I recently booked accommodations at your hotel for a group of employees attending training in Summersville. Upon arrival, after packing my belongings onto a cart, I discovered I was assigned a room on the fourth floor, but unfortunately, the elevator was out of service. Due to timing constraints related to the training schedule, I had no choice but to repack my belongings into my car and unload again after the training concluded. At checkout, I encountered further inconvenience. With my cart fully packed once again, we waited approximately 20 minutes for the elevator. There was very little I liked about my 4 days stay. The only thing positive that I can say is that it was clean but very worn and dated. The elevators had major issues! One was shut down shortly after I checked in. The other would overheat and flip the breaker. for the young lady desk clerk to know how to go outside and to the electrical room and know how to reset the breakers after it had cooled down. That let me know that it has been an ongoing issue. A note was posted in the elevator, the inspection reports were available in the manager's office. I was caught in the elevator my first day. Everyone was getting trapped. Sunday morning at check out time they were not working A guest called down to complain and was hung up on by the same person that told me she did not give a s#%t if I call the fire Marshall and do what you have to do. Wyndham should pull their franchise if they do not meet their standards and safety standards.

They responded very quickly to the sink leak in our room and moved us to another. the parking lot and the rooms need some overall attention. parking lot was very dug up, and the hallway carpets definitely needed cleaned. we had a dog with us so we understand we dont get the top rooms but the hallway carpet was stained.

Good stay for the most part, but over the 4 days I’ve stayed here in two weeks my TOP internet speed was around 2.5mbps, I normally got lower than that. This is basically unusable internet. I booked the hotel for business and If it wasn’t for my hot spot I wouldn’t have been able to complete anything at all.

Stayed four nights while visiting Summersville. Traffic going by was noticeably noisy if you are a light sleeper. The pool and hot tub were covered up in children. Then one of them set off the exit door alarm which had to be reset. So, no pool or hot tub. Breakfast was good, except they ran out of sausage gravy. The bed was comfy. Serviceable accommodations. Not stellar, not horrible. Three stars.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations with freshly made pancakes from an automated machine.. that was fun! After checking out we got a call because we forgot a medicine in the room. We have stayed at this location several times, but Im afraid this will be the last. The staff has become less than cordial. We went for breakfast and the lady in the kitchen was very rude. The breakfast is a far cry from what it used to be. We got a clogged toilet and they had no facilities people. We had to do that ourselves. Guess Ill stay across the street!!

This was a one night stay. Staff were nice but seemed like they didn’t really know answers to simple questions or they were confused. Assuming they were short staff because the lady at the desk was also folding laundry in breakfast area. The property didnt seem very clean, pool/hot tub was questionable. We had ants in our room. My mother, 2 month old, and I were caught in the WV foggy mtns and needed to stop for the night. We called ahead and the desk agent was the kindest, most amazing human. Truly so sweet and helpful. We had to check in around 2am and he made it seamless and so easy. The room was neat and decent, exactly what we needed to be able to finish our 12 hour commute home the next am. The true above and beyond excellent customer service and kindness came in this morning when I received a phone call from the front desk informing me of what I already knew. I had left my colostrum and breastmilk in the freezer. Unfortunately, I had already made it back home and there was no way to retrieve it. They offered to ship it if I could find a way to acquire dry ice for them to mail it to me. Ultimately, I decided to discard it, as there are so many other things going on and I had already accepted this tough loss. Their thoughtfulness and attempts to rectify this, noting how important and difficult this is for a breastfeeding mother was so touching to me. I cannot convey the deep appreciation I have for the humans that I interacted with at this hotel. 100/10 for customer service and kindness! Thank you all so much for your hospitality during such a stressful time for us!

The property was just of the Highway but far enough away to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was adequate, a tad cold for being a hot breakfast. The breakfast lady did her best to replenish most of the items, the coffee was on the cold side. All in all would stay again and for sure would recommend.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. I woke up to no running water, brought up to staff and was treated like oh well stuff happens, no discount was offered nothing. Had trouble getting TV to work called the desk and was told it must be a poor signal. If I wanted to “rough” it I would have saved a lot of money and camped.
