The only downside was a picnic table employees and others were using as a smoking table. It was right outside the entrance and when someone was smoking, guests had to walk through the smoke. That did not reflect the overall quality of the hotel. It made it feel like a cheaper, less classy and clean place. Otherwise, the facility and property was great.

Great location. Large rooms. Comfortable bed.Dairy Queen in walking distance. They are pet friendly however there really isn’t a good place to walk the dog. Signiricant road noise heard in room. Also noise (foot steps) from room above us.

The elevator was out, but luckily we were able to get a ground floor room. I didn't get his name, but the man that checked us in was really nice and helped us out with dinner options (local Mexican restaurant).

The smoking table for staff was right outside the entry way, so we had to walk right through the cigarette smoke to get into the lobby. It gave the place a trashy feel that was not reflective of the hotel itself. The staff was great.

The service at chck in and check out was friendly and courteous, but I didn’t appreciate that I was expected to provide my telephone number and email address-obviously for solicitation later. The rooms had to be accessed from outside. The breakfast was good, but only continental. Inside, the room was spacious and clean. Everything was recently replaced or renovated.

Main reason for 3 stars is the cigarette butt stop is placed where you cannot use the elevator to the 2nd/3rd floor without walking past smokers/through their smoke (employees and guests). Front desk lady was very nice and check in/checkout was online and easy. Room was clean, but done in all brown and very dark, making it not inviting. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning so it did the job we needed but wouldn't want to stay more than one night. Can't say we'd stay again. Outside of hotel needs some serious TLC with dirty/dingy elevator and hallways. Did not do the morning breakfast, so cannot review.

The hotel room smelled musky, damp, and like a wet dog. The bed skirts had mold on them, if that gives you any idea about the last time they were washed or cleaned. There were spiders webs on the ceilings, walls, corners, and behind beds and furniture, and in the corner of the bathroom vanity. The room was dark, poor lighting and decorated in dark colors. Maybe they were trying to hide the dirtiness of the place. The only positive about this place, was the super friendly staff.

A good value stay. Great for travellers, right off the highway. We checked in late and were met by very friendly staff at the front desk who provided all the information we needed for our stay. The room is dated but fine. Our concerns - the toilet needed to be cleaned and the carpet vacuumed. Breakfast is very modest - toast, cereal/porridge, juice, coffee/tea and apples. BK is across the street, just in case!

This hotel was great. Safe neighborhood. We were so tired when we arrived that we somehow left the back of our car open so night. No one touched anything in there. Everything was still exactly as it was when we went to sleep! The room was clean. The staff was friendly and really helpful.

The staff was friendly, and check-in went smoothly. The bed was comfortable and linens appeared to be clean, although slightly yellowed looking. The sink and tub were fairly clean. Everything else looked dirty. Dust on every surface, built up grime on the hairdryer plug. The refrigerator wasn't clean either. The elevator was disgusting. If I hadn't booked and paid through expedia, I would have left immediately.

I didn't like this hotel. The rooms are not sound proof so we heard the squeeking floor because of the person above us simply walking. The steps lasted until 3am. Also, the room next door watched tv until 4am. The bed is not really comfortabke either and the breakfast was not really good with very limited choice. I also wanted a receipt and tge clerk told me that because I booked online, I couldn't get a receipt even though I paid the hotel. All in all, we really did not enjoy our stay.

All of the furniture is so out of date as to be antique. When I sat on the bed the springs actually squeaked. Can you imagine? There was one casual chair, it was stained, and it was so hard as to be uncomfortable to sit in. And the TV was ridiculous. And it was DARK, the woodwork, the rug, everything but the bathroom which had been updated and was quite nice. I won't stay there again. Additionally, there is a trench that runs across the parking lot that you have to drive through.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful, friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was good. My two main disappointments were low water pressure & very hard bed. We were active during the day & the shower & rest were a bit disappointing but otherwise we enjoyed our stay & were happy with it!

I highly recommend this place. The manager was so kind during check in & she was very reassuring as i was a girl traveling alone& had just driven 14 hours. She was so hospitable & offered to help in any way. The room was super clean and very convenient. The location was so close to everything but tucked away so it was quiet at night. The overnight guy was very nice and kind at check out. This was my first time in West Virginia and i kinda wanna move there. A

The staff at check in was so nice !!!!! She was helpful and sweet. It was dog friendly! Only 15 a night per dog. Very very clean, nice bed, great hot shower ! Very safe and quiet. Right off 19 so great quick stop. Rugs were so soft ! Very very clean. Definitely a great stop on way home.

I booked this hotel for my mom and grandpa who are fleeing from floods in WV. When I called the hotel to confirm they told me I had to give them a $150 cash deposit. I explained I was booking it for my mom and grandpa and would be happy to pay the deposit on my credit card. They said cash only. I said I couldn't do that as I was in Colorado and neither my mom or grandpa had any money. The front desk lady told me cash only no exceptions. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there wasn't one available. They cancelled my reservation leaving my mom and grandpa stuck in Summersville without a room to stay in. What an absolute nightmare added onto an already stressful and scary situation.

It’s right of the interstate. Easy to get into parking. Expedia said check in was 2 but was actually 3. They weren’t too busy so they let us check in at 2. Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms.

Sweet employees. Clean room. Nice fridge,definitely bigger than some others we stayed at. A very good home base for us as we visited. The area the Hotel is located is the draw. Bonus is the Dairy Queen right beside Hotel.

The rooms where very clean and you could tell they keep up with them. Short drive to a Walmart and several dining options. DQ in the parking lot and a Burger king right across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful..

We were here for one night. Arrived at about 10pm and check in was fast and easy. Great value for price. Breakfast was very small with waffles, toast, some cereal, and oatmeal; but we appreciated it! No issues, we enjoyed our stay!
