The hotel was nice itself. Located on a very busy strip. A bit hidden off the road amongst the other properties. Looked to be well taken care of. The room was generally fine. Bed was comfortable. Huge window in my room. Nice size indoor pool. A good place to stay. My only negatives were the elevator needed servicing or replacement as it was making a loud scraping noise as it moved up and down. But being the only elevator means the timing would have to be right to take it out of service - so we grin and bear it! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise on our road trip. Right off the interstate, clean. Desk staff wasn’t the friendliest but was efficient. The breakfast lady was attentive and kept everything full and fresh. The continental breakfast was quite nice. Room was clean. Pool area was run down and hot tub was out of service but we would book again for sure. All in all a good deal.

Room had mold in it. The room had a very bad smell.. I didn’t stay but 20 mins. I was very uncomfortable. Crackheads behind the building unsafe. Pool nasty I got a refund and went to another hotel

Booked this for 2 nights for a softball tournament this past weekend and the whole team booked as well. Most families left after night 1 and didn’t care they were going to forfeit $150 for night 2, and the ones that stayed got up and left as early as possible to get out of this place. The Elevator broke and the doors to the stairs were slamming all night, when it was working it was extremely slow. The rooms were outdated and smelled like smoke even though it’s a non-smoking hotel, the shower was dirty, beds were uncomfortable, TVs were outdated and small, our room was missing smoke detector (many others had no phone), the towels were tiny, the hvac unit was very loud and had no “auto” option so it never turned off and the smell of marajuana was everywhere. Our room wasn’t exceptionally dirty but other families were grossed out by their rooms, so much so everyone nicknamed this place “the murder inn”. When we left after night two we found someone had pooped on the ground in the parking space next to one of our cars, yes you read that right. It was way overpriced for what it was, probably should have been $79/night and if it was we would have stayed away. Not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at but in the top 3 for sure. The only good things about this place was it was convenient to food and the places we needed to go to. The breakfast was actually pretty good.

Was a bit disappointed about the constant smell of marijuana. On the third floor near elevator the trash can over flowed for 2 days. Musty smell, pool was green and cloudy. Hot tub was nice and hot, jets did not work, was a green color. Every/Any time I went to front desk they were on the AirPods speaking to someone else and not making customer service a priority, talking to me and their phone call at the same time.

Breakfast was good. Room and hotel nice but the pool and hot tub disgusting. Complained to front desk they didn’t. Seem to care. Pool and hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in along time. Also hot tub jets didn’t work.

This place smelled like burnt chemicals, was falling apart and was probably the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I will never stay at a Radisson again. I was ashamed to let my family stay in such a hole. I would rather have slept in my car.

The hotel was clean and did not smell moldy. The shower/bath tub was clean enough for my 4 year old to take a bath in. The sheets and towels were clean. Everything in the room was in working condition. The beds were comfortable. The elevator and hallways were clean and free of trash, spills, smells, etc. The breakfast was very good. There were some hot items, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, an assortment of breads and muffins, juice and coffee. We did not use the pool but it is indoors, the hot tub looked very clean.

Four guys drinking out the back of a pick up truck all night making noise. There was a ball on the roof rolling around in the wind. Glad I didn’t see the giant cockroach on the floor in the hallway until I woke up for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was gross but exactly the level of gross you would expect from a hotel chain breakfast. No more no less.

The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was mold in the ice that came out of the machine. There was mold in the shower and hair on the walls of the shower. The pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. And the floors were sticky everywhere.

The bed was uncomfortable. There are water stains on the walls where it was once wet. There is only one vent in the king suite so if we wanted privacy from the kids we couldn’t due to the kids would get hot and no air circulating

Only stayed one night on our way to NH from FL but must say for the price my husband and I were EXTREMELY pleased with our king room which was much bigger than we were expecting, bedroom was separate with a door and 2nd TV. Furniture was a little dated but everything was clean/working properly, bed was SUPER comfy

Property easy access to freeway and major highways. Area had lots of fast food restaurants options and shopping. Hotel towels were small and tv should have been of better quality for a facility that charged a premium fee. Hotel while clean and comfortable, could use some minor renovations. Overall a good place to stay.

