Im a pretty easy person to please without bells and whistles. I didnt find anything terrible about the place, just very very basic , however it appears they are in the process of remodeling some things. My grandson loved the pool, but there were no lounge chairs, just 5 metal chars and 2 tables. No vending, laundry room was closed, read carefully,no elevator (normally not a problem but had my special.needs grandson and it made the juggling all.our things and him tougher having to take stairs). Front desk did give me a late checkout so i could get a little more pool time with my little man, which i appreciated. Id probably stay again for the price and the purpose but now i know what i need to have with me to accommodate.

The property was as advertised it was close to the interstate. The options for food and shopping were good and close by. Check with the hotel if you struggle getting up and down stairs. We did not see an elevator but we only used the stairwells.

Parking was easy and I felt safe. The side door would not close completely so that made me a little uneasy that anyone could walk in but during my 3 day stay there was no issues. There was fresh juice and coffee in the lobby each morning. I believe if the rooms had coffee makers in the room it would have made for a better stay. I will definitely stay here again, but will bring coffee pot, and cooking utensils so we can have breakfast in the morning without having to leave the building. Shower was great, and heater kept room toasty. Blankets were very light though so if you might want to bring something heavier with you in the winter.

It was decent but they advertised breakfast and breakfast was juice or coffee not even a continental breakfast offered. Not sure what that was about but there’s plenty of places around to eat. Just didn’t budget in breakfast due to the advertising of breakfast in the online app.

The maid staff is excellent. They really do a good job cleaning the room. They have a nice coffee machine and have orange juice and apple juice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For the price even without breakfast it's worth the price you pay. I would recommend this place if you need a great place to stay in Chester.

Decent place to stay at a good price when booked through Hotels.com. Room had a hard surface floor which I prefer to carpet. I had to leave a $50 deposit at the desk to get the room even though I had payed for both nights in advance. I did get the deposit back. Not sure what was up with that but the place was quiet while I was there. The locks were not functioning on two of the entry doors at the back of the property. One would not unlock in the cold the other just wouldn't lock.

Im not one to typically leave a review and it takes a lot for me to feel inconvenienced, but... our room wasnt ready, but OK we can wait.. but then my son needed to use the restroom and the main lobby restroom was "out of order". They did not suggest another source. Our room didnt have enough towels so after visiting the pool, we all had to share and reuse pool towels for shower towels. The laundry facility was also " out of order" and I purposefully didnt pack extra clothes bc I was under the influence that Id be able to wash our clothes. They have a stove top, but no pots/pans/utensils, so that was useless. But what really topped it off was that they had coffee but NO CUPS! SOOO as nice as the pool was and they granted us a late check out, we will not be revisiting.

I gave a high rating based on the cleanliness and reasonable price. The property has been recently renovated and was an excellent value. The location was easy to get to off I-95 and there were several good restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and while the furnishings were spartan everything basic was provided.

Terrible experience at this hotel. The room had a roach infestation with what looked like a nest in the corner. There was no elevator, which made carrying luggage upstairs a nightmare. When I asked for a refund, they refused. Definitely not worth the money—avoid this place at all costs.

I messed up big time on this room. I should have know better when I pulled up. The room was very small. The "kitchen" was less a foot from my bed & I couldn't even open the refrigerator door all the way. See picture. The floors were seeping wetness. Picture included. I dried the floor and the wet spots came back. The ceiling must have had prior water damage. See picture. The bathroom was so small and the tub had hairs in it. When I went to the bathroom the next morning, there was a spider and a ROACH crawling on the floor. The roach ran behind the trash can. There was a strong smell of cleaner that made my head hurt all night. The TV is small. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

The rooms smelled like mildew. The bathroom smelled like someone peed on the floor and it was there for a while. The laundry room took quarters and a lot of the machines were out of order. The first time I stayed there, it wasn’t bad. But I don’t think I’ll stay again if I have a choice.

They room was clean. The heater/ac unit had the frount falling off and would not adjustoff 72 degrees, so it was too hot to sleep. Room had no decor on the walls and looked like a institution room. The bed felt like sleeping on pavement.

Very nice room. I had called to ask for a ground floor since we have trouble going up steps. Upon checking in the clerk said he put us in 109. It was so clean and had a full refrigerator, top stove burners and small sink. Although we didn’t need the stove and sink the refrigerator came in very handy. My husband, a coffee drinker, bragged about the coffee being so good. They do not offer breakfast but there are plenty of places around. The housekeeping staff do a wonderful job. The bed was very comfortable. I understand this has been newly updated and under new management. I highly recommend people give it a try. We would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Hotel was fine for the price you pay. But there are no toiletries in the room, no coffe maker, and the extra saftey latch on the door does nothing for security it was not placed properly. So take all that as you wish.

