Had a huge american roach in the room, plus breakfast wasn't great, just cereal and coffee cake. Room smelled like smoke but was smoke free. No locks on outside doors preventing people from entering building. Poor security.

The propperty was being poorly renovated. The biilding itself was lopsided. The towels and washcloths were minimal in number. Their cleanliness was in question. The tubs were not clean. The staff were neither friendly, social or helpful. Bedspread had paint allover them. The curtain could not be raised as the chain lifter had come off the track. The only good thing sbout the hotel was the surrounding area. I wouldnt have stayed if i had not already paid. You really need to take them off your list until they are appropriately renovated. No elevators

I did like my stay at this hotel. But what I didn't like was the entire state that I was there they only had ice in the machine one time. Every hotel is supposed to have ice in their machine everyday. And front desk act like they didn't even care. The men at the desk. The lady was so nice , that she went to the back where the kitchen was and got ice for my kids and I. Also they didn't want to give you no bath clause more towels Hardly. . But overall my stay was okay other than those two things

The price was good for the overnight stay. they were still in the process of construction. The hallway I walked down to get to our room did have some boards on the floor I notice a nail sticking up.

The property was located behind a closed restaurant and hard to see from the street. Missed entrance sign initially. Bathroon in lobby out of order. Breakfast was very meager. Desk clerk/manager was pleasant.

The staircase was oozing with the smell of pot and some sketchy folks were hanging out there.No elevator that i could find. The key did not work and had to be redone. Then the toilet would not fill up and flush. They only provided 2 towels: when i called the office noone would answer. The beds were comfortable but the blankets were riddled with cigarette burns. (non smoking room). The carpet needed a very good cleaning. I would have asked for another room but our other room was just as bad. We went down for the continental breakfast.in the morning,.which entirely consisted of an empty fridge, empty cases to hold pasteries, a few sllices of white bread and butter , no jelly, and two types of cereal. Nothing else was set out. Plain bread and cereal is not a continental breakfast, and this was early (hardly anything was simply put out to eat -the spaces to hold food was clearly empty). We will NEVER stay at a super 8 again without fear of the same experience.

The only blanket on the bed had a big hole. The room was very tiny and being a handicap room it would have been very difficult to accommodate a wheelchair. We asked for a room on the first floor and the handicap room was the only one available which we took because we would have had to be in the second floor but there is no elevators in the motel We paid for a king bed and we got a queen bed that was in the handicap room. When I made the reservation I was told a hot breakfast would be served and it was a sub continental breakfast. The smoke alarm's in our room was inoperable. The chain latch was missing off the entry door. We will never stay at a Super 8 Motel again.

This place is just nasty dirty, seen several smaller roaches. I kept feeling something jumping on me but not totally sure as to what. I have a good idea what that is. Holes in bathroom door. Door frame was so rusty mixed with something. I would never come here again

I've stayed in this hotel maybe 3 times prior to this stay and never have I had an experience like it. Blood on walls, loud occupants, fist fights outside, and rude management. Me and my wife didn't stay longer than 24 hours before asking for a refund and was only granted a partial and then got kicked out. No warning. Nothing. Just checked us out with some of our belongings still in the hotel. It also took them 6 hours to give me a solution which was terrible. I technically paid 110 for one night (checked in early was forced to pay 30$ cash) just to have a terrible experience. Just go somewhere else you won't regret it

It smells like cigarettes in the hallways, stairs and in the non-smoking room. Sheets were dirty with cigarette holes in it. Two very small and thin Pillows for the small double beds. Pillow cases were also dirty. Towels were small and stained. I wanted to leave and get a refund but that wasn't an option. NOT worth the price. Its a shame its affiliated with Windham hotels. No breakfast, just coffee which I wouldn't drink. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Thia should be removed from Expedia. Description is totally false.

Nothing. The place was horrible. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, outlets didn’t work and it appeared to have blood in the walls. Fridge and microwave didn’t work with. Light switch broken in half, one light bulb out of 4, only one lamp worked in the room and the phone had no phone wire forcing you to go to the front desk with any concerns. The person at the front refused to switch the room and I literally stayed for an hour and checked out. Terrible place!

