part of the hotel. All in all I would not stay here again. Very expensive for what you get.

The hotel looks cool but we talked to someone about our ac not working 3 times they said they would send someone all 3 times nothing ever happened so we just had to deal with sleeping in a hot room for our stay, the room was kinda outdated, the shower drained really slow and had to use ice to keep our drinks cold because there was no mini fridge, really underwhelming for a Hilton hotel.

The floor had food (chips) on the floor along with pieces of foam. The bathroom sink did not drain. The bathroom was ridiculously small, you had to almost step into the tub to close the door and utilize the toilet. The tv remote was missing. The wife keep complaining that it snelled “musky”, I didn’t notice. The ice machine for the floor was not working, or empty… had to go to another floor We have stayed here several time and generally ignor the little things, but you asked.

Overall, it was an ok stay, but room for improvement. Our room was simple, the decor was a little underwhelming compared to the beauty of the lobby. The toilet in our room and around us are all loud, which isn’t great in the middle of the night especially. The bed was comfortable, sheets felt clean. The tv is not a smart tv, so I’d recommend bringing a laptop to watch a movie on. The room did not have microwave or a fridge either. We were not informed that the parking fee wasn’t including with the room, so when we checkout, it cost us $75 for using the parking garage for two nights. That was an u unpleasant surprise, especially since when we checked in the attendant at the front desk just said she’d validate our ticket, and to use our room key to get in and out. No mention of there being a charge at the end of our stay. We did enjoy the Miller Time Bar/restaurant, good food and food service.

Convenient location. Perfect for an event at the Baird Center. Front desk left us a message stating they were going to lock us out our room over a $16 charge that the card on file denied. A simple message asking us to come to the front desk would have been sufficient but threatening to lock us out over $16 was rude and ridiculous. After the inappropriate message, we discover they charged us twice for parking. Watch your receipt. They did refund us the overcharge.

First the check in: We were waiting in line for 45 minutes. I'm guessing they were having a problem, but it was a long time to wait. When we went to our room, it had not been cleaned. We went back to the desk and were given a new room and free breakfast for the next day. Altogether it took probably an hour and fifteen minutes to be in a room. We were late to the concert we were going to see and missed the first act. Once we were there, the second room was clean and comfortable, although my sheets had an artificial berry smell of some sort which I didn't like. The rooms are dated, but fine.

Checkin was quick as staff helpful & professional. Hotel was clean. This hotel is updated and you can tell it is older. Very busy lobby but vibrant and welcoming. We enjoyed the parking ramp next to hotel and you could walk through the tunnel to the hotel- you didn’t have to go out on the street. .

We checked in late Friday night. When we got up to our room, the keys didn’t work. We went back down to get new keys. After getting back up to the 14th floor, the keys again weren’t working. We finally got one to work. When we got in we noticed the beds probably were not queen size and felt more like full sized. The room was spacious otherwise. The next morning we enjoyed the Starbucks on site. Our keys again weren’t working. Back to the front desk for new ones. A new crew was working the desk so I explained to the woman this would be our 3rd set of keys. She seemed annoyed with me and ask me how I was using the keys. It was a busy morning so I gave her the benefit of the doubt but felt like she was being condescending. I brought the new keys up and still not working. A family member was inside. I called down to the front desk to explain the keys were still not working. They said they would send someone up ASAP. We kept the door open to be able to hear for someone. After 30 minutes we finally heard jangling keys. It was a staff member from housekeeping. He said he was not sent but tried our keys and confirmed something was wrong on the FIRST sign of a problem unlike the front desk. After trying his universal key and that not working he determined the battery in the door must be out. He called someone from maintenance who was there in 2 minutes and fixed in 3. Leading me to believe the front desk either didn’t call or didn’t care. Probably won’t stay again

The aesthetic and lobby was nice, but that’s about it. The sheets and towels had holes in them or were stained. We asked for turn down service and did not receive it, but housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:45 am the day we were checking out. The AC was hardly blowing any air and it was not the coolest. When a mechanic was sent to look at it, he took it and basically said he didn’t know if he could fix it. It’s interesting that this hotel texts its guests to ask them how their stay is, but then when you reply and let them know the air still isn’t working, they ignore your message. It was loud with banging in the hallway constantly. Pillows were so thin, two didn’t even do the trick.

The staff was extremely accommodating. I was checked in on every day I was there to see if there was anything they could do to make my stay more enjoyable. I needed a few things and when I got back, the items I requested were there waiting. Cyndie and Kymberlee were so nice and outgoing and seemed to care about my stay. I give them 5 stars for their hospitality! The Pub & Grill had great food and the mgr and staff was happy to help. This was my first time to stay here but it will not be my last!

This was very unprofessional with the front desk lady. On Dec 21st 9pm. Don’t know her name. She was not accommodating at all!!! We ONLY stayed here because I am delta diamond and always get upgraded first class. So being told by delta that I am also Hilton diamond status. Meaning I have perks. But apparently I don’t have perks at all! The pictures showed a view of the city. I purposely booked here and got an executive suite for the view. And I got a view of a concrete flat facing the parking lot. Much better to stay at Pfister hotel with same prices and better scenery And VERY accommodating employees. Ive had better service at a Hilton before my “diamond status”. I would avoid this hotel if here on your birthday / honeymoon/ vacation. Only good for business trips where you just sleep and work. Other than that , the guy working outside with a top hat 🎩 was phenomenal.

Beautiful lobby and great bar. Gated parking. Single room 2 queens spacious enough. I’d suggest a fan in the bathroom, which was spotless. Breakfast buffet items a bit on the cool side but made to order omelet was good! Bar burger (classic) was close to meh. Staff is tier one on all levels.

When we arrived back at the hotel after a concert and went to the Miller restaurant, we saw every table eating food, but they refused to cook anything more. They said the kitchen was closed. Very unhappy that we paid so much money to stay at a hotel where the restaurant wouldn't serve food!

Good location! Walkable to Fiserv Forum and restaurants. It is a historic hotel, so do not expect it to be modern and up to date. The lobby is nice and the room was adequate. The pub in the hotel is great! Highly recommend.

Stayed here for my daughter’s cheerleading competition, which was conveniently at the convention center attached to the hotel via sky-bridge. Attached parking garage was nice. Wonderful assortment of restaurants in the hotel, including a Starbucks for morning coffee. Room was spacious, clean and had one of the biggest tvs I’ve seen in a hotel room. The kids loved the pair of dogs in the lobby who are the hotels mascots.
