Breakfast was great and Samantha did an excellent job of keeping the food restocked. Bed was super comfy, room was quiet. Staff was friendly and the motel was clean. The only drawback was narrow parking spaces.

We almost always stay at this La Quinta when visiting Vancouver. It's convenient, friendly, has a good free breakfast, and indoor pool and gym. Parking can be a little difficult if you come in late. Plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby.

Decent place, room clean, nice lobby. Ice machine broken on our floor was a bummer. I recommend getting that thing fixed pronto. No reason for that sort of thing at a big chain.

Stay away from this hotel unless you are okay with a filthy bathroom... My husband and stayed in room 312 from 2/14-2/17 and when we arrived we noticed that the toilet seat was visibly dirty :( We went downstairs to inform the front desk gals and they were very receptive, but then told me that they couldn't housekeeping because they were gone for the night. I then had to ask if I was supposed to clean it and was told no, that one of them would take care of it. When we returned we noticed that the shower was also disgusting and had someone else's hair in it. We ended up going to the store to buy a plastic slip resistant liner for the bottom of the tub because it clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. When we originally spoke to front desk they had mentioned moving us to the King suite but couldn't do it because I was staying for more than one night and they were fully booked. I was then told that they would speak to their GM about a discount, but were unsure if it could be possible because I booked through Expedia. Front desk never said anything else about it and my bank statement shows that there was no discount on my stay. We will never be staying here again.

Staff were great. Stayed in a pet room, face broke out from the pillows. Had to get fresh pillows, had black hair everywhere tub, bed and toilet maybe from last person or cleaner. The hallway on the bottom floor smells really bad needs to be carpet clean. Smell goes under room door due to a big gap underneath room door. I don't know about the non pet rooms but I would not stay here again. Plus a men was in his SUV the whole time of our stay pretty sure he slept in his SUV. SUV turn on and off the whole time. With the smell of cig smoke coming through the room fan vents

The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed at check-in. The bathroom walls were damaged and in serious need of repair, there were no towel bars anywhere in the room, on Day 2 of our six night stay we discovered ants coming up through a hole in the bathroom doorframe, and we were not told at check-in that room service only occurs every third day of each stay. Despite this, our room was not cleaned until Day 5. The breakfast offerings had degraded in quality since our prior stays at this facility.

Love the staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Rooms clean but very worn out and needing updating. TV situation is not good and WiFi isn’t good. Made it difficult to do work. Whole place needs a refresh. Great acceptance of pets. Nice there is a designated potty place. Breakfast seemed great - we didn’t take advantage of that much since we have a dog that cannot be unattended and cannot go in eating area. (Makes sense) Pool looked nice and clean. Location is great. Parking can be an issue. Spaces are tight. Made for small Compact cars.

Check-in was great, but the TV in the room never worked correctly. It displayed a Guide of DISH channels, none of which were actually available. Instead, there were a limited amount of Antenna-based channels that glitched in and out. Gave up on it after the first night. Bed was pretty comfy, room was fairly clean, cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for two nights and were disappointed in our stay at this particular La Quinta. The condition of the hotel is in need of repair, peeling wallpaper, crooked lights etc. Our room was terribly noisy! We might as well have been sleeping on the freeway. The location was good for our needs with a Trader Joe’s, Costco and restaurants close by. Breakfast staff was very friendly and were doing a great job of keeping things full. We will not be staying here in the future due to the noise.

The heating/cooling unit was extremely loud. Although the property sits right next to I5, the sound proofing was excellent. But the heater was old antiquated and very loud. Throughout the note you are woken up.

The place is pretty run down. I don’t know why it gets a high rating on Expedia. It’s noisy if you don’t get the top floor. The breakfast is average. But the desk clerks were wonderful and helpful.

The rooms were clean but I felt they could be updated and the bathroom was very very small. The door barely cleared the toilet when trying to open or close it. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and well stocked. Loved the doors that automatically open and the inviting entrance with the fire place and couches. Overall cozy hotel and just needs a bit of an update in the rooms.

The room was clean, the temperature was nice in the room. The AC/Heat unit was NOT quiet, but I was able to sleep with it. Check in person was not nearly as welcoming and friendly as all the other staff. Your place is aged, but it was a good stay.

This hotel was just perfect. The staff (Stephanie, Alma, and Cassidy) were absolutely great to work with. Friendly, kind, and accommodating. The hotel was so quiet and they were BOOKED with teenage baseball and volleyball players all weekend. Breakfast was delicious!! Whoever was cooking those eggs deserves a raise. So good. Plenty of options for an INCLUDED Continental breakfast. Rooms were spacious WITH a fridge AND microwave. Great price and right off the Interstate 5 and 250 so convenient to get goin to anywhere in Vancouver or surrounding towns. 10 stars if they had the option.

Staff went over and above for us. We had vehicle problem and had to rent a car to get home, only to return later the same day to come tow our vehicle behind our truck. This all started at 7am we didn't get home until 9pm. Very friendly and helping staff. Merry Christmas to you all

The person in the room next to me was playing the television at a ridiculously loud level. I attempted to civilly ask him to turn it down. His response was, he would knock me out if I knocked on his door again. I called the front desk. The manager came down. We were standing in front of that person‘s door and I couldn’t even hear her speak because of the volume. She decided to do nothing about him. But wanted me to move to another room. She said the room charge would be the same rate as the one I was in. It was not ,it ended up costing me a couple hundred dollars more. The showerhead was so plugged up with mineral deposit. It was like taking a shower in a heavy fog., I was there five nights with no maid service.

Cassady was extremely helpful in moving us to a new room when the next-door neighbors left their kids alone in the room without supervision and the noise was terrible due to the kids screaming at each other. Cassady was extremely gracious and helpful with the transfer.

Met our needs. We were going to concert at Cascades amphitheatre, very close walked to hotel after show dont recommend in heels but we made it. However for girlies getting make up done, lighting poor in bathroom, hallway poor lighting by mirror and set up is just basic so not lots of counter space. Beds very clean, pillows not very squishy for me, shower head a little wonky you gotta play with it a bit, tub floor a little wonky too but overall met exactly what we wanted for not using the room for long just feels overpriced. Breakfast is basic cafeteria style eggs and sausage, precooked style bacon, bagels, waffles , coffee, juice, yogurts, cereal, muffins.

Excellent hotel, good hotel breakfast including waffles, sausage links, bacon 2 of the 3 days, boiled eggs 1 of the 3 days, no home fries at this location like Olympia had, etc. Great staff. Guests were noisy on our last night which was a Thursday night but not consistent enough for anyone to report them, noone in the hotel reported them but we were on the 4th floor and guests heard them on the 1st floor, but that may have been different noisy people.

Good value and clean. We were lucky to get very quiet room not facing the highway. Very fair pet fee. Only issue is why not keep some gluten feee bread in the freezer for requests? Aside from eggs, containers of yogurt and a few fruits, your breakfast is off limits to anyone with a wheat or gluten issue.

The breakfast was out of stock on monday, well before the ending time. The eggs looked awful. And only had biscuits and gravy tuesday. Should be every day. Tuesday was better. Just kinda a crumby breakfast there. Went to Mc'Ds. I have used Hotel before when its was under a different name. Love the pet friendly. Love seeing pets there with their people, especially as an AKC field agent. Front desk was very helpful. Rooms very clean, and I carry a black light since I'm hoteling it 52 weeks/year

According to the hotel, breakfast goes from 6:30 am until 9:00 am. We showed up at 8:50 am to an empty scrambled eggs pan and were told that the kitchen was closed. So I guess breakfast really closes at 8:30 am.
