The lobby was cool and it looks like they spent $$ on landscaping and in the lobby. The place needs some serious maintenance. The AC unit made really weird noises like it was leaking coolant. The shower head had calcium build up. The entry door downstairs would not accept your key card. The front desk staff said it’s been out for awhile. Their is no fitness room but they do offer passes to a fitness biz a few buildings away. The breakfast was okay. Overall I give it a 3.

Unique rustic decor with an amazing collection of mounted wild animals and rustic furniture. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Very comfortable, clean, quiet rooms. Good dining nearby. Breakfast bar is motel normal, unfortunately.

Great property for an overnight stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast had the usual options, but there was plenty even though we arrived later. The property was clean. There is no elevator which was not a problem for us.

Clean hotel, warm pool - everyone says the pool is heated, but usually that just means its warmer than river water and the pool ROOM is 85 degrees. This pool was actually warm.

Property was nice pool and hot tub were super clean and temperature was perfect. The breakfast was nice with plenty of dining space. The only draw back was staff at the desk was a bit hard to understand they need to slow down when talking as with their heavy accent it was hard to understand as they spoke very quickly. They were super polite and willing to help though.

Property overall was great. The hotel had a mountain lodge feel. The room was nice and comfortable beds. The problem was the bath shower curtain. It looked clean, but smelled terribly of mildew. It stunk up the whole room if the bathroom door was left open. No way the cleaning staff could have missed the smell.

Loved the location and lobby decor is beautiful. Check is easy and staff was helpful. One compliant was the room cleanliness, there we long black hairs all in the floor of the bathroom on arrival, remedied with towels covering the floor; I needed to plug up my phone and there is candy/taffy/unkwn sub on the floor so I know it hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise we loved this location.

The place was very clean. I was very impressed with the recycling they did. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. My only complaint were the pillows were not comfortable.

Hotel was ok, but far from great. Staff was rude and unpleasant. Acted like doing their job was an inconvenience. Line a mile long for waffles in the morning causing a blockage to every other breakfast item. Room was dirty. Carpet stunk and was sticky and room had a faint smell of urine. Overall it felt like staying at a disliked uncles cabin who tried to pick up real quick before you got there and was annoyed the whole time you were there. Only stayed one night, thank goodness. Wont be back.

This is a beautiful property! We had a family suite, and the space was wonderful. It had three queen beds and still ample room so that we didn't feel crowded. Our kids thought it was fun that we had a private entrance into the pool area. The continental breakfast was good. There was a yummy BBQ restaurant next door.

The overall property was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lighting in room was terrible and not all the lamps worked. Lack of Outlets so the feidge was not plugged in and usable. No elevator for guests on 2nd floor. This should be mentioned in the description of the property. Not everyone can climb stairs or get their luggage up stairs with no assistance. Will not stay here again.

Very clean hotel and room. Very well kept pool area and breakfast. Room was not as described at all. We booked a two room suite for our family. We got one giant room with three beds. While there was a lot of space we booked because of the desire to have separate distinct rooms for sleeping.

Loved the western feel of the property. The staff were very gracious and accommodating. Would be nice if they had an elevator as our room was on the second floor and my wife travels with a lot of luggage.

Paid for room prior to arrival which was confirmed by evening counter attendant. Upon check-out, a different staff member charged us for the night. When we informed her we had already paid, she insisted we had not. Had to go through our credit card company to dispute the extra charge. FRUSTRATING.

Check in was great. Kristen was able to downgrade my room and save we some $$. Good coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast was good, though no fruit. The hotel is close to restaurants, and a Walmart (if you forgot something) and close to the start of Shoshone canyon. Bed was very comfortable and the room was large. I have no negatives for this hotel.

Close to everything, very close to the east entrance of Yellowstone. Dated hotel, clean, door would not latch, outside door broke and wouldn’t accept key fob, was on the second floor. No elevators so it was hard to take up luggage. It does serves breakfast which was good. Bed was comfortable, safe and quiet.

I’d rate this place a 4.5/5 stars honestly. Close to the rodeo and to downtown. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. I used the laundry room while we were there and that was clean. The only downside was breakfast but there are nearby options.

Convenient, Had a pool and indoor spa i didnt use but was a plus for the property. Breakfast was mediocre, maybe overpriced a little, but got the job done.. Parking was terribleand wifi didnt work, i would suggest add smart tv's to all the rooms.

Good place for a quick stay while in Cody. The rooms were nice. We enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly. But water pressure in the shower was horrible. And the breakfast was sub-par. The toaster didn’t work. The only fruit option was fruit cocktail in heavy syrup.

The breakfast food was not good. The eggs were so watery and the bagel was hard. Even waffles, which normally turn out fine in the waffle maker we’re not that good. I wanted to use a peanut butter on my toasted bagel and the peanut butter was rancid. So I don’t know how long and how old those packets were.

We loved our stay. It was clean, and the breakfast was yummy I thought. Scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles was my favorite items to get. We used the pool and spa pool which was nice and relaxing after a day of walking around a lot. We got Bubba's bbq a couple times, which was right next to the hotel and delicious. I would stay there again.

We stayed in Cody over the 4th of July. The inn was conveniently located and offered laundry, which was great. Not fancy, and the breakfast wasn’t great, but it was fine for our family and didn’t break the bank. The staff were also very nice.

Great continental breakfast. Wide variety of choices with milk, juice, oatmeal, eggs, sausage. As well as bread for toast, option to make waffles. Our family enjoys staying at hotels with free breakfast. This one was great!
