Pool was being renovated. Elevator wasn't working. Bathroom door was all scratched up. Parking spaces were so narrow it was impossible to stay within the lines and still get out of your vehicle. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast had good variety.

Pics of hotel lobby or bedrooms wasn’t the same as soon. I also booked this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub and (Pool) but it was mainly the hot tub that I booked it for and found out that was broke down and they couldn’t fix it because of one story I was told by one person at desk that their maintenance was on vacation. Another worker said that their maintenance doesn’t work on weekends And that it won’t be until at least Monday that they can fix it. I also have found on several occasions of booking a hotel, and not finding out until I go to check in that their hot tub is broke down and hotels don’t let you know that on the websites and everything, it should be updated on things like that if anything is broke down and you cannot use it. And I noticed when I put in filters for a hot tub the price is changed and go up, so I pay extra for my amenities that I want in a hotel and then I find that they don’t work, so why did I have to pay that extra money if I didn’t get to use it because it’s broke down?

Our son came over to join us the first morning to go for an outing. Between 7:30 & 10am, someone stole his e-bike he had cabled up to a sign post. Flat stole it from out in front of the hotel. Men working out in front claimed they saw nothing & hotel clerk claimed hotel cameras would have caught nothing.

I wouldnt say unsafe but it is very dark all around the property. Other than a pretty decent stay. Also pool/hottub and sauna are open to 11. So a lil later than most.

Staff was Amazing. Very helpful and polite. Continental breakfast was one of the best We've had at a hotel. Pool, hot tub, sauna were great. Overall an outstanding stay at this hotel. Well worth your hard earned dollar.

Great breakfast, clean and convenient to airport. Shuttle would not pick me up at airport. Said they needed 24 hours. Forced to pay for a Lyft. Took issue up w Shea, at front desk, next day, Tara, mgr. and forwarded my issue to owner of Hotel. Nada. I have screen shots and receipts.

This is a nice Hotel that I stay at everytime I fly in from Hawai'i. The staff is friendly and I can always count on the pool and fitness center being open. The rooms are clean and quiet most of the time and the biscuits and gravy really hit the spot every morning. The women who work the kitchen in the mornings are motivated workers that provide a steady flow of food so all guests can enjoy a good meal.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. Upon entering there were several things that crunched under my feet leaving piled up crumbs. Cereal or chips maybe? The desk had a coffe ring and definitely had not been wiped down between guests. There was something large and black on the floor behind the bathroom door and there were several big black hairs on the inside of the shower curtain. The fridge even on MAX cold couldn't keep bottled water above room temp. The carpet around the tile was frayed and peeling back. Tripping hazard for sure! Our bed was very comfortable, sheets appeared to be clean. Could have used a couple more towels as we got a room with a jetted tub. Was hoping to have robes like we experienced at other Best Western plus hotels. Kind of a bummer. Props to the young women that was running the counter by herself. She was multi tasking like a pro. Being the only employee there she was checking people in, changing light bulbs and running to get luggage carts to return downstairs for new guests to use. Amongst other things. She still maintained a great attitude, did her job and was very helpful and personable.

As soon as I entered our room, located on the highest floor of the hotel, I experienced asthma symptoms (I am allergic to pet dander). For obvious reasons, hotels place guests with pets in rooms on the first two floors and usually set aside rooms at the top level for guests without pets. I asked the front-desk clerk for another room, but he told me that the fourth floor IS reserved for guests who don't have pets and that the only other room available was located on the second floor, which allowed pets. Thus, it is clear that the hotel has issues with monitoring guests who bring pets when they're not supposed to and with overall cleanliness (a dog in a room for one night would not have caused the breathing issues I experienced). Orbitz told me that it is up to the hotel to offer a full or partial refund. After being told that I would be contacted by the manager, I tried calling several times to no avail.

Stayed ere many times but this stay was not very good. Dirty . Stayed for.4 nights with no housekeeping. Had to keep asking for fresh towels and then toilet paper. Had an issue with the toilet and was told maintenance would be in to look at it . Had to use public restroom . Went to use pool and someone had their dog in it . Very under staffed.

Stayed over the labor day weekend. The hotel is in a pretty good location, staff is friendly, it's close to restaurants and shopping. However, only the top floor is completely pet free ( didn't know that) so the selection of unsoiled rooms was scant. Anyway, our second floor room absolutely reeked of dog pee. Someone's dog spent a A LOT of time trapped in there and peed everywhere. I told the front desk about it but they did not have any other two queen rooms available, so the best they could do was spray the carpet with an odor neutralizer, which worked for about 30 minutes and then it was right back to gross. We slept with masks, the window open, and the fan blowing. Glad it was only one night 😖 As I mentioned, the staff was receptive and tried to help, and took note and said they'd shampoo the carpet in there. Great for the next patron. It would be nice if housekeeping could notate things like that sooner and take care of it I stead of just moving on because the scent was not subtle in the least.

