Me and my husband loved staying there! Superb hotel beyond international standards! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The hotel is gorgeous! The pool is amazing and so is the spa. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I only have the best words to describe this place! I hope to stay there when we go back to beautiful Panama!

Went for a wedding and was super happy with the hotel. Has two good restaurants, a nice bar area with very friendly staff, great fitness center. Also walking distance to best Greek seafood restaurant - Jimmy’s. Nothing fancy but the food is good and staff is friendly. I always go for the Pulpo al Carbon. Wedding reception was at hotel ballroom and the transformation was impressive. I’ve been to many over the top events, but this was in a league of its own. Looked like we were outdoors, surrounded by beautiful green foliage and orchids. Stunning! Want to mention I left my jeans and a top and called the next day and saved for me to have family pick up. Good people.

Instalaciones muy viejas y con muchos detalles.. un día se nos fue el agua de la regadera y tuve que ir a otro cuarto a bañarme. Paredes con muchas manchas, ventanas muy viejas y falta detalle en la limpieza, pisé con el pie un arete que estaba tirado en la alfombra que no era mío.. menos mal no pise fuerte por que pudo haber sido un accidente de enterrarmelo.

AVOID: Bed was sagging. Furniture was broken. AC didn't cool. Wifi was broken. Filthy window. Had to stoop to use bathroom. Food was terrible and overpriced. I paid for 6 days but checked out after 1 night it was that bad. Desk agent didn't ask if he could do anything to fix the problems, suggesting my experience is common.

Es war wirklich schön, das Personal macht aus dem Hotel das Beste überhaupt. Wenn man aber Ruhe sucht, sollte man ein anderes Hotel nehmen. Hier werden viele Events angeboten. Parties, etc. Nachts ist also keine Ruhe und schlafen ist schwierig. Wir hatten am Anfang ein Zimmer in der 10. Etage und es war so, als wäre der DJ bei uns. Nach 3 schlaflosen Nächten habe ich mich beschwert und ein Zimmer in der 15. Etage bekommen. Ab da hatten wir Ruhe und der Urlaub war gerettet. Das Personal des Hotels hat das ermöglicht.

Un hotel promedio que sin duda necesita renovación urgente. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas en comparación con las habitaciones estándar de otros hoteles, las camas ya están bastante viejas, rechinan demasiado y se sienten los resortes. El hotel esta un poco quedado en el tiempo, no es terrible de feo, pero esta un poco antiguo. Las camas y almohadas son comodas, las sabanas son lindas, pero la habitacion huele un poco a humedad, el bano es muy pequeno. El desayuno es rico. La zona de pileta tambien esta un poco antigua, pero es bueno tener una pileta ya que hace mucho calor.

In general, it was ok. But I think the staff can be better. Some parts of the hotel look old and needs some maintenance (for example, the cover of the key reader in my room fell out and the sign of the hotel in the top looks old). Regarding the staff, I arrived a little bit early (like 45 minutes) and I asked the lady in the front desk if she could check in earlier and she said there was no way and when I asked for options, she just keep saying no. Then I asked if I could use the pool until check in time and she said they will charge me (for using the pool less than 40 minutes). So I had to just sit in the front desk. When there were 20 minutes left to check in time, I tried with another lady and she help me out right away and I have my room almost inmediately. In the night, I wanted to order some room service and there was no menu on the room (they were suppossed to give me a QR Code on the front desk during check in, but they did not, so they have to bring me one). I ordered several food items including a lemonade and 30 minutes later they called me to tell me they have no lemons (how do you run out of lemons in a hotel). Anyway...the rest of the stay was good. But given the service, the price is too much versus the service you receive.

I had to arrive very early, basically in the middle of the night and had an issue with checking in early. Christy at the reception desk went out of her way to take care of me. She is an excellent example of Marriott hospitality.

This is a lovely hotel and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Many tried to help us with our Spanish since we know very little. The hotel is well kept and our room was clean and comfortable. There is a Casino right on site, but we did not use it, so cannot give a review on that. Our only disappointment is that there is not much in the way of restaurants that are walkable from the hotel. There are a few though. We had to use uber or a taxi to go anywhere. That being said, we did use the restaurants in the hotel and they were ok.

Property looks outdated, rugs are probably clean, but don´t look so because of they are worn out and have stains. Breakfast buffet was messy. The restaurant was VERY crowded, it was hard to find a table, they constantly ran out of mugs, glasses, plates. Coffee, both in the room and in the restaurant (breakfast) was horrible :-(

Great hotel! Great area. Everyone working there were incredible, friendly, always with a smile. Great service. Delicious breakfast. The gym is 10/10 it has everything!! They have one restaurant that is 24 hours and the food is delicious. Rooms are spacious, clean. The bed was just right! Thank you for a great stay!
