Excellent Stay for Solo Traveler in Innsbruck I recently stayed here during my solo trip to Innsbruck and had a fantastic experience. This is a highly recommended option, particularly for travelers looking for convenience and great amenities. The room itself was clean and basic, providing everything a solo traveler needs, including a TV. However, the bathroom was a huge highlight. The WC was very spacious, and the shower was truly amazing—it had immediate hot water and fantastic water pressure, which is a game-changer after a long day of travel or exploring. The location is incredibly convenient for public transit. The main bus stop/tram lines are just a couple of blocks away, situated in front of a lovely local coffee shop. Even better, the specific bus stop for the train station is only one block from the hotel, making arrivals and departures extremely easy. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A major bonus was being given the Innsbruck Welcome Card, which provided great savings on public transit and local attractions. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable here. The excellent shower and the convenience of the on-site bar for finishing the day made the experience even better. I would definitely book this accommodation again!

Great breakfast, soft bed that was broad but not very long (I am 188). Bathroom not as modern as in the pictures. Nice staff, parking is easy.

Die Dame am 12.7. Nachmittags an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Beim Frühstück war für 18 Euro viel zu wenig Auswahl, bzw. konnte es passieren, dass sogar etwas nicht mehr verfügbar war. Für 18 Euro MUSS alles zumindest bis 15 Minuten vor Ende des Frühstücks verfügbar sein! Um ausgeschämte 15 Euro einen Parkplatz dazumieten, auch ein Wahnsinn, da vermutlich das Tor nachts nicht geschlossen wurde, und so das Auto voller dreckiger Tatzenspuren war. Um den Preis von über 100 Euro für ein so kleines Zimmer, bei dem der Abfluss des Waschbeckens verstopft war, der Vorgang schon bevor man ins Zimmer kommt, nicht mehr ganz an der Schiene hängt, das um 18 Euro zum dazubuchende Frühstück mau ist,... würde ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Lage war okay. Zu dem jungen Herrn an der Rezeption am 14.7. Möchte ich nur sagen: gekonnt ignoriert... und dann unhöflich nach der Zimmernummer beim Frühstück gefragt. Auch beim Auschecken ohne viele Worte. Man könnte sich auch bedanken und einen schönen Tag wünschen. Vielleicht sollte man wieder einmal darauf achten, dass die Leute eine Ausbildung in dem Bereich haben bzw. dass man Leute geduldig einlernt!

Zimmer und Hotel waren sehr gut, die Dame vom Service am Abend an der Hotelbar leider komplett überfordert.

Het beddengoed was vies airco werkte niet. Te duur betaald voor wat je krijgt. Sliepen met de deur open was niet te doen

Les personnes à la réception sont plutôt indifférentes. La chambre était très bien, très propre. Excentré du centre-ville. C’était un peu long à la fin du séjour que de marcher jusqu’au centre. Cependant, nous reviendrons au Binders sans hésitation si nous revenons à Innsbruck dans le futur.

Πολύ καλό. Καθαρό σε όλους τους χώρους, Δωμάτιο, τουαλέτα, εστιατόριο. Το δωμάτιο όχι πολύ άνετο, αλλά για μονόκλινο το θεωρώ καλό. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, και εξυπηρετικό.

Excelente, limpo, lindo, novo, fácil de se localizar, fácil acesso… amamos demais! E o atendimento e auxilio dos funcionários também foi excepcional. Se um dia voltar a Innsbruck, certamente voltaremos a ficar hospedado no BinderS.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room had a balcony which came in handy during the hot weather. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and functional. Though the hotel is within walking distance of the old town, we made frequent use of the Welcome card which enabled us to use public transport free of charge. All the staff were helpful and welcoming. We would stay here again.

Zimmer war sauber, Frühstück war toll! Es war ruhig und alles soweit toll! Eine Ausnahme: das Bett/die Matratze ist viel zu hart

Our stay mid July in scorching sun was hampered by the fact that the room category we had booked did not have any air conditioning, even though hotels dot com stated there would be. Unsatisfactory I got a small fan that didn’t really help when the outside temperature was around 35C. Make sure to double check with the hotel which rooms infect have AC if you will stay here in the middle of the summer. Apart from this the rooms where recently done up in a nice way, the hotel is clean and staff friendly. The breakfast is really nice with small portions of everything on the buffe instead of the huge plates common at larger hotels. They have a juice press for fresh orange juice and even Prosecco is included in the breakfast.

We had a great stay in the family room! The room was beautiful - and we loved the veranda access! Staff was very helpful & friendly!

Ich war auf der Durchreise und dafür war es vollkommen okay. Das Zimmer war sehr winzig, aber ich war allein, somit kein Problem.

The staff was friendly, the room clean and comfortable. I also liked the wilderness theme of this hotel. Aircon would have been nice, but even on summer nights the room temperature was okay.

Dad Zimmer 112 hat ein sehr kleines Bad und auch keine Klimaanlage gehabt.

Chambre confortable, belle vue des montagnes. Petit déjeuner parfait.

This hotel was very nice. It's a bit of a walk from the centre, but served our needs perfectly. It was warm and clean, and had a good bathroom. We were able to get a taxi to the airport in the early hours. The only possible reservation is that the bed is quite small for two adults, but we managed fine.

Super einfacher, freundlicher Check-in. Die Zimmer sind angenehm eingerichtet, gross und haben ein sehr schönes Badezimmer

Stayed at Binders Budget hotel for 3 nights and overall was terrible experience. The air conditioning was poorly functioning. The staff was not responsive at all and kept making false claims that it is functioning . On request to provide alternate fan or room , we received no response or empathy. Poor condition and customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Hotel wunderbar, aber ich erhielt keine Rechnung!!! Das ist bei einer Dienstreise ein absolutes NoGo!!!!

schöne Zimmer, wobei ich es toller gefunden hätte, das Bett direkt unter dem Fenster und damit mit Ausblick auf die Berge zu haben :D Personal hat seinen Job gemacht, aber auch nur das absolute Minimum, könnte mehr Gastfreundschaft zeigen (Welcome Card wurde nicht erklärt)

Fantastic hotel , a really nice place to stay. Handy bus snd tram toutes into the centre, but also not too far to walk

We had a very nice stay at Binders in Innsbruck. Our room had a balcony, which was nice to be able to enjoy the sunny weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also nice that we got the Innsbruck Welcome Cards to use public transport and get some discounts, for instance for the Nordkettenbahn. It's about 1.5 km from the city centre, but with free public transport that's not a problem. If we would come to Innsbruck again, this is where we would stay.

離車站不遠，坐電車兩三站再走幾分鐘就到了，整體整潔舒適，跟服務人員要熱水態度佳，唯一缺點附近購物及餐廳不多。

We had great stay. The room was very clean and had a balcony. It's well located and near public transport. It's not too far from main station. Staff are very nice and welcoming. We would definitely comeback again.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Innsbruck, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kommt überall mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut und kostenfrei hin. Top!

We spent two nights in the small Steinadler-Zimmer. The room was clean and as described on the page. No problems with Check-In and Check-out. We did not have breakfast. The location is a bit outside of the center, but that was no problem. Everything is easily reachable by bus/tram within 15-20 minutes or in a 30-40 minute walking distance.

Nettes Hotel, gutes Frühstück. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. Wenn die Zimmernachbarn zu laut sind bekommt man das leider mit. Gerne wieder.
