Mysigt hotell med personligt, familjärt bemötande. Ok frukost även om man hade tjänat på att erbjuda omelett på beställning också. Mycket trevlig, hjälpsam personal. Bastu samt litet gym men där fanns allt man behöver. Det enda vi saknade var en restaurang, man har en mysig uteservering som inte används till något, kanske hyra ut den till någon entreprenör?

My wife and I (from New York City) were pleasantly surprised by Le Boutique Moxa (Not to be confused with the Marriott branded Moxy Hotels). Our room had a cute terrace and it was spacious - far more spacious ironically than the room we had at The Moxy Hotel financial district in NYC. The hotel is steps away from Calea Victoriei, which has tons of cafés, shopping, tourist attractions like The Atheneu & art museum. At night, we walked 10 minutes a trendy spot called Mița Biciclișta for some drinks. Staff was incredibly friendly, very strong English comprehension (Alex and Bogdan were super helpful to us). The gym is tiny, but adequate.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautifully decorated and updated hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious, very clean, boasting gorgeous high ceilings. We often found ourselves stopping in the hallways of the hotel , admiring and taking pictures of all the artwork pieces. Breakfast was included with our stay which consisted of an European style buffet and freshly baked delicious pastries. The ladles at the bar served us with tasty cappuccinos and lattes. We visited Bucharest during extremely hot weather, but the hotel's air conditioning system was properly working and kept us cool and comfortable while being in our rooms. We highly recommend this boutique hotel and it's definitely our favorite place to book next time we visit Bucharest.

Easy walk to all of the downtown and Old Town sites. Very helpful staff. Super clean. Well-appointed room. Excellent breakfast. Convenient parking in the area. Don't miss out on eating at the Old Kitchen restaurant in the adjoining neighborhood. A quick walk to the best Romanian food we had.

Extremely comfortable hotel an easy walk from the stops for the 100 bus from/to the airport. Very clean and modern with excellent aircon. About 30 mins walk from the old town so nice and quiet despite the weekend traffic and crowds. The garden is a nice shady place for a quiet drink.

The property needs renovation. Chair in our room had stains on it, as did the fabric padded headboard. Light in the bathroom was not good. Drain in the shower was slow to drain so water pooled up by our feet.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, right in the centre of Bucharest, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean. We also liked the bed, it was comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from outside. The only minor inconvenienct was the room size - it was really small, we couldn't put our suitcase anywhere as we struggled to walk around. Apart from that it was a great stay

Lo mejor del hotel el personal de recepción, atetísimos, muy pendientes, un diez. Las habitaciones estándar son de tres estrellas, con muebles viejos y desgastados. Salvo una ventana pequeña que se puede abrir, las demás tienes una especie de tupida red pegada al cristal por dentro que impide el paso de la luz y no deja ver el exterior. En la ducha se agradecería una jabonera para no tener que dejar el champú en el suelo.

I received an "upgrade" from standard to deluxe, as included in the reservation. but I could not see the improvement. Small, noisy room at the ground floor with contractors working or passing close to the window. Hot water missing in the morning. Quite disappointed, this time. I expected more from 4* hotel. I'm a frequent guest at this hotel. I have been staying here about twice or three times a year, for the last 5-6 years. Throughout that time, there were slumps (think: pandemic) and booms in occupancy. Regardless of the cycle, the service has always been flawless. I'm deeply grateful to all the staff--some of whom I've now known for years--for their kind attention to their guests' needs. Thank you!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht uns zu unterstützen. Unsere Klimaanlage im Zimmer ging kaputt und wir durften sofort umziehen. Bein Frühstück waren alle Damen sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!

Very nice hotel, up to date, but with small lapses: poor finish in the shower, and canned olives in the buffet, realy not up to the general standard otherwide. Neighbourhood looks a bit run down, but turns out to be fine, with a few nice bars and a curious folksy local restaurant with very tasty Romanian fare.

The hotel it is in downtown having the Casino Palace next door, multiple restaurants around and a recreational park 80’ away. Excelent breakfast with very nice people from reception to the to last employee.