The walls are thin, so you'll here everything from toilets being flushed to rowdy teenagers in other rooms. If this is your best option try to get a room on the 3rd floor.

First room given to me smelled like sewage and there was no shower curtain or towels. Changed to a different room, however that door wouldn’t open despite getting new keys. Last room given to me, there was no tv remote. Walls are super thin and door were slamming constantly.

Only employee i saw was the one who checked me in and that was the only time i saw him. Tv seemed to not have good service, as it going in and out. Remote for tv qas broken and missing battrey cover. Shower faucet was not properly working.

Room's heat/air didn’t work at all. No mugs to make coffee/tea were provided. Curtains were torn/ripped like wolverine had gotten to them. Walls paper thin, heard coughing from next room and every footfall from above. Hairs on sheets when covers pulled back. TP and tissues were rough. Bed was very comfortable.

The property was fine our room was double booked the first night of our stay and we had to stay in a different room than we reserved which is a big deal when you have a wheel chair bound person I booked in October early to make sure we could have a roll in shower but somehow it was occupied and then we had to change rooms the next day not happy about this at all

When I walked in there was no one at the desk to check in. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out. When I checked out the desk receptionist was standing behind me in the lobby on the phone. I tried to get his attention 3 times and wasn’t acknowledged.

We checked in yesterday for an overnight after checking in a getting the keys went to the room and the room we were given did not have a lock / door handle so went downstairs staff gave us a new room I went to the room and the keys didn’t work I went back to the front desk explained that the keys didn’t work and the staff rolled his eye made a big big sky and mumbled under his breath the whole way to the room to try to show me the keys did work. They did not so I had to get new keys again when the behavior was reported staff at the front desk. She acted like she didn’t understand what we were saying. Stack was very rude and unhelpful.

When we checked in, front desk guy was not friendly. We got to our room to find it different than advertised, stains on the walls and the ac was unplugged. We plugged it in but it took forever to cool the room down. My kids have asthma and the hot stuffy room did not help. Was told we couldnt switch rooms. Ice maker was down.No directions posted in room about wireless etc. I told the desk clerk about the ac and he just laughed it off. Place was dingy, dirty and every time i went by front desk in the evening no one was there. And it wasnt late!! When i checked out i was just told to put keys in basket. No thank you for staying or anything. Same rude guy as the day before. We will never stay at this nasty hotel again. I have never had to complain about a hotel. This was a very disappointing stay!!

The tub looked like paint was peeling. The location had plenty of food options. But the traffic was horrific. And alot of uturns had to be made to get back to the hotel after getting food. Check in was pretty fast. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast was the best out of the 4 hotels we stayed in on this trip. Room price was decent.

Pretty decent hotel, fairly clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was in good shape and clean, beds were fine. Water pressure not too good in shower and you can tell the hotel is older but it appears they are in the process of updating. Indoor pool was nice; hot tub was not very hot and the jets were a bit weak. Overall a decent stay, especially for the price.

Check-in was simple and amazing. The front desk clerk was really nice and helpful. The morning breakfast served between 6 and 9 PM was very good! It was self serve and almost as good as you would get any restaurant. The Cracker Barrel next-door was terrible. They were out of a lot of things on the menu.

Pleasant stay. Quiet. Comfortable beds. The room was very basic with no frills, which was no problem for us since we were seeking a quiet room above all else. (Bring your own alarm clock.) The breakfast buffet was the one place that needs improvement. As someone who is allergic to wheat and dairy and who is health conscious, there wasn't anything at the buffet that I could eat. Management, please provide soy milk (or almond milk or oat milk) and plain oatmeal (i.e., not sugary oatmeal packets).
