I would prefer a warmer pool water temperature and not have the pool paint peeling off and floating around the bottom of the pool. Other than that the facility was well maintained and staff was friendly and professional providing excellent service.

We enjoyed our room and the staff was professional and friendly. The beds were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was your average continental, but with the waffle maker. The hotel is located in a safe area with so many dining options and you could walk to many of them. My only complaint was the smell. It wasn't bad, just strong. When you walk into the lobby it smells very strongly of chlorine because of the proximity of the pool to the lobby. But it smells so strong we chose not to swim. Almost like that was too much chlorine. The room also had a strong cleaner/air freshener smell. Again, not a bad smell, just overpowering. Thankfully, we had a large window that opened so we could air out the room and then we were fine. We spent quite a bit of time at the hotel and overall were happy with our stay.

Room was great, clean, big. loved the hand hold on the bathtub. Swimming pool was great, I thought a little chilly but it was great once I got in. Front Desk person was professional and friendly. Our room had an outside and inside entry.. it was great. bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. great breakfast , good coffee, tasty waffles great fruit.

If you need a cheap, quick place to sleep, this will do. The pool was ok, but the hot tub was so dirty. I didn't realize until i turned the jets off. There were chunks of skin and debris floating around- and a lot of it! I got the ick and had to get out and couldn't wait to go to my room and shower. The room was ok, nothing fancy. Clean but outdated and signs of wear. The beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was a few carbs to choose from and just about clear "coffee." Head to the lobby pot... they made that one closer to normal strength. Overall, i would stay im a pinch but it just didnt feel like a fresh and inviting kind of place.

I chose to stay here based on the glowing reviews, but I was sorely disappointed. Unfortunately, this place felt more like a scam than a genuine accommodation. While the room was clean, the bathroom was far from hygienic—hair on the wall and a horrible stench that filled the entire space. The foul smell was so overwhelming that I couldn’t sleep all night. Definitely avoid wasting your money on this place!

The hotel halls had a dank damp smell but we're clean and clear. The room was clean, but there were drain flys in the sink. The pool and hot tub area was clean and accessible. The hot tub jets were not great. They didn't seem to be focused enough, so they just bubbled heartily. Reserved through Expedia and saved almost $100 on a 3 night stay. I did have to pay a $100 security deposit. I'll update this if they hassle me about getting that back.

Our non smoking room was clean, but the stale smell of cigarettes was so strong and seeped into the walls and carpet we slept with a towel over our nose. The room was in poor condition and clearly not cleaned properly. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, the shower drain was completely clogged, and the shower head sprayed water outside the shower, soaking the floor. On top of that, the shower rod was coming out of the wall. It felt like basic maintenance had been ignored. The only positive was that the pool was clean and available, but overall, the state of the room was very disappointing.

The property was clean and well-kept, and all employee interactions were friendly. We walked next door to eat and had many options. If I had any complaint, it would be the breakfast variety was lacking, but my husband enjoyed it as he loves waffles.

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the place was and the bed was excellent. We slept so well! Minimal offerings for breakfast (which was included) but all items tasted great. Less than a 5 Minute drive to Salmon Creek Hospital. Starbucks close by. We will stay here again when needed.

Room had a smoky smell to it, so I slept with window open and fan on. Close to I5 traffic noise with window open. Left room for breakfast in morning and came back, still had smoky smell with window open all night. Facility seems nice though and quiet aside from traffic. Breakfast waffle was nice. Easy check in/out.

The room was comfortable with the exception of the heater being extremely loud. We immediately had to heat the room up, but before attempting to go to bed, we had to turn the heater off. Once asleep, we were woken at 12:30AM to the room below us constantly showering. The noise was so loud I went down to the front desk. They were exceptional in solving this problem. They immediately gave us a new room, with an upgraded bed even! The front desk receptionist was wonderful and ensured to get us comfortable as fast as possible.

