We were only here for one night but we were able to turn in our rental car and call for the airport shuttle at the hotel to pick us up and we got checked in right away and scheduled the shuttle for the next morning for our flight.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The offer of which floor to stay on and complimentry waters were a huge plus! Breakfast was amazing each morning and free coffee/tea/hot cocoa was great to have on hand. We were a little bummed the hot tub was out of order, and hope it will be fixed soon. The pool was a good swim and pool room was warm. Thank you!!

First thing was the hot tub wasnt working and was something I was looking forward to using having back problems. I guess worker that fixes that was out of town and I think there should be more than one person to fix things because not long after the elevator broke down. If you have alot of luggage or heavy things its inconvenient when going up and down stairs and also having problems with your body in pain or a disability. You would hope Some kind of compensation or change in room but didn't happen. Rooms could get a little more decorative update.

The room was great and the staff were kind and helpful. The only problems were that it took 30 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick us up, and the entire key card system in the hotel was down so the only way to get in our room was to have a staff member unlock the door for us. Both of those things were inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Staff was awesome! The rugs were filthy, the one outside, entry and by elevators! Huge dirty stains! The rooms were okay! I will not stay there ever again because I like cleanliness which outweighs anything else!

Property is a bit old and is showing it's age. Room smelled musty. Fairly noisy around the property with traffic. Staff was terrific and very kind. Speedy check in and check out. Ample parking. Free breakfast was ok.

Hotel is nice. Room is roomy and bed was comfy! Bathroom was very clean. No microwave in the room, but a small fridge was nice! Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful at check-in, setting up the shuttle service to the airport, etc.

My room - 223 - had a very weird window/HVAC situation. The window looked out at a blank wall, which isn't attractive, but the rest of the wall was incredibly weird. The "closet" area had hangers only slightly above the AC unit. My jackets and pants and shirts hung ONTO the HVAC because the bars were so low. Also, the wall had a curtain? Separatly, why is there no bureau? If I can't hang up my clothes (because you have an AC unit in the way), I need to have some drawers where I can put clothes.

I was disappointed that there is no microwave in the room. I requested a ground floor, but did not get it , so taking the elevator down to the microwave to heat up my leftovers was inconvenient. Maybe you could put microwaves in rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor...or add a 5 dollar fee for a microwave in your room. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

The room even with the heat off was extremely hot. I had to turn the air conditioning on just to cool the room and it would immediately heat back up. I will say the staff were great and the property is nice. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast in the morning was hot and ready. We also loved being so close to the airport and that transportation would have been available if needed.

They over booked their rooms and my family of 4 got one queen bed room. My children slept in the floor. I still paid over $200 for the room. I was told a room with one bed and a room with 2 beds cost the same… how? Their was no compensation at all for their mistake. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

When I arrived Hampton staff said my reservation was null and void and would not be honored. I witnessed the same thing happened to another guest; the Hampton staff suggested that he had tried to contact me and the other guest prior to my arrival, but there were no messages or texts or missed calls from the Hampton on my phone. I would not recommend this hotel.

I reserved a double queen room. Was given a one bed room. Had to go back to front desk and they told me they had given my room away because of a room not having a working AC. They didn’t offer anything until I requested they look finally they gave me a room with a sofa bed but the room had a view of a wall. Not happy

The property , the staff, and the amenities were all terrific. However, on two different occasions( one while I was in the airport en route to the property) Hampton Inn's records of the dates of my stay were completely wrong, and Expedia had to intervene on my behalf, otherwise I would have been out on the street! Something is not working in the communication between Hampton Inn and Expedia. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I am grateful to Expedia for advocating for me and making sure I was taken care of. If you do book this hotel, I would triple check to make sure they have the same dates that you requested on record. Otherwise, you could be in for some panicked moments.

Super quiet, very modern and up to date. Bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and easy to find. Close to the airport. In the morning I did hear two jets taking off but not too loud. Breakfast was very nice which did include bacon. Has a fitness center. We walked by the pool area and it looked very nice. There are no disappointments at this property.