Everything was good except for the checkout we're supposed to check out at 11:00 a.m. in the manager I wasn't there so my dad was there and he's handicapped with a broken hip and he has Parkinson's. He only gave him a 30 minute leniency. He wanted to push him out as fast as he could. My dad said this is not very helpful and I think he doesn't speak very good English and he didn't understand at all so he just rushed him out of there as fast as he could and I think we might even get charged a late fee for this. But it was free coffee, orange juice and apple juice in the lobby and they have a pool other than the bed being hard and the manager not being very lenient. The stay was good besides that, but if you don't want a really really hard bed I probably wouldn't recommend it. And the manager if you want to check out past 11:30 to get out there at 12:00. Don't expect to have any leniency. The maids are excellent. They come every morning. They're all Hispanic and they're very friendly and helpful, but I wouldn't recommend staying just for the maids. If you don't want a really hard bed. Just make sure you check out exactly on time or you'll be rushed out there as fast as you can.

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. The biggest issue I had was the hotel had a lot of out of town workers staying there that liked to drink and blare music in the parking lot until 10pm. I did not see any effort to stop it. The room was decent with a couple minor issues that did not deter from the stay. I still think it was a good bang for the buck. If budget is your most important consideration then this is the hotel for you.

We never really had the opportunity to experience the hotel. We checked in after 10 PM. My family and I were tired as we walked to our room. As I unlocked the door and entered the room, I was surprised to find someone else already in there. Thankfully, they were at least wearing a towel. I apologized, and we turned around to walk back to the front desk. When I explained to the clerk that someone was in there, they looked surprised. They checked a few things, made a phone call to their boss, and ultimately, let me know their hotel was full. They offered a room in another hotel, but after that experience, I was done. I do not recall any apology or real attempt to make it up to me. The hotel may have been a decent experience, but after that, I was not impressed.

My stay was great, and I will stay there again when traveling for work. The front desk manager was very helpful and available when needed. The day of check-out, I got up early to leave and walked out of my room without the key, guess I was still asleep. I was able to get a new key quickly with no problems. Also the pet fee for my fur baby was super affordable. I wouldn’t know dogs were there until I heard them bark. Very clean space. No smoking odor.

I gave a high rating based on the cleanliness and reasonable price. The property has been recently renovated and was an excellent value. The location was easy to get to off I-95 and there were several good restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and while the furnishings were spartan everything basic was provided.

I didn’t like that you have to buy everything for the kitchen like pots and pans. I think he said you have to buy or rent them out. I love that I was able to walk to Burlington and certain restaurants. A couple of little malls near by too.

Parking was easy and I felt safe. The side door would not close completely so that made me a little uneasy that anyone could walk in but during my 3 day stay there was no issues. There was fresh juice and coffee in the lobby each morning. I believe if the rooms had coffee makers in the room it would have made for a better stay. I will definitely stay here again, but will bring coffee pot, and cooking utensils so we can have breakfast in the morning without having to leave the building. Shower was great, and heater kept room toasty. Blankets were very light though so if you might want to bring something heavier with you in the winter.

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. The biggest issue I had was the hotel had a lot of out of town workers staying there that liked to drink and blare music in the parking lot until 10pm. I did not see any effort to stop it. The room was decent with a couple minor issues that did not deter from the stay. I still think it was a good bang for the buck. If budget is your most important consideration then this is the hotel for you.

It was decent but they advertised breakfast and breakfast was juice or coffee not even a continental breakfast offered. Not sure what that was about but there’s plenty of places around to eat. Just didn’t budget in breakfast due to the advertising of breakfast in the online app.

The maid staff is excellent. They really do a good job cleaning the room. They have a nice coffee machine and have orange juice and apple juice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For the price even without breakfast it's worth the price you pay. I would recommend this place if you need a great place to stay in Chester.

Im not one to typically leave a review and it takes a lot for me to feel inconvenienced, but... our room wasnt ready, but OK we can wait.. but then my son needed to use the restroom and the main lobby restroom was "out of order". They did not suggest another source. Our room didnt have enough towels so after visiting the pool, we all had to share and reuse pool towels for shower towels. The laundry facility was also " out of order" and I purposefully didnt pack extra clothes bc I was under the influence that Id be able to wash our clothes. They have a stove top, but no pots/pans/utensils, so that was useless. But what really topped it off was that they had coffee but NO CUPS! SOOO as nice as the pool was and they granted us a late check out, we will not be revisiting.

The beds were big and comfortable and the room was very clean. There are no dishes or cookware so be aware of that. Housekeeping will change your towels and provide more trash bags if you ask. The pool and guest laundry were closed the entire time we were there so we made other arrangements for laundry. Overall this was a clean quiet place to stay and it met my expectations for what we paid A big plus is that it is super close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would book again.
