This hotel was very up to date. Conveniently located right off of the main road to Yellowstone East entrance. Surrounded by 2 other hotels owned by Blair group, so parking, especially accessible wheelchair van parking was limited. Check in was super easy. Lady was super nice! Room was great, except the "roll-in" shower opening was maybe 30-32 inches. It would have to be a side transfer to the attached bench seat with very little room for legs/feet during transfer. Soap, shampoo was behind the bench seat which was opposite side of shower head both impossible to access for someone with limited mobility. I like bottle refill station. Heated outdoor pool with a lift but no employee was able to tell me the temp. Bed height was high but you could remove the frame or use hoyer. Luckily, my chair raises.

This hotel has been renovated. This isn't a typical Holiday Inn. Very nice indeed. The staff working in the restaurant were great as well. The pool was closed which was something that we were looking forward too. I don't know why it was closed. The gates were chained shut.

The rooms are outdated and not as clean as other IHG properties we frequent. The AC in the room was on 66 but would not get cooler than 74. It was miserably hot in the room. We opened the windows at night so it would cool down enough to sleep. The staff at checkin was awful. Terrible communication skills and no clue about what was going on. We were early and called ahead to see if there was early checkin available. They said "probably". After arrival they said we had to wait an hour then after another 20 min. Then were able to check us in. Its not a big deal which is why we called ahead. We would have done more site seeing if not available. The breakfast staff is very inattentive. The whole thing is a joke. "Kids eat free: but breakfast for an adult is over $20. For 2 of us it was around $45 for breakfast. Holiday Inn is just raising the price of adults to cover the kids price. Our server came to our table once and we had to go to the counter to get our check then they went in the back to get her so we could pay our bill. Would not recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

Really nice, clean room! Lots of plug ins, roomy, great bed that couldn't have been more comfy. The only two things that could be changed is more water pressure in the shower and oof, the vending machines were really pricey. Overall, a wonderful stay and we'll definitely stay again!

2 night stay for sightseeing and attending some shows happening but was given a room next to young kids who made noise until 2 am I realize this is not the hotel’s fault but set up the rest of the stay. When we got up the next morning the ice machine was broken. Then tried to look up some things and the wifi was horrible I mentioned to the front desk and they said yea some places are terrible. Not good for a business trip I would suggest looking elsewhere to stay

The hotel was overall nice. The staff were not very welcoming. The room was nice and clean, but the A/C was very noisy. If you visit Cody, be sure to visit The Buffalo Bill Museum, it is very cool and informative about Buffalo Bill, the wildlife of the Rocky Mountains and the native American people.

Good location if you are staying in Cody, within an hour or so driving distance of east entrance of the Yellowstone National Park. The breakfast was reasonable (scrambled egg. turkey sausages, grit. cereals, fruits, banana bread, and many other items.. more than adequate for breakfast) as would be expected at a IHG Holiday Inn. The hostesses were very friendly and welcoming! We appreciated the late check out and room service every day!

The rooms were fine, I liked the shower. It was clean and I would probably stay here again. My dislikes are that the area was very congested with people, tour buses, people walking through the parking lots. It was a bit much.

The front desk were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy, the rooms were clean, and updated. I had the steak bites at the restaurant attached to the hotel and they were delicious. All around, a great experience.

Nice property with clean, comfortable rooms. Very nice dining area with breakfast buffet. Not too far from Yellowstone, and the drive there is fabulous! A lot of history in Cody.

The room was ok the place has a restaurant but its way overpriced and the breakfast buffet is absolutely terrible everything was cold and tasted like it was cooked 3 days prior to serving it.
