Atlantis Family Waterpark Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

I rented a room with a jacuzzi something special it was my wife’s birthday, we fill up the jacuzzi with water got in the jacuzzi turn on the jets they didn’t work call front desk let them know and they wanted to send a technician at to the room at 8:30 at night I told them no because it was late and I didn’t want nobody working in my room that I pay for it at that time at the night, so they agree to give me 50% off of the room price I pay $166 they never gave me the 50% off they still charge me full price very bad service

The indoor pool area and hot tub were absolutely perfect. The water was not too cold the room wasn't too cold it was great.

Very nice room. Everything was great!

Fire alarm went off 3 times in under 10 hours. Staff didn’t know why. My kids were terrified and my daughter now is having nightmares. Only one pool was open, slides were broken, water was dripping from the lights in the pool area, chairs were broken, the game room was a joke, most games didn’t work or payout tickets. Won’t be back and hope the place gets shut down.

Booked a room with a capacity of 8 and it had three bath towels and less than two rolls of toilet paper. Hairs in bathroom and jacuzzi. Toddler slide has been closed at the waterpark for years. One pool was closed which was not indicated when I booked the room. Quiet hours are not enforced at all. Way too many chemicals in the hot tub.
