I love how the hotel has a sink, fridge, and a stove top stove. Its almost like a home away ftom home!

decent. better than expected for the price. only complaint is pool closed for "covid" think we are well past that.

It was low cost but there is no cleaning services until after 7 days and strong smoking smell daily. People leaving their trash in the hallway. We will not stay there again.

The kitchenette was amazing, I didn’t like they did not have a pool even though one was advertised before booking.

Weird place. Only one door you can get access into after the lobby closes.

When I move in, the room looks like doesn’t have people in for a while, and my bed had big, no front desk available, and the dryer was broken.NO recommendation.

Pros: kitchenette, full fridge, microwave and dishwasher Cons: kitchenette did NOT have any dinnerware, silverware or pots or pans to cook with. IF you wanted to cook, the hotel sold pots and pans for $45. Place is affordable which means people live there. There were cobwebs in the hallway.

Was around amenities. Very upset of the 50.00 non refundable pet charge plus 10.00 per night. Motel staff said it was Expedia that charged for pets. Also called motel and someone said the motel charged the 50 dollar fee refundable. WHO IS TELLING the truth

Love how the door lock at 8pm and is really save for kids

The GSR who checked us in Friday is a 10 star employee. She could have used a delivery person for room requests. Is the pool going to open? The hotel was adequate and had soacious rooms. There was no ice bucket and there was two bath towels issued to room. We went down and go two more for our 4 person party. 3 stars for this property.

It is nice to have a kitchen area and leather furniture. The bedding was dirty, the carpet in the stairwells was so dirty I did not use them. At this price point I didn’t expect fancy but you can expect clean.

It was dirty, stains and hair on the sheets, and the room smelt.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of marijuana. The entire place was pretty rundown looking and I honestly didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. The bedding had stains on it, the toilet seat had a weird stain on it, the leather chair in the room had the headrest completely worn down. For the price I guess I can't complain that much, but the room just did not feel like it was clean and it was hard to be comfortable.

Our room and the hallways were not clean. We lifted up the mattresses and mattress cover to check for bed bugs (which I always do at every hotel we stay at) and they were full of dirt and stains. Water did not drain from tub and the chairs were worn and aged. We will not be back.

First thing pulling onto property, there were 3 people sitting by a car, right across from the entrance, with a cooler and numerous empty beer cans on the ground. Did realize these people were extended stay guests, that were working in the area and were probably just unwinding from a long work week. So, we let that slide. Walking up the stairs, to our room, the carpet was extremely stained, to the point it looked like people had repeatedly drug many bags of dark liquid up and down. You could also see where wheel marks had ground the stains in deep. Opened the door of our room and had an immediate odor or cigarette smoke and the toilet was running. My wife went to use toilet and noticed a dust/dirt pile in corner, by the tub. Also noticed there was only 1 little bottle of shampoo on counter and no conditioner or body wash. While using toilet, it started running again. Went to bedroom and there was dust/dirt under the top sheets and a huge red stain on the carpet. Living room had cigarette burns in the carpet. Couch had stains and uneven, lumpy cushions. There was not any bedding for the pullout couch. Toilet started running again. I'm sure some of this could have been remedied by contacting front desk, but we didnt stay long enough to consider that option. We left and went to another hotel. The good of our experience was, the staff at check in. Very nice and polite.

Terrible. No toilet paper was provided. There was a cockroach infestation.

Filthy place. Got bed bugs and had bites all over. No refund.

Nothing. This was The dirtiest room i've ever stayed in.

Staff was nice but rooms were full of maintenance issues. Took three rooms to find one acceptable. Would not stay there again.

Since we arrived so late, we weren’t able to address this till the next morning, but we had no air-conditioning and it was uncomfortably hot. The helpful front desk guy moved us the next day, where we had working AC but no TV. Yes, these rooms are cheap so we had low expectations, but having a clean room, bathroom is a pretty standard expectation.

Room was supposed to be a queen suite. The bed was definitely not a queen but rather a full, the walls looked like someone splattered food or something on them, the chair had the head area completely rubbed out, there were sprays of cleaner all over the microwave, and the freezer looked like someone had brought raw meat in and let the juices bleed all over it. Was overall very gross. Would not stay here again.

There were minor broken things in the room. The tub was clogged up and it smelled like cigarettes but overall Was alright stay

The clerk was nice at checkin but in the room the air conditioning was not working (was running but not cold - was told to open a window). Would recommend updating air conditoning or installing fan - heat was unbearable!!!

Bring Extra pillows there are no extra pillows available

The stay was great a big spacious suit hotel was very quiet. I feel like house keeping should do a better job there was torn paper behind the TV and under coffee table also toilet seat was broke.

When I checked out at 7 am, nobody was at the front desk to give my key cards too. One of my key cards did not work The recliner's foot rest did not go down easily The drain in the bathtub/shower did not drain well. The frig was load, I had to turn it down so I could sleep. The extra lock on my room was broke. The room smelled like smoke. Otherwise the room was okay.

My family was there for a wedding, and we had two rooms to accommodate the crew. The hotel smelled like marijuana when we walked in but the floor that we were on, did not. Overall it was a fine, we mainly just slept there and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was that the toilet was clogged, however nothing in it to have caused it, and the hotel did not have a plunger we could use at 1am to unclog it. When I called the staff, it sounded as though they were at home rather than on site because I heard a child in the background and they said they were new and would have to call me back to let me know if someone could take care of it. No phone call came as I stayed up to get it right away, when it rang, since it was in the middle of the night and then at 7am, someone is knocking on our door with a plunger. Thank goodness we had two rooms so we could use the other rooms toilet while we waited for ours to get unclogged. I've never heard of a hotel not having a plunger that obviously has many toilets.

I called front desk from the room but the phone did not work well went down to talk to the front desk person but he was not there so I called he stated that it was just because it was extremely hot and humid outside and that the room should cool once the temps dropped. I put the ac on 60 and left for a few hours when I got back the room was still extremely warm and muggy we checked and the compressor wasn’t kicking on so we grabbed our things and checked out when I talked to front seat person and told him we were checking out he had no compassion for our issue.

They front desk staff are polite. No house keeping staff were deployed. Had to leave the hotel on stay early because of a broken shower or issue the water was leaking downstairs to the other room. Front desk staff barged in the room while my wife was showering and had no clothes. We both were scared. I spent 2 and a half hours moving my property very unprepared for this move. The manager was very rude at hearing our concern for a refund because the stay was horrible. Photos of Roach catches all over the room for a roach problem. Have photos of the roach catches, we were very unsatisfied with this stay.

Staff are not tolerant to people who are different from them they manager I don't know her name but she is a blonde woman she wears glasses and she's was saying hate speech about the transgender population and even kicked me out of my room cuz she didn't like the way I looked she is very hateful and should never be in the position she's in

Management put my son on “no rent list” and did not provide a reason. The manage “Becky” whom is truly a “Karen” was disrespectful to him and a family member. It’s a shame to treat “military associates” in a way that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
