Nice location, great service

Great local location. Very nice rooms. Fabulous staff. Only positive! The only blemish was that there was a lot of kitchen noise at 6 am one morning, as our room was next to the kitchen staff entrance. We woke up and had to ask the staff to quiet down. The management made sure it was it not repeated. We also received free drinks for the inconvenience.

Staff was excellent. They were very attentive. The breakfast was very good with many different choices.

It's a good location just far enough from the center of the Duomo to have better priced food and drinks. The breakfast is really nice and complete. Takes about 10 minute walk to the Duomo Uffizi area. Bed was a little hard for me. Also it is relatively easy walk to the tramline T2 which takes you directly to the airport - though it takes perhaps 30 minutes. But a taxi might be 20 minutes. Other than the bed, the cost seemed a little high at $250 euros.

We got a room on the third floor. Newly added to the property this was the only room on that floor, shower was great, two big beds, lots of natural lighting and a great view. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options both sweet and savory, two types of juice, cereals, water, and a nice coffee machine with several drink options. Reception was clean and I'd say all staff was the highlight of the property, courteous and attentive to our needs in the hotel and outside in the city. Great recommendations for dinner, and tips on where to go and where to not waste time.
