Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites

This was a really nice and clean hotel Everyone was so friendly from the desk to the workers and the ladies serving breakfast were a delight. They were awesome and did a good job with breakfast I definately would stay there again!

Room was a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable. We love the pillow options! The outside amenities were closed, so our balcony view was of a covered pool and closed hot tub. We were unaware of a local wrestling event that packed the hotel. This may be why most breakfast choices were limited. Our room smelled of smoke. When I called the front desk to be sure we were not charged, I was told “okay”. There was no offer for a change of rooms or for a spray or anything.

Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. Its in a great location

We stayed at this hotel as a family with young children under the age of 11 while on vacation in Wisconsin Dells to enjoy ourselves left go karts 9pm while we were gone I think our TV was on NBA thought the TV automatic shuts off but it wasn't our felt we were gone having fun. During the evening around 10:30pm, we received a complaint about noise from our room related to the TV. We immediately lowered the volume when staff came to our door. During the interaction, we were told comments such as “you’re not at home,” which felt dismissive considering we were already cooperating and adjusting the situation. We were not given a clear final warning or specific instructions regarding volume limits or what exactly needed to be corrected. Despite lowering the TV and complying, l called because the person kicked the wall and my family was sleeping the situation escalated quickly and police were called to the room. We were then required to leave the property late at night/early morning with our children. When I asked the front desk why we were being removed, I was told it was due to the TV LISTEN IF YOU EVER VISIT YOU KNOW The walls are thin and YOU CAN HEAR guests can hear each other. We understand hotels have noise policies, but there are no signs it's Saturday night we go to the dells to have fun especially when your off of work we feel this situation was handled very abruptly and without a reasonable opportunity to fully resolve the issue.

Staff was the shining star of this place!!! Pool/hot tub was good, we found out that you need to ask the front desk for towels though. Breakfast was good, lots of options! The room could use a little maintenance but dang was it clean! I would stay again for sure!
