Not exactly a relaxing stay. We could hear neighboring room making a lot of noise, maybe even fighting.😡😡 A lot of stairs to go up and down. One reason we chose this hotel was a hot tub, closed for maintenance😡 Breakfast choices were just ok.. Won't stay here again.

Side doors to outside of the property has the lock removed so you didnt need to use your room key to get inside! Very disconcerting. Hot tub broken for months per other reviews. Listing not updated to exclude hot tub. Said "repair supposed to be here yesterday". Probably has been saying that a lot. Tub didnt drain at all. Was still sitting water the next day. Was it getting properly cleaned between guests? Gunk around and under the toiletry bottles. Snow not shoveled away from side doors despite being there a day after the snow storm. Regular basic cold breakfast options. Basically old musty hotel cheaply updated and ran the cheapest way possible. Staff members were nice. Would pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere next time.

We paid an extra $20 for early check-in at 1:00, which was great, but they also charged $50 to my card for incidentals. Then we were offered a “free” 6-day trip for a Wyndham resort, but they wanted another credit card to charge $50 for the so-called free tour of the Wilderness Resort. When I said no, they became pushy and didn’t want to take no for an answer. The room itself was mostly clean, except for the tub where I found pubic hair. The tub was in poor shape, and both the tub and bathroom sink drained very slowly. On the positive side, there was soap and lotion in the bathroom, and the water pressure and temperature were good. The vending machines were broken and not stocked, and the small snack area didn’t have much available for a late-night snack. The hot tub was also out of order, like many other things on the property. Be aware that there are three steps down the hallway, which makes it difficult for anyone who’s elderly or has mobility issues.

Paid $190 for a Saturday night room here. Checked in after a wedding and was ready for bed. The room conditions were filthy with visible feces on our bathroom wall. The carpet/floor were wet and the room smelled. We left within minutes, requested a refund, and scrambled to find a new room at almost 2 am.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The room was clearly not cleaned before our stay and maybe not cleaned for some time. The floor had stuff all over it, was not vacuumed/mopped. Mold on the walls especially behind the toilet there was black mold. Shower was peeling and had mold. Room smelt musty. Blankets were not cleaned. When I pulled back the sheets to check for beg bugs I noticed there was puke on the side of the mattress (unfortunately did not get a picture).

We arrived in the dark, looking for a decent place to sleep after 9 hours driving and many more to go. Check in staff was cheerful and funny until they asked me to hear their spiel about buying in to a resort condo property elsewhere in Wisconsin Dells. Seriously?!? I opted out and left to bring in enough belongings to freshen up and crash for the night. We entered the side door easily as the locking device appeared to have been removed. If security is your thing, you won’t find it here. We should have taken that as an omen but again, we were really tired and ready to sleep. The first room had an unusual odor. The bathtub finish was peeling and large areas under the veneer were exposed. The seam between the tub and the shower walls was lined with a dark mold and there was a tangle of human hair stuck to the shower wall - a veritable Rorschach of gross. Staff was willing to assign another room that was marginally better. Room 2 was farther down the same hallway up a creaky carpeted ramp. Again, the tub was peeling and mildewed - just less so. The tub drain was really slow. Expect to be ankle deep in water after about a minute in the shower. The a/c unit functioned like a loud noise screen that might have been disruptive had we not been exhausted. After a fairly decent sleep, it was light enough to get driving again. Clearly visible in daylight, a heap of about 35 naked mattresses in the parking lot bid us safe travels. Glad to get back on the road!

Not much bad to say about this location other than the bed was quite old. Room was nice, was not woken up by other room noise, good water pressure and wifi, the pool was a great value add and the room had a micro/fridge/coffee pantry which is always great. Note also great location, can walk into Dells main strip from the hotel and have a good day. Update the beds and this place will be 5 stars.

The staff and rooms were very clean , the only problem I had was the picture for the room was wrong we were expecting double beds with a sleeper sofa but only received double beds and the room they gave us was quiet but only when nobody was in the pool , our room was directly next to the pool and everyone was really loud but otherwise it was a good stay

The room was decent. The price was great. Unfortunately the walls are thin and we were kept up by the tv next door until 4am. The staff was very responsive when we complained, but the guest didn't comply and turn the tv down.

Great location. Next to miniature golf and not too far from downtown Dells. Walking distance to restaurants and fast foods. Downfall, Room very small, bed not comfortable, could hear noise from other rooms and the upstairs room. Staff lady was friendly.

Upon checking in, the staff were super friendly but then proceeded to sell us on going into a timeshare presentation at a partnering resort and using manipulative sales tactics that made us feel uncomfortable, including telling us they would be finally able to go home for the day, offering their personal phone number to solidify the deal after hours and asking us if we were comfortable with sharing card information via text or phone call. When we declined the offer, the manager slid a card with a new offer, saying that it was the manager discount and if we then said yes, the commission would go to them instead. We ignored this. We FINALLY get into the room and the sheets are dirty, the shower is moldy and doesn’t drain easily, there’s inconspicuous dried fluid on the walls, the microwave is unplugged and unreachable behind a large wardrobe that would’ve been unsafe to move, and the walls are paper thin (woke up to a man loudly vomiting that sounded like he was in the room with us). We should have left sooner, but with our initial experience at the front desk we didn’t feel comfortable going back to request a new room (it seemed all the rooms would be that bad, anyway) or cancel early. When we came back the 2nd day and our cards didn’t open the door to our room, forcing us to go back to the front desk for new ones where different staff members AGAIN attempted selling us on a timeshare presentation, we checked out early and booked a local motel. Huge timeshare scam.

Upon check in, as soon as I was checked I was not handed my room keys instead they were handed over to this other guy that was behind the check in desk and that man started his sale pitch with maps and everything trying to sell me a time share. When I said thank you but no, I just want my keys to the room I’m staying in, he wasn’t to happy with me. If I wanted a time share I would purchase one! I don’t want to be bothered especially just after traveling 4 hours in a car!

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay it was for my birthday night? It was good and everything. Although. The only thing i would reccomend is get softer beds. The beds are hard... I would have rather slept on the floor. Besides that cleanliness, staff, accomadation, the hallways. Was all good! Front desk was very good people! And breakfast was a 3.5/5. The only reason cause they didnt have eggs or bacon or sausage etc. But besides that our stay was very good! I would defineatly stay here again

Shampoo and hand soap by sink empty. Someone else's hair all over in the bathroom. Coffee on wall above waste can and something on the wall in bathroom that I don't want to know. Supposed to be Continental breakfast. Toaster didn't work, waffle maker not working, no eggs, bacon, sausage, juice or fruit at 7:30 am. They had mini muffins though lol. Very disappointed. Will not be booking a room through them again.

Over all, the stay was less quality than other budget motel/hotels. The pool was nice and exactly what you expect from a budget hotel (I.E. only 5 ft deep and a little small). The hot tub was unavailable though so that was a downside. The breakfast options were less simple breakfast and more coffee. The cereal looked months old, waffle machine seemed sketchy etc. Other Days Inn have morning cheap eggs and sausage, pancakes, etc. but this place simply had little to no options. The checkout felt almost ghetto with a little box with a written note saying "express checkout". The fear we had that we might be charged extra was high. The tv was also small, old, and cheap. Though given the cheap price I got for the stay, I would never say this place deserves less than 3 stars with at least my partner and I's expirence.
