Room was good. Property is rough, a bit run down. Got in late. Had to wait 20 mins for someone to let me in. As long as I stayed in the room, all was well! Some sus activity behind the hotel

Just make sure the drains work in the bathtub. Water would collect as you showered.

Excellent stay! Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Breakfast was best we have had including scrambled eggs, Sausage links, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy in addition to the more common cold items.
