Available Parking was on the back side of the building with no entrance. The side and front was limited parking and was full. Very inconvenient parking. The room was ok, but main areas and hallways, and elevator were dirty. Many guests were not happy to have to go down the street to Starbucks for a cup of coffee. There was no regular coffee at breakfast. I would never stay here again.

This property is not what we had anticipated when we booked Quality Inn. We have stayed at many Quality Inn properties and this was not the standard we are used to seeing. The room we stayed in was musty and was not very clean. The bathtub was dirty and had mold around the drain with peeling silicone from where it looks like they tried to cover it. On the amenities page it also states that there is electric car charging, it appears that they used to have charging but it is no longer there. Overall, we were pretty disappointed in the Quality and transparency of this hotel.

Price is good. Room dirty. Picture has splashes on it. Behind TV spoon ball and orange soda can I picked up. Pool is cold. Need to turn water up and heat in pool area. I noticed the tub need soft scrub. Like actually scrub it. I wonder because the sheets were all wrinkled were they new? I just dealt with it.

The washer was broken down the dryer was extremely loud and we spent 3.00$ on soap and 5 in washer so we were out $8 then had to walk the clothes to the supervisor 8 to do laundry it was not a great time

We chose this property as Expedia said they had a EV charger for our car, but it ended up. They had an old plug-in but no charger. We wouldn’t have been able to get home on our charge so we left without a reimbursement. It was not the fault of the hotel but bad info on Expedia, Very disappointed🙁

Smells like cigarettes, pee, & weed. Which I could care less about the weed smell. But there were cracks in the trim and walls of our room, the fridge didn’t work very well, & it smelt like cigarettes. The bed was pretty comfy though and compared to other places in the Dells, it’s not awful. The bathroom stunk like pee & the elevator… well, take the stairs if you can. It’s small and slow. Overall, I’d stay again if I had to, but I don’t think it’s worth more than $80/night.

The Jet tub was a one person only. I went for breakfast at 9:30 and there was nothing left. The bed was over slept in and it was not comfortable. The pillows were square. when using the blow dryer, the bathroom fan stopped. And it needs a major upgrade. The room was okay size. I liked the two sinks and two large mirrors, location was great as well if you're there for water parks or shopping. We we're there more for relaxation and food. Pool was very small, didn't use.

The room was dirty, I found garage on the left side of the bed, bathrooms disgusting dirty mirror sink filthy dirty toilet dirty bath tub dirty, I will never go back to this place or recommend friends or family, not worth it, elevator inside dirty corners breakfast area dirty floor corners filthy it’s sad 😞

The room could've been cleaner. There was something on the outside duvet of the bed. The light fixtures had a coating of dust on them and there were nail clippings on the carpet behind the nightstand. It was an okay stay and it was cheap.

We arrived after 4pm. Checked in, was given the key to the room. But the room wasn’t ready. Got into the room the bathroom floor was still very wet from being mopped. I used a towel to dry the floor so we wouldn't slip and the towel came up filthy. I don’t believe the room had been vacuumed as there were still pieces of garbage in the corners. The tub hadn't been cleaned since the room was painted there were paint flakes in the tub and on the walls. Had to kill a spider that was living in the tub. Staff was friendly. I won’t be staying there again.

Great location just off the highway. Quiet! Our room was clean and comfortable other than the bathroom. There was mold around the base of the bathtub. VERY small hard to fit in. The toilet had no seat lid to close so ai can only imagine how dirty it actually was yikes! Lots of tv channels which was nice after a long day. Easy check in.

We stayed in a room that had a whirlpool tub and the room had a lingering humidity and smelled like an old, very musty, basement. We literally went and bought febreeze to spray throughout the room. The tub itself is very awkward for a couple. It essentially forces someone to sit on top the drain with the overflow drain in your back. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Lots of grungy stains. Multiple spiders found in the room. Idk if I'd stay here again. Some redeeming qualities were the location was close proximity to everything in the Dells, but not right in the middle of it. So it didn't feel as crazy busy. And the staff was very friendly especially the staff member working the front desk.

Very dated and lots of peeling paint mostly in the bathroom. Bathroom was really tight and the shower curtain rod prevented the door from opening all the way. Not much space between the door and toilet for getting in and out. Our room door had very deep gouges which made it look like somebody tried to break in at some time.

The room had a broken outlet and the bathroom popcorn ceiling was coming apart. Our room faced a large parking light which flooded our window. The blackout curtains didn’t cover the window entirely so the room had a lot of light. Very hard to sleep

We stayed two nights. Our room was right near the lobby and first floor vending and we heard neither the guests in hallways or in surrounding rooms. Overall, the room was really clean and we had housekeeping tidy our room on our second day. There was some stuff that was outdated or “eh” about the property but nothing that made us not want to stay. Breakfast was fine, I mean it’s free so no complaints. If I’m ever back at the dells I will stay here again.

The bed was so horribly soft that my husband woke up after two hours in excruciating pain in his SI joint. We were told all the beds are the same so obviously couldn’t stay the second night of our reservation. The hotel still charged us $225 for the second night.

Front desk staff very approachable and friendly. Gave us an uncleaned and un-ready room, but quickly switched it out when she saw that we were waiting for our room to be cleaned. Very appreciative of the quick turn around service of not keeping us wait long in the foyer/lobby area. Will stay again on our next visit to the Dells!

Booked a room with a king bed but because we had a pet we were given two queens, which is ok but not what we booked. Got to the room with our luggage only to find walls streaked with pee and dog hair with dust covering the furniture. Nasty!! Returned to the desk to request another room which was better but not the best for cleanliness. Breakfast was the usual, waffles, muffins, eggs, sauage and potatoes. Staff was nice enough.

Reserved king room, when arrived we were told only rooms with two queens could have pets, which cost less than the already paid for king. Went to room and it was gross, musty, holes in bathroom walls. Woke up front desk person at 3 pm and asked for different room. Second room was just as bad. Requested a refund and only received half of the money paid for the room.

Had a wonderful stay here. Yanique was absolutely amazing & answered any questions we had. (I probably spelled that horribly wrong, I’m sorry if I did) Very accessible to the strip by a 20-ish mins walk or by Uber. Would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed when I check into the hotel since I booked a king bed, then at check in I got two queen beds. That was not what I had booked and they said they had no king beds left. I was very disappointed when I also found a cricket inside my window by the window.

Place was nice. I was surprised how the breakfast was really good and lots of options. The only thing was when we checked in I was asked to pay a hotel fee (and was actually charged twice) which wasn’t mentioned on their website. I contacted Expedia and thankfully the agent took care of it.

The property was very close to all the action of Wisconsin dells. A lot of restaurants very close by. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, all the food was hot, which is huge for me. Over all a really nice hotel.

Breakfast options and quality were poor. Eggs and sauage were poor. We stayed in a place in Madison that was less money , that had a much better breakfast with real scrambled eggs and sauages!! I am surprised that you would not offer a better presentation with your breakfasts?? It is a deal breaker moving forward for us. Friends of ours that were in area agree when they travel as well.

Very clean room and comfy beds. Breakfast was good waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins and very good hot coffee, kept it all filled when we were here. Would stay here again, very quiet location and got to see fireworks from our room which was a very nice surprise.
