Check in with Sarah was not the usual for us. She was very deadpan and it seemed like we were interrupting her. She showed no emotion, was very slow, and left us wondering what she was doing in the service industry. Obviously not too happy about her job. Enjoyed our hot tub in the evening but when we went to the pool in morning there were no towels available. I went to the front desk and they said they would get some to us right away. After swimming for a half hour and a ten minute soak, still NO towels. We dripped all the way up to our room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Just a couple items that we had not encountered on previous stays. Still our number one choice in Vancouver.
