When I checked in for our 1 night stay, I asked about in and out privileges as there was no other option for parking at the hotelotger thayn the paid parking. I was told yes in and out privileges were available, we simply pick up a ticket from the front desk that would allow us to get out, then come back in the morning to get another ticket when we leave. A fre days after we left I got a charge on my credit card. When I questioned what this was for I was informed it was for parking. It turns out that if tou don't purchase a park and fly pass (whether flying or not) you have to pay for parking. For a room that was over 300.00 for 1 night, to then receive an additional unexpected cost for parking, is unacceptable.

Very poorly soundproofed room: you can hear planes taking off regularly and the neighbors as if they were in the room. Very bad insulation. It was very cold despite the heating, with an icy floor you can’t walk on barefoot. Finally, for an airport hotel, opening breakfast only at 6 a.m. is far too late; 5:30 a.m. would be much more suitable.

Chambre très agréable, parfaite pour moi. Le fait d'avoir à marcher longtemps avec ses bagages pour arriver à la chambre est un inconvénient : j'ai demandé qu'on vienne m'aider pour ma valise au check-out et voyant que ma navette partait 7 minutes plus tard, j'ai dû me débrouiller toute seule. Au petit déjeuner, très belle assiette d'oeufs Benedict Sheraton, mais le tout était froid, comme si les tomates sortaient du frigo... et j'ai dû demander les fruits qui l'accompagnaient car ça avait été oublié... Dommage car pour la chambre, je recommanderais l'hôtel. Et la navette est pratique et elle part pile à l'heure.

The room was clean and checkin was quick but both the TV and Nespresso machine did not work in our room. Maintenance tried to fix the TV but was unable. They did offer a room change but given that we were all settled in we decided not to. The shuttle was also extremely full both on the way to the hotel and on the way back to the airport - both times having to leave some passengers behind.

Huge hotel, with long corridors lined with rooms. It took me over five minutes to reach my room, with various ups and downs along the way — not ideal if you're carrying heavy luggage. The room itself was fine, though a bit dark and lacking in warmth. As a solo traveler, I don't think I'd stay here again — the overall vibe just didn't feel particularly welcoming.

A pretty standard airport hotel, the shuttle is reliable to the airport and back (we have used it both ways). The rooms are pretty standard, and perhaps slightly less sound proof then other hotels we have stayed in...due to the nature of a airport hotel with people coming and going at all hours it is a bit more noticeable that you can hear doors banging and such in this hotel, but overall we like it enough to stay here whenever we need a hotel at this aiport.

I booked for the wrong week through Hotels.com. Showed up the night I thought I was staying. They had rooms available, and told me that they would give me a rate similar to my Hotels.com rate. I asked what that rate would be, and the person at the front desk told me he would get it approved by the manager and confirm it when I checked out in the morning. Next morning I went to drop off my key and they said that they would email me the receipt, which they did not. Check my Credit Card statement two days later, and I was charged $150 MORE than what my Hotels.com rate was! I guess that’s what they call a similar rate! Also, I had prepaid the room for the following week, and they told me to call Hotels.com to get it cancelled. When Hotels.com attempted many times to reach the Sheraton to see if they would accept the cancellation, the Sheraton never responded! I am tempted to call the BBB on the Sheraton, rip off artists.

We were on the first floor and the room’s doors are very close together. We heard doors bang all night and people talking in the hallway annd running. After more than an hour, I opened our door to see who was talking in the hallway for ever. Two young teenagers sitting in the hallway having conversation, I told them we had very early flight the next morning could they go inside their room. It was like a dorm. Why did the front desk assigned our room with a group of traveling teenagers. This could have been avoided by the hotel staff. There are plenty of rooms. Had an early morning bc Shuttles is every hour. Modern rooms nice bathrooms.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was lovely. Onsite restaurant was not the best. There was no AC so the room was very warm and it made it difficult to sleep. Bed was comfortable however. The location is absolutely terrible. Both days cabs or uber drivers tried to merge right into us. It would take over 40 minutes to just get to the parking lot. Even with the police guiding traffic it was beyond ridiculous. Thankfully we had our own car because paying for a cab to sit for that long and nearly be pushed off the road would have been disrespectful. Montreal is beautiful; however, i will never stay near the airport again and i would not recommend it whatsoever.

Pros: the airport shuttle is great and the location is close is you have an early flight. For the price, it’s a good deal. Cons: the hotel is outdated, noisy, and only has one choice for dining, which is so so. It’s isolated so you have nowhere else yo go unless you take a taxi or uber.