This hotel is totally terrible, the room was smelly of cigarettes, it says it is smoke-free and the sheets were burned with cigarettes, the sheets and towels stained; the shower had moisture and mold, nothing in this hotel made us feel at ease, the breakfast they offer is only cereal without milk, no coffee cream, you can't offer a breakfast in the app when they don't have it, I paid too much for a few hours in which I couldn't sleep, I would like my money back. Hotels.com should be careful when publishing this kind of hotels on its page.

I had a couple issues with the room, there wasn't a remote for the TV, had to have someone from the front desk get one. There wasn't any washcloths, just towels. The one thing that got me was the breakfast area wasn't set up at 6:30, just coffee and cereal, really? I've stayed here a few times in the past and don't recall having any issues. The only thing I can think of is the property has changed hands.

The room and hotel in general was a dump. Room smelled, carpet was stained, wall air conditioner was old and very dirty, tub was stained and I could go on and on. They must have a high population of people who pay by the week or month. Very loud all night long with lots of screaming and fighting. The two nice things were enough pillows and fresh towels every day. Stay somewhere else!!

The only thing good about the hotel was the front desk staff. We stayed 1 night and had been moved to a total of 4 rooms! No AC in the first room, filth in the second room. Third room was great until my daughter took a shower and the ceiling above her fell into the tub while she was washing her hair. 4th room had a low functioning AC but at this point we were tired of moving. It was late so we slept and left as soon as we woke up. Bad experience. Hotel is in poor condition.

We think hotels should have at least queen size beds. It is very uncomfortable sleeping in a full size bed with two people. Usually a toilet seat has paper around the lid showing it has been cleaned, this didn't. The outlets for the phones didn't work in several areas. We had 4 people with phones but we couldn't charge all the phones. The TV reception was fuzzy, not good reception.

It took way to long to get checked in. The refrigerator was broken and smelled horrible when I opened it. The TV would not stay on. Evey time I turned it on, it would power off after about a minute. Worst stay ever!

The only thing good about the hotel was the front desk staff. We stayed 1 night and had been moved to a total of 4 rooms! No AC in the first room, filth in the second room. Third room was great until my daughter took a shower and the ceiling above her fell into the tub while she was washing her hair. 4th room had a low functioning AC but at this point we were tired of moving. It was late so we slept and left as soon as we woke up. Bad experience. Hotel is in poor condition.

The room I asked for was non-smoking, however the hallways and all common areas smelled like a smokers lounge! (The lobby did not smell.) The sheets and comforter had cigarette burns, but were otherwise clean. The bathroom has undergone many obvious repairs and lacked proper workmanship. ALL STAFF WERE AWESOME!!!

Once I got there they try to charge me a different price after I had already paid on the app. I left and stayed elsewhere. And I tried to get my refund from you guys and wasn’t successful.

I won't lie I was a little shook up at first from reading the reviews but for me my experience was very good! Staff from front desk all the way to the cleaning staff were helpful and attentive at every point. I'll stay here again in the future definitely

The place is really run-down and it is true about the burn holes in the blankets that other reviews mentioned. The room was not clean, but not totally disgusting just really disappointing. I should have known by how cheap the rates were. One the upside, the place is in a quiet area and there are plenty of food and entertainment options.

Cigarette burn holes in the comforter and sheets tho I have a non smoking room. Breakfast consisted of cereal coffee and packaged oatmeal raisin cookies. Unclean , cold water, run down, for ten more dollars I could have stayed somewhere waaaay nicer

Breakfast could be more than just two choices of cereal and oatmeal crème cookies. Also microwaves shouldn’t be rusted up, locks on doors should be screwed into the frame and bedsheets should be cleaned prior to other people using room.

The stay and room was good but the breakfast they had available wasn’t what was pictured online. Breakfast that was offered was Rasin Brand, Corn Flakes, Oatmeal Cream Pie, and coffee, not the full breakfast they had pictured on the website.
