Clean place to stay. Food is good. Would stay again. Only bad things was elevator was down for 1/3 the time I was here. And they do events. One night there was no parking due to an event.

Very good pool/hot tub, and the softest hotel towels ever. Was given an accessible room even though I didn't reserve one, but came into hotel with a knee brace and a limp - no stairs.

Nice place pool sadly, the pool and hot tub were down and the front desk wouldn't bring me creamer. She said I had to come downstairs and get it myself. Not a big deal but I had just gotten out of the shower and still had a towel on my head.

First of all, it was in general a nice place to stay. For such a small town and for this price, I find it ridiculous that breakfast isn't included. We didn't have it twice in that category in two weeks, except when you’re in bigger cities. Plus, there's only one elevator, and it's incredibly slow.

We booked a suite for a girl's night out, the property was beautiful, and the staff was friendly. I have 2 complaints, first, the hours for the pool and hot tub were limited, they closed at 10 pm. The second is not the hotel's fault but trash service is just after 7 a.m., our room was on the third floor above the dumpsters, so we were awoken pretty early. The restaurant was fantastic for dinner as well as breakfast.

Everything about this hotel was superior! The lobby and staff are welcoming, decor is impressive throughout the property, complimentary washer and dryer, very clean, fireplaces and lounging areas on every floor, a wonderful restaurant on property, rooms are large and beautiful. I like the button indicating housekeeping wishes as opposed to the door tag. Location is great also. We loved our stay and will definitely return if we are in the area! Highly recommend this property!

This is, by far, the best place to stay in Cody. The room was spacious and very clean. We stayed here in the middle of our 10 day vacation and were able to wash our clothes for free. We had breakfast at the 8 and it was really good. This was a great hotel!

We stayed in one of the largest suites in the hotel, ours was one floor up from ground, which is spacious and well appointed. There is a small balcony off the bedroom with table and two chairs, but it overhangs the parking lot. Windows in the adjacent sitting room overlook an array of dumpsters, 3 I believe, which the sanitation dept decided to empty at 6:10am. Worse, there was some sensor on the ceiling in each room equipped with very bright led lights. The lights flashed for a period of time in response to our movement, which was problematic in the bedroom area, as they were sensitive enough to flash every time we moved, turned over, extended an arm, etc. The lights were bright enough to wake us. The hotel is located on the busiest road, 4 lanes, on the outside of a curve. Traffic speeds were 35-40 mph, so pulling out

We took a studio with a private balcony, which really means a balcony facing a parking lot wall and placed next to noisy air vents, making it impossible to enjoy sitting outside. The room was clean but furniture was dated and worn; the sofa had stains, and the wifi was inconsistent and sometimes stopped working. The beds were really high, making it harder for older people to climb into them. I didn’t like the walk in shower and the feel of the rough tiles either, but that’s a personal preference. Breakfast was not free either, but you do get 20% off and the portions are fair. If you don’t leave early enough the maid will stop by once and that’s it unless you alert the desk to have them stop by again. The fridge was grossly underpowered and took forever to cool even on max. Having two bathrooms though was a major plus and not something we find often. All in all it could have been a much better stay and I expected better considering what I paid.

The room was very comfortable and inviting. I loved the sitting area and desk. Wonderful walk in shower. We ate in the bar twice and it was great both times. Service was above and beyond - I dropped my earring down the drain and maintenance took apart the sink to retrieve it for me. Can't say enough good about our stay.

Probably the best hotel we have stayed at. The hotel itself had a great home feeling. Rooms are big and very comfortable with great toiletries. Location is very convenient. Great staff. Cant say enough nice things about the hotel!

Hotel was so accommodating with our very late arrival and reception was an extremely friendly welcome at such a late hour. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. No free breakfast but the restaurant gave a discount for hotel guests and was very allergy friendly. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property. The best Best Western Premier we have ever stayed at. It’s on a fairly busy road, but the sound proofing is excellent. The attached restaurant is very good. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property vs. competitors. Nice, clean rooms. Everything was great except our dinner experience in the restaurant. We were seated at 8:15. They closed at 9:00. We had to ask multiple times about our food. It finally came after 9:00. The food was very good but the service was poor.