Absolutely horrible place I couldn't check in until 3:00 but I had a funeral to go to at 11:00 had been driving all night and they had the nervous to ask me for $40 to be able to check in early I told you I was burying my son he told me sorry about that $40 or 3:00 is when you check in so of course I slept in my car the best I could went to the service after the service went to go and check in and then they asked me for a $200 deposit poor place never again wish I would

My wife and I spent Xmas and Xmas Eve at the Vancouver location. After the first night. I called down at the front desk to ask why are room didn’t have maid service. He said it is on request. I informed we are for 2 days plus. So we have to tell you we need towels- coffee and anything else when we are staying more then one night. He was not very friendly about it. He told if you want any of that you come to the front desk. My wife’s mother in her 80’s and we will be traveling monthly to visit her. I was hoping your motel I think we will be rethink where we stay. Oh I also sent an email to GM of that motel with know response. I’ve been in the customer service business for 30 years and spent many days traveling and have stayed in many places in the US. This has to be one of my worst experiences to date. FYI, this place will take your credit card for the room deposit and actually process the payment for it when you check in. I asked why it was processed and not pre-auth and they said that I would get my refund when I check out. Very strange as I have stayed in a few hotels this week already and no one else charges the deposit. They pre auth. When I checked out, the lady at the front desk said I would get my deposit refund in 3-5 business days and that it wasn’t their problem and nothing they could do. Which is extremely inconvenient for young travellers that are far away from their home! And it wouldn’t happen if they actually did a pre auth properly! Very inconvenient, and very rude service over this. Wouldn’t recommend or come back

To start I had requested extra towels and washcloths and coffee and cream and sugar when I made the reservations on the online. When I got there, she informed me that they had the extra things I requested, as I checked into my room all I notice is that they had lots of extra coffee and cream sugar, but no extra towels. The hotel staff was unfriendly and rude. I don’t know how many times I had to go get my key fixed to get into the hotel or my room. There’s no elevator to the upper floor. The hot tub was dirty. They do not clean it on a daily basis because I asked them.. The lighting in the bedroom was not the greatest, especially for a lady who needs to do make up in the room & wants to sit down instead of the bathroom. I asked for a late check out and they gave me until noon, but I was still running late getting all my stuff gathered and repacked because it was during Halloween weekend so I had a lot of things to do and I was by myself. I’m also disabled and they called me right at noon to see if I was out of the room yet and was really rude about it. I have never had a hotel ever call me at check out even if I had an extended check out, never once has a hotel called my room to see if I was gone yet. Originally, when I got there, I had a girlfriend with me that helped get my luggage and everything I brought up the stairs with my cart so when I checked out, it was all by myself to do all that. These young people that are working there need to go through hospitality schooling.

We came for Vancouver Open Session Bodybuilding competition. Hotel staff was WO welcoming and nice. They let us check it early and check out late, so we were ready for competition. Everyone was so nice, professional and cheerful. Absolutely loved staying at this Hotel. Will be coming back soon.

I was traveling with my three teenaged daughters & we were a late arrival. I got us checked in with the front desk & then went out to park & unload. One of my girls is on crutches, so I sent her & another daughter in before parking. Upon noticing this, the front desk gal immediately switched our room from a 2nd floor to a ground floor. When I came in, the girls told me about the switch, and it ended up working out perfect for us.

Front staff excellent, especially Jace. Went over-and-above to make our stay comfortable. Housekeeping staff was fast, efficient and polite. Beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent for our purposes. We have stayed here before, and will gladly stay there again.

The property is on a busy corner, so it is rather noisy. It can also be a bit awkward to access. However, the room and common areas were clean, and all typically expected amenities were included and available. We were glad that they accommodated our small dog. The continental breakfast was fine. The front desk was empty much of the time, so we did not get some questions answered concerning local business establishments and directions.

Good location. Only drawback is that the entrance is on a street where only right turns allowed (center road barrier/divider)...so you have to do a full loop. Otherwise easy access to freeways.

They advertised free parking and breakfast included. They did have free parking. The breakfast was mediocre/poor. Dry cereal was stale. Single, small waffle iron and only hot food available. Waffle iron was in a small corner with poor accc. No eggs or other protein. Dining area was small and overwhelmed with just a few people. Coffee service was adequate and the coffee was good.
