This is definitely not 5 star. Almost 4 star for the following issues. Location--Great location! Layout--The hotel is a labyrinth maze and has a poor layout. Front Desk--Georgina and the front desk staff are superlative. Georgina assisted with early check in, always, friendly helpful, informative, accommodating especially with early check in. Same with all the male staff at the front desk. Lovely and helpful. Mohammed was also very helpful when I arrived late in the night. Great fellow and the gentlemen were always nice about giving waters. Room--The room leaves a lot to be desired. Small. Comfortable bed. However needs a clock and more outlets for electronics. TV sometimes didn't work and the room phone to the front desk didn't work many times. The bathroom floor gets very wet every time when showering because there is no door or curtain. Breakfast---The breakfast (which was included in my room price) is decent and there were some non-meat options which is appreciated. If you want something quality like an omelet you will have to pay extra. Gym/Pool---Nice equipment. Miserable pathetic staff. Security and silly rules. Rules like, you can’t sit by the pool unless you are in a bathing suit. What kind of stupidity is this??? My girlfriend is watching the kids and just sitting there and she is kicked out by security, and the manager and the swim coach. Doesn’t anyone have better things to do in Bucharest?? I understand the other rules. Swim caps, covering shoes, no running or fo

The indoor pool, which was the only reason to book this hotel, was under maintenance. We were told this until we asked when it opened. We were then told there was an outdoor pool, that opened at 10am. When we went to ask where it was, the next day, we were told we needed to book it. After a mess about, we were advised we could use it the following day, when we tried to use it we were told it would be 40gbp for us two. Seemed excessive for a couple of hours.

The Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest is conveniently located. The reception staff were helpful, and welcoming. The room was cleaned and spacious. We requested a double room with 2 beds. We got upgraded to a family room with one bedroom, sofa bed and a kitchenette. There were several restaurants in the hotel complex and more restaurants around. The fitness centre with a pool was a bit difficult to access as it was privately run and the entrance was outside of the hotel. All in all, it was a good value to stay in th Park Inn.

Har brokket mig til hotellet . Men det er under alt kritik at indlogere gæster på en sal hvor en elevator bliver renoveret og en anden virker hver 3. Gang Det er under alt kritik at vælge at lukke for poolen pga renoveringen i denne sommer varme. Det er under alt kritik at man åbenbart deler lille boble bad med Radisson nabo hotel og man ikle får lov at komme ind uden diskussionen..

Store værelser og generelt ok. Lidt slidte værelser, og vandskade på vores første værelse. På det andet værelse var der meget støj fra udsugningen. Spa og wellness var rigtig godt, men systemet hvor man skal igennem vandet for at komme til poolen holder ikke. Tåbeligt system når bare gerne vil være ved poolen. Venligt personale. Roligt område og god mad på den lokale restaurant.

Rooms need repair, very poor finishings. Hallways and elevator are still under renovation and construction since the last time I visited at least half a year ago. Room was never cleaned for the whole stay. Shower randomly burns you from boiling water every 30 seconds.. Misleading advertisement of hotel services, which are actually in different buildings. Very slow reception with just one person, not equipped for the amount of guests received. Staff is polite but unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel.

The room was spacious and equipped with: safe, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, electric kettle, espresso machine. The stock of body soap was not renewed, and the sheets that got dirty were not changed in time. The breakfast was delicious and varied and the waiters were kind. The reception staff was limited and not available to help.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and found it to be nice and large, with a small kitchenette, lounge area and bedroom. The hotel is very old and has 4 zones, Red, Green Blue and Yellow....was like a maze. The room wasn't the cleanest as there was a lot of hair in the bedsheets, bathtub and sink. Breakfast was nice, good variety, location is amazing as it's very central. Shame we couldn't use the outdoor pool as it was closed. The Worldclass gym was fantastic.

Hotellet består af 4 andre hoteller, som er blevet bygget sammen til et stort hotel. Dette har dog bevirket at skiltning med de forskellige bygninger, som er angivet med farver (rød, gul, grøn, blå) ikke er særlig god og brugervenlig samt, at receptionen og resten af bygningerne er blevet "sammensat" lidt tilfældigt med smalle trapper og morgenmadsrestauranten ligeså med smalle trapper. Denne er alt for lille set i forhold til størrelsen på hotellet og 2 stk. kaffeautomater er alt for lidt = kæmpe kø. Ellers god morgenmad og fine værelser. Rengøringen var slap ment på den måde, at man skulle selv gøre opmærksom på dette og skiftning af håndklæder, nyt sæbe, shampoo og toiletpapir samt tømning af skraldespand.... Men god beliggenhed som er meget central.

