Wonderful stay and desk staff were very sweet and helpful. Nice fitness facilities w/pool. Lobby area beautifully decorated for holidays with fireplace and large areas to sit. Only disappointment was the coffee shop seems to have very limited hours and was closed both times we tried to go. Alternatively the restaurant did have variety of options with very pleasant staff too. Would definitely stay again!

Valet could have been handled better. I don't like leaving my car outside, having to check in and then give my keys to person at counter to handle the vehicle. usually a valet would meet you at your car, and offer to take your luggage.

The lobby was under construction and it was an escape room/maze to get places. We also were charged for parking-29 dollars which given our having to enter and exit through the maze seems unreasonable. There was no discount for the construction just posters asking us to pardon all while paying full price for a downtown hotel. The room was cleaned nice as expected. The pool and fitness area were also top notch. Staff were nice as people in customer service tend to be.

Everything was fine with the hotel except I wish the bathroom had an exhaust system. It got foggy when you take a shower. The staff was extremely friendly, and everything was very clean.

This hotel as well as the service and staff is a 10 out of 10 and I am picky! I was a little shocked at the $44 overnight valet parking but it sure was nice to have my rental car sitting right outside the front doors at 6am. The room service food was great. Every single person was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. Room was clean and nice. Didn’t love the barky dog next door; I feel like there should be a separate area for dog rooms and/or someone checking for barking. When my battery died, the staff -- concierge/valet, front desk, engineering staff were fantastic. They all worked to take care of us after we had already checked out. Eventually we got on the road and home safely. I extra appreciate the helpfulness and expertise of the engineering staff in the garage. Theybwerenprofessional, kind, and helped us get on the road. Thank you all!

Our room was well-curtained, making for the darkest room we've experienced in a long time. The lights in the hallway could be motion-sensitive so they would be off. Then our room would have been even darker. As usual, we had to use a bath towel to block the light leaking in from under the door. The room was very quiet despite the construction all around us, the train nearby, and the occasional plane overhead. This is probably due to the quality of the windows. Good on-site restaurant and breakfast was included with our reservation. The music in the restaurant was unnecessarily loud.

Overall positive experience for our stay. We enjoyed having walkable access to coffee, food, shopping, and we enjoyed the events that were happening across the street at the park. Room was comfortable, beds were okay. Parking was steep so we parked on the street/parking garage instead.

I don’t write reviews- ever. But this was by far the worst experience I’ve had and I’ve stayed at many Hilton’s. My husband booked me and my friend a room for a kid free mom’s night. At about 8 pm I had to security gaurds come to my room and tell me there’s been multiple noise complaints. Mind you we had just got back from swimming and had been in the room maybe 30 minutes. The only noise we were making was laughing and not in excess. The security then asked me if we were smoking marijuana in our room. I was astounded by this as I don’t smoke weed and definitely wouldn’t do it at a hotel. I went down to the lobby to ask if there was a noise curfew, and was told it was 10pm which I had figured. I asked why I had security coming to my room at 8pm then complaining about laughing. The staff were extremely rude about the situation. I don’t usually make a fuss of anything but this was appalling to me considering we spent quite a bit on our suite and were treated the way we were. I almost checked out that evening and went home but knew my husband wouldn’t be refunded the money so we toughed it out. Terrible experience overall

We were fortunate to be greeted by Joanne at the front desk. Our long plane ride arrived earlier than expected and we were completed exhausted. We assumed that we would just leave our luggage behind the front desk and walk about the city and wait until rooms were ready. We didn't even ask if we could check in early. She took it upon herself to see if one was available and got us in right away. GREAT SERVICE .. Than you!

Most of the things we did not like were related to the bathroom. The height of the toilet was like child size, you almost had to fall down on it to reach it. If you have any physical limitations in this area, this would be a deal buster. The toilet paper was so bad I think a gas station rest room has better quality. As for the Grays restaurant on the first floor the menu items were extremely over priced and of poor quality. Would not recommend or go back.

The property was well kept. The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature even when it was cold outside. We were snake to enjoy a swim and hot tub. The included breakfast was filling and beyond expectations. We were delighted with our stay and will stay here again.
