The hotel is great except for the single elevator for the whole hotel's use... 4 floors and one hotel. Also, the guest laundry, although free, many of the machines didn't work properly or at all. Those are my only complaints.

The full kitchen was a huge bonus — having a full-size fridge, stovetop, sink, dishwasher, and a complete set of dishes and utensils made meals quick and convenient. All the beds were very comfortable, including the pull-out couch our boys slept on. The bathrooms were clean and well-kept, and the entire hotel felt quiet and relaxing throughout our stay. The courtyard was a great feature, with yard games and a basketball court that our kids really enjoyed. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the guest laundry, pool/spa, and workout room were nice amenities to have available.

Check in was so easy. Food options for breakfast were good. Outdoor common area with basketball hoops were a nice touch. Nice pool and gym area. Rooms were big and kitchen was nice.

This was a great place to stay. It is a short drive away from attractions. The hotel was clean and staff was accommodating. The outdoor area with the basketball hoop, cornhole, grills, and outdoor seating was a nice touch.

Amazing I was beyond surprised that fitted cover had a urine stain on it. This a very clean place for I’m in unbelief have to be a change in housekeeping. The issue was corrected immediately

Room was not cleaned properly upon check in. Vents and bed covers were dusty my kids and I were sneezing a lot (we have allergies). A bag of candy and small amount of the candy was on the floor under the desk when we arrived. Towels were stained. Surfaces were not cleaned. I had to disinfect all surfaces. The carpet wasn’t clean either. My kids feet were dirty after walking barefeet. Breakfast was average.

We slept in room 337, and there were bedbugs. We emailed photos to management and issued a complaint. We treated our vehicle and luggage after the stay, so we think we dodged the bullet. However, our efforts to get any amount of refund have been futile. We understand that a hotel is always at risk of bedbugs, but the follow-up from management has added to the disappointment.

Great quick weekend trip for a tournament. Very nice room. Only downside was super noisy guests running and stomping late into evening and super crowded breakfast. Made it work with sound machine playing on phone to drown out the excess noise (would have disturbed my 2 year old for sure without that) Would stay here again - very nice room. We had suite with kitchen and private bedroom.

I honestly had never heard of this hotel and didn’t realize it’s affiliated hotels. The price was very reasonable and the room exceeded expectations. The separate living room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was spacious as well with all the conveniences. Two burners, microwave, dishwasher and full fridge were great as well as all the utensils, pots and pans. The beds were great too. The quality and comfort exceeded hotel standards. I will definitely be staying again when I’m in the area as well as look for it along with future travels.

This was a wonderful property and the breakfast options were so nice! The only issues we had was the room did not have a bathtub so my small children could not take a bath, they put us on the second floor on a room the furthest away from the elevators. Then we heard the room above us, their children were stomping all around the room. We could hear them non stop, they made our walls shake- it was not quite at all there.

We paid almost $250 a night for a suite and it was located at the end on the parking lot side of the building. All we heard all day and late into the night was the door opening and closing. Staff was also rude and unhelpful. There are far better choices in the Wisconsin Dells and we will not be back to this hotel ever!

Brought my son for an end of summer staycation. Hotel staff was VERY friendly and professional. Front desk always had a smile. I lost my necklace in the pool area and housekeeping found and returned it. Our room was very clean. Definitely will stay again.

Price was higher than originally booked on hotels.com. Called ahead, paid extra for early check in. What a joke. Early check in was 3pm. Family had to drive around town and camp out in the car for 4 hours because we were told on the phone 11am. Front counter last was rude, snarky, and had zero customer service personality. Acted as if i was ruining her day just standing there. $250 suite for one night. Not even enough parking. Forced to park across the street at 5 Guys and hope I didn't get towed. Would have been better, easier, and cheaper to just get a super 8 down the road.

The room layout worked very well for us. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The biggest down side was the service. We stayed 3 nights, after two nights we asked for cleaning service to freshen up the room. After being out all afternoon, we came back to the room to find that nothing had be done.

The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly rude and acted as if he was unequivocally annoyed with our very presence. Consistently interrupted me and didn't even let me finish speaking, then argued with me about paying an Expedia resort fee which I was happy to pay but there was a discrepancy regarding how much the hotel was asking and how much Expedia was charging. Another gentleman immediately came and remedied the problem and realized I was correct however the damage was already done with the first employees terrible behavior and attitude. Our room was lovely and large enough for the four of us however not very clean with stains on much of the bedding and all of the high touch surfaces such as light switches and door handles were all very dirty and in need of a wipe down. One of the toilets was filthy however we only stayed for one night and our room had two bathrooms so we just did not utilize that toilet. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept great, but the customer service at the front desk was atrocious.

We got charged an extra fee upon check in of $16.04 per day because we used Expedia. First time that has happened when using Expedia. So the cost on this website is not all inclusive.

There was kids running though the hallways playing, knocking on room doors. We reported it over 3 times to the front desk staff, nothing happened. I also have yet to receive my incidental fee back and never received a receipt upon check out. I was told to drop the cards in the box on the counter. I wouldn’t recommend this property

Booked through Hotels.com and paid what i believed would be the final price at the time of booking. Upon checking in i was charged an additional $32 in fees "because you booked through a third party". The concierge could provide no explanation as to what the fees were for other than "that's the way it is". Maybe the extra fees were for the bloodstained bedsheets on my bed.

One of the best places we have stayed. We are Hyatt Premium Club Owners and this was comparable to our home resort villas. Our bedroom was large enough to turn around my mobility scooter. We loved the extra room this hotel provided. Especially for someone who is handicap. It is definitely better than any of the Hyatt hotels and we’ve stayed at all of them. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and happy hour was a huge bonus with free drinks on Mon-Wed. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. We will always look for a Staybridge hotel instead of using our membership to stay at Hyatt.

Excellent stay! The room was perfect for my husband and I and our 8 month old. Full sized fridge and separate bedroom was great! Lots of space. Breakfast was much better than a typical hotel continental breakfast, was very good and lots of options. Staff was friendly amd we highly recommend this hotel!