Upon arrival the hotel looked pleasant enough, it had a welcoming foyer and staff members to check us in. But as soon as we started walking to our block to find our room the pleasantness disappeared, the elevators were tiny and terrifying to use, but we had to as we were on the 8th floor of 9, on route to the room you could see bad touch ups of paint, wires hanging out of walls and just generally run down space. Whilst the room itself was spacious (2-bed apartment) it was tired and run down and nothing like the images shown when booking. The bathroom was outdated and furnishings old, with lumpy pillows and duvets, it didn’t make for a pleasant stay. No slippers, amenities and the safe don’t work. Upon checking out we got trapped in the dodgy lift for a good five minute score we managed to go up a floor to get out, a truly terrifying experience. Upon compliant the hotel staff did offer us water and to pay for our taxi to the airport as an apology which we appreciated. It is not the hotel that we expected, a 2.5 star at best.

Great hotel. Very spacious room with a living room and a small kitchen. Outdoor pool area was fantastic. We got 2 hours extension for our check out which was really nice as our flight wasn't until in the evening. Great location - 20-25 minutes walk to Old Town. We would stay there again.

Ci sono diversi bulding, e a seconda di quello che ti assegnano le condizioni cambiano. Io avevo prenotato una superior e inizialmente mi hanno assegnato una camera nel building verde, la camera era completamente diversa di quella che si vedeva nella foto, vecchia, rotta tutti i mobili seganti.. veramente brutta. Ho spiegato la questione in reception e mi hanno cambiato stanza assegnandomi una Junior suite nel building rosso, peccato che quella stanza era quelle che avevo prenotato come superior. Quindi.. forse sono un po’ furbi? Diciamo che le foto assolutamente non rispecchiano la realtà. Anche i corridoi sono orrendi, moquette sbiadita e macchiata.. unica nota positiva gi spazi esterni comuni, ma che in realtà sono del Radisson a 5 stelle.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. I started by getting a really good bed and breakfast deal and was also really impressed with the leisure facilities. The bonus was when I opened the door to my room, I discovered I had been given a sweet with a TV in both the sitting room and bedroom. There was also a large fridge and cooking facilities. The next time I'm in Bucharest, this will be the first hotel I look up.

Great location hotel but the rooms are quite dated. Check in and check out both to a long time as there’s only ever seemed to be one person on reception, even when they were busy. We had loads of space in our room for the four of us. The beds were comfy but the pillows were really soft. Also, the balcony had no furniture so it was nice to have a balcony but pointless with nowhere to enjoy it! The pool area was nice and a great respite from the heat. Overall probably not worth what we paid but a decent stay overall.

Very complicated walkways no help with luggage and staff that don’t understand how to turn back clock and can’t depend on any wake up calls from the hotel Aldi advise that 40 minutes in enough time to doesn’t st the airport when you have international flight not dependable place wouldn’t recommend

Bacon, eggs etc were cold for bread, after complaining to the reception they advised they'd look into it but never did. The following morning it was the same. My friends room had water leaking into it, we advised hotel rec6of the issue, and they said they'd look into it. We decided to check out one day early and find another hotel.

I had this hotel booked. And the airlines canceled my flight due to all going on in the Middle East. I tried to reach the hotel to change and eventually cancel my reservation as I wasn’t even able to go due to the airline. The hotel was a nightmare with trying to get this done and in the end I wasn’t able to get a refund. And just lost all my money

Had stayed in the past again but this time was a memorable one. Very easy and fast to check in (and early one), but what made me happy is that I claimed a quiet room and it was exactly what I had requested (and on a high floor on the green block). Staff very polite and helpful with great English communication. Room had all of the facilities, plus an espresso capsule machine. Breakfast was great and under continuous refill. Great location and access to the "World Class Gym nearby". Was two pleasant and comfortable days that made me want to be back again.

Great location for public transport. Right next to the concert hall. The area felt safe to walk around. They had a wonderful breakfast selection with even a few GF items and soya milk which was a bonus. The hotel connects straight to the Radisson Blu via a tunnel hallway. Housekeeping were very helpful and efficient when I requested items. I would stay again. It was a lovely weekend get-away.

Excellent stay. The hotel is located behind Radisson BLU and you can walk within the property. Leading you to Calea Victoriei the main high end and shopping area of the city. Great location!

Room ok, enough clean but very uncomfortable pillows (too soft and too low). Temperature control did not work. Toilet needs attention, the room is wide but why they put the WC in a far and small corner with the towel rail warmer just next to it which makes it very unfomfortable and frankly ridicoulous, other than useless. All supports need to be fixed since they mostly hang free. Breakfast is very good but they should open at 6.00 to have business people enjoy it with enough time.
