A gift shop in the hotel. There was no service at the pool. It felt understaffed. they added gratuity on every single thing you bought whether you receive service or not, and did not disclose it.

Not anywhere close to 5 star… seems poorly managed but staff tried to help where they could. Pool was a DISASTER with dirty towels everywhere and no employees in sight. Elevator broke one day, no hot water in the shower one morning, gave me the same room as someone else at check in which was awkward at the room door! Literally one hotel Pilates class offered over my 7 night stay. Guy behind the breakfast counter this morning was also so rude when I asked if I could move inside… funny as they automatically add 20% tip to counter orders. The dinner staff were lovely - Brenda and Kean I believe - true professionals with smiles on their faces.

fun space too many hidden charges for Everything!! air temp/ controls/ sound are awful too hot/ too cold/ to loud. cant open windows unless you are in a room w/ terrace great gym/ pool area great bar / lobby area when not over crowded restaurant next door is fantastic!!
