I explicitly asked before arriving if the pool was heated and was told yes. It isn't heated. Bed was good, was mostly clean, but the shower needed a deep clean there was pink mold and gunk around the edges. Mostly just an 'okay' place.

Checked into a room that had no air conditioning and was handed a fan from the front desk and said sorry. this is the best we can do. Room was 78 plus degrees entire stay. Door would not secure so we had to trust that the clasp would prevent entry. Pool was indoors but was absolutely freezing. Requested refund for the room and IHG points were offered and said sorry this all we can do. Would never stay at another IHG facility.

Our room was clean and comfortable and had all of the things a family of 5 would need. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. My family really enjoyed swimming in the pool. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping, and of course, the state parks. We would definitely come back!

I made the reservation after midnight for the 31st -1st, I specifically asked if there was a pool and the answer was yes. We drove 4 hours with 2 kids. Check in with as usual, went to our room, kids got on swimsuits and went to the pool with my husband within two minutes they were back at the room, pool was closed. I Inquired at the front desk apparently it’s closed due to high chlorine content . it will be closed for a couple of days, I would have appreciated notice when checking it, if not at midnight when I made the reservation. I paid over $200 for this room. The elevator is broke. The staff is mediocre , The advertise coffee all day in the lobby is cold. We definitely won’t be back or recommend to anybody

The room was ok, but the pool water was very cold was dirty with dead insects and the bottom of the pool when you walk you can feel the dirt, on the out side, around the pool was full of dead insects, spiderwebs, very, very poor management. 👎

The only problem I had with this was the pool. The water was freezing and the a.c was on so it made it unbearably to be in . Other than that this place was amazing and clean, the room was so spacious

Conveniently located and easy to get to. Staff was welcoming and breakfast was good. No bedbugs. Room was mostly clean, minus to pink sludge in the corners of the shower. The towels were well worn with strings unraveling from the edges.

The staff was so friendly, helpful, and informative. The hotel was spotlessly clean, including my room. The hotel is close to good coffee and food options with a laundromat less than a mile away. Would absolutely stay here again if I stay in this region again. Absolutely recommend.

The breakfast had so many options and was quite good, and there was spacious seating for the breakfast buffet which we appreciated. The coffee was really good. Beds were soft. Pillows were perfect. It was an excellent experience and we will be back for Memorial Day weekend.

Nice modern hotel. Sadly our room had issues. The bathroom door would not latch. The sink would not drain well which caused the previous guest's beard shavinga to come up. There wasn't enough TP.

Despite being fully booked, the front staff was very helpful and offered us a discount on future stays because there was a vent fan above the door in our room that was blowing noisily, apparently no way to turn it off! The room was clean and comfortable, we managed despite the noise from the vent.

We were not given towels or bedding for the sofa when we checked into our hotel. We werent told the staff was behind and found out when we got to the room and there was a notice in the bathroom. We went back downstairs to ask for bedding and towels, were told we would get them delivered later. Went back to the room, hand soap was out. Called back to ask for hand soap too. Was told we would get that and towels/bedding delivered soon. Recieved a call from our room saying the lobby just got really busy. An hour later someone delivered bedding and shampoo, no towels and hand soap. They said they would be right back. An hour later we were delivered a pillow (we did not ask for) and hand soap, still now towels. Then later that night we were finally delivered some towels at around 11 that night, after checking in at 8:30. I dont blame the person that was trying to do everything, but if staff is that short and behind and rooms aren't ready dont make a room available. Breakfast was pretty good, there was warm food choices.

First, I waited for someone to show up to the desk for about 15 minutes. I had booked a reservation with this property and while checking in, they had no rooms available besides a king bed and I needed a double bed. Being up for 24 hours, I went ahead and took whatever was available. They gave me no apologies or a perk for the mess up. Another thing that was a bother was that they came into the room even though I had the “do not disturb” sign up. They needed to leave a note to say they aren’t cleaning the room. I definitely will not be staying here again and I highly recommend everyone to find another place.

Comfortable beds is just the beginning. Its quiet, clean, staff is friendly amd helpful, continental breakfast was good and the location was perfect for just a quick trip to downtown for shopping. Also, the resturant across the street gives a small discount if your staying here. Cant wait to ho back!

I booked this because I had stayed here a year ago and had a very good experience. This time was even better! It looked newer than a year ago! Very well maintained with comfortable and roomy layout, bed, bath, etc. Oh, forgot that the coffee iin the lobby wasn’t hot at 9:30 pm. I’m a late coffee drinker and that was a disappointment, though they offered to make a fresh pot.

This was a great experience staying at this hotel. Hotel was clean, breakfast was GREAT! I've never stayed at a hotel where there were gluten free options as well as healthy yogurt options, egg white omlets and fruit. I was able to stick to my normal eating while on the road. Wonderful. Will only be staying at HIE from now on.
