Good for a short stay, perfect if you need to catch a train from Innsbruck, given it's on top of the train station (you get to the station using the hotel elevator!).

A very central Hotel directly connected to an underground parking. Welcoming staff and nice hall. Room appeared clean but there was a disturbing smell when I entered. Although close to the central station, the room was quiet. Parking was charged 20 euros-a-day either for cars or motorbikes.

Bed linens had blood stains and shower appeared dirty. I have contacted the management to inform them of this housekeeping issue. They need to clean up their act, literally. The one thing good about it is if you have an early AM train, the hotel elevator connects directly to the train station.

Stayed 4 nights during a ski vacation. Couldn't ask for a better location - right across from the train station. In the morning just walk outside and catch one of the ski busses. Very clean and good security (card needed to enter after 6 and for elevator) If you're wiped after a long day then just fo across the street to the very well appointed supermarket in the lower level of the train The buffet breakfast is another great feature...nice mix of hot / cold Highly recommended

The hotel is situated distances, next to the train station (which couldn’t be heard from our room), buses and taxis are also in the vicinity which we found handy We had breakfast, the choice was excellent It is a very secure hotel Shops and restaurants were in walking distances The reception area had seating (settees) and charging points with a bar and a kettle and computer so you could relax instead of staying in your room

Good location. Right next to train station. Supermarket is located within 3mints. Somehow room smells not good. Very strong irritating smell from bathroom. May be it is disinfection for cleaning bathroom but smells too strong and need to open window to get fresh air. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and it keeps smell till next morning.

An sich habe ich mir von Ibis mehr erwartet. Nach Betreten des Zimmers bin ich fast umgekippt – ein starker Chlorgeruch im Zimmer. Dieses Hotel würde ich leider nicht empfehlen – die Zimmer sind eher etwas für Studenten.

Thwe room was comfortable, however since it was warm I wish the air-conditioning was working. The heavy bedding was too warm especially since air conditioner didn't work and windows were not able to open for some evening cooler air. I liked your hotel except for things I mentioned. We are planning on coming again in 2027 for another 12 nights.

The heating and cooling is same temperature in the whole building. The rooms were so hot the ac no longer worked because it’s the beginning of October's and apparently it’s no longer hot. Reception said to open windows. Opening windows the outside was so loud being next to the station. The showers the water was either really burning hot and ice cold. Over all not a pleasant experience the station convenience is not worth the noise.

Die Zimmer sind dürftig ausgestattet und lassen zu Wünschen übrig. Aufgrund der Lage kann man nachts nicht lüften und die Kissen sind sehr klein und wirklich unbequem. Naja für den Preis hätte ich mir schon etwas mehr erwartet

The hotel is just in front of the train station and 15 minutes walking to the center. Is clean and quite. I didn’t like that the lady in front desk talk about us to her colleague in front of us. We understood. That is not professional.

Close to the station is the best that can be said. But very rude staff who make you feel unwelcome even before you've fully checked in. I had a reservation for 2pm and showed the staff member my email confirmation. She told me to go away and that it was wrong! Probably my worst ever welcome in over 50 years of using hotels!

When I got there early, the staff who helped me to set up my check in process(12:30) was fine, it was the one who handed me the room key at 15:00 making me feel unwelcome. Sometimes you just know the body language of people even though you don’t understand what they were saying in their language. She was making a comment to the other hotel employee at another counter in by just moving the lips and the other lady was laughing. I think that was very rude.

Hotellet er yderst bekvemt hvis man rejser med tog. Det er også centralt i Innsbruck til diverse seværdigheder og der er en god restaurant (Steig) i nærheden og en cafe lige overfor. Der er meget støj fra gaden, hvilket gør at man ikke kan sove med åbne vinduer.
