One negative first… I do not care for housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:30 am and waking me up before I check out at 11:00 am. However, this hotel is the best value in Ottawa. If you want a relatively cheap hotel with comfortable beds and a great location then this is the place to stay.

Breakfast had no sausage or eggs very limited and the rooms are outdated and old/dirty. It was not worth what we paid and I don’t see how this place has a good rating they must be fake.

Staff was friendly. Check in was a breeze. Room was a bit well worn, but clean and cozy. Only issue we had was some of the lamp outlets in the room didn't work very well, if at all. Breakfast was minimal which was fine, but if you're looking for a huge spread, you won't get it here.