Hotel was okay. Walls are thin and our neighbors were loud. Water kept turning from hot to cold and was not consistent. Remote barely worked and the fridge does not get very cold. For over $200 on the weekend I expected more. Pro’s: Continental breakfast was really good and there were many options. Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice.

The room with the jet tub was smaller than I thought. The jet tub is definitely small too. If your a bigger couple don't suggest here. Other than that though the breakfast was okay and staff was friendly.

Great size fridge, however, it was barely working, which isn't fun when returning from outdoor temps at 100F. Overall, it is a great hotel, especially comparing to others in the area. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and super nice. Breakfast was awesome. The room I had faced the freeway but the window glass was only a single pane, so too noisy to get any sleep. Lots of homeless in the parking lot and adjacent area so was unsure of the area safety.

I reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull-out couch to accommodate us for our 4 night stay. We arrived at the property at about 12:30am. We walked into room 219, and there was no couch. Just a chair in place of where the couch should be. So my husband returned to the front desk and explained to the staff member that there's no couch in the room, so she checked us into a different room. This was extremely frustrating at 1am with young kids and full arms. As we entered room 224 my face turned to disgust with the odor in the room and disappointment as that room was smaller than the original room we were in. Typically I'd return to the front desk to have this issue resolved, but with it being so late I honestly didn't have the energy or patience so we settled with the room. Throughout our stay the smell didn't dissipate, it smelled like the room had been smoked in. The shower has great water pressure. The view out the window is nothing but a brick wall about 15 feet away, we didn't mind too much, but the room had minimal natural light. The room was pretty clean, the beds were ok. Other than the pull out bed, that bed was in rough shape. The pool area was clean, hot tub was hot and pool towels were stocked. The breakfast was great. The restrooms off the lobby are not well kept. The cable TV didn't work, when we contacted the front desk they said they were working on getting it fixed, though it wasn't fixed by the end of our stay.

Very good location, close to shopping mall and lots of places to eat nearby. Room, toilet/shower was very big. A update with brighter colours would make this place better, but overall no complaints with the room. Breakfast was included, basic but good enough to start the day. I would stay here again if in the area.

Larry was an absolute professional and fun dude to boot! Although management and I started off on the wrong foot due to a double booking Amy was very gracious and handled her self professionally taking care of the issue on her own. Kids had an absolute blast in the pool and the breakfasts were fresh and hot! The only complaint we had was the room was previously a smoking room and the filter in the air handler needs replaced due to the second hand smoke. Even with this we would and do plan on staying again! Thanks Best Western for living up to the name.. the Best!

Micky was beyond awesome in helping us! We checked in to a Days Inn just down the street, and it was beyond horrible - dirty, tiles falling off in bathroom, hall carpets hadn't been vacuumed in months. We couldn't stay there. Drove down the street and found Best Western. Micky was at the front desk and was over the top awesome in helping us. She had one room left, and we got it. She went over and above helping us, and we're grateful. Should have booked Best Western the first time!! Vancouver Mall Best Western is tops. Great service, great breakfast, clean - met all our expectations!

Stayed one night arrived around 10pm. Was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. We were greeted by Angel who checked us in and was extremely welcoming and nice. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Only thing was it was cold for my liking but my husband likes a cold room so he was fine. We had free hot chocolate from the lobby at 10.30 and free cookies that Angelo had made for customers. They were delicious. Thank you Angel! Breakfast was good lots of options. Would definitely stay here again. Employees were very respectful friendly and courteous.

The man at the front desk that checked me in was so nice and helpful. The girl later that night was sleeping in the back and the bell was behind something and I didn't see it . She acted like it was rude of me to interrupt her nap. .cable was out my entire stay.

The location is what it is. Adjacent to a near abandoned mall next to the freeway. A lot of street people with needs roaming around. The view from the room was not great and the lights were as dim as could be. Free breakfast wasn’t bad. Housekeeping was accident skipped the first day. Room is large. Door didn’t close automatically though so had to make sure it clicked. Property needs a face lift. Only one elevator. 3 Star place that could be 4.

Room reeked of animal. We understand that we stayed in a pet-friendly room but the oder was nauseating. Had to buy air freshener to use. Staff provided inconsistent policies about late check-out. Breakfast gave both me and my partner stomach illness.

The room was clean and fresh. The desk staff were kind and helpful. They addressed my airport shuttle needs, notified me when the shuttle arived and sent me on my way with a kind word and smile. Breakfast was hot and tassted great. Breakfast also offered cold options too. A true treat was all the dogs tgat stayed there. I never hear one of them, but it calmed my missing heart for my pups at home.

Enjoyed our stay...good beds. Wonderful breakfast, with excellent choices and refilled frequently. Family enjoyed the pool. Hot chocolate and coffee machine in the lobby was a real plus!!!! Planning on coming back when needing a place to stay in the area.
